Located inside the Blue Water conscience store of the gas station. Delish!! Serving coffee, cinnamon rolls of different sizes and a few sandwiches made to order.

This is my favorite Cinnabon! It always smells so good, even outside in the parking lot. The staff is always smiling :)

Old, stale but somehow wet cinnamon bun. Terrible. Girl at the drive thru was not wearing a mask.

I learned about this gem on my last day of visiting Charleston and I'm so glad I stopped in. We got…read morethere as they were opening right at 10 o'clock and we were the first customers. The shop is super cute inside. And it smelled absolutely delicious. I love the way that they had everything laid out for you to see. And the ladies that worked there were very sweet and answered any questions that we had. I like that when you start to tell them what you want they have a cake plate that they put your items on and then they'll box it up at the end. It just had a really special feel to the service of how they treat you there. Now let's get into the sweet treats. I bought a chocolate chip cookie, a oatmeal raisin cookie and a ginger molasses cookie. They were all delicious, but that oatmeal raisin cookie was amazing. I also got too many cupcakes. I did the vanilla blueberry and the honey. Both were very good. And I got a pecan brownie. I loved the pecan brownie! My only problem with the brownie is that it's so small. I would love for them to make them bigger for the price, but absolutely delicious. I love that none of the sweets tasted too sweet. They were perfectly balanced. I recommend checking out the spot. It will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

There's no seating inside but they have a cute little patio with lots of plants outside. I ordered the blackberry sage, peanut butter and chocolate and vanilla cupcake. The cupcakes were nice and light with not too much buttercream on top. The blackberry sage was my favorite with fresh blackberry jam in the middle. I didn't taste the sage but it was still delicious. I really want to try their cookies and banana pudding too!

I wasn't aware they were James Beard nominated, but it makes sense because the line grew quickly! Despite the line, there were staff passing out samples and menus to help us decide. All staff were extremely kind and helpful! There were plenty of small tables outside to enjoy your order if it's not busy. We ordered the strawberry almond croissant, a strawberry cake that I'm still thinking about, pain au chocolat, and the mushroom focaccia. My husband said they won the best cup of coffee on the trip as well!

Staff had nice attitude, but food and service were mediocre, if not poor. The biggest problem was that at noon they were running out of lots of items on the menu: I first ordered focaccia, sold out. Then breakfast sandwich, sold out. Then Mulffaletta, sold out. Then breakfast plate; the sourdough in it was sold out. I ended up sharing the Mulffaletta with another customer (who offered to share it with me, thanks a lot!!). For Pastel de Nata, I ask them to heat it but they forgot to do so. Moreover, this $3.5 pastry was really really tiny, despite that it was delicious. I also ordered the butter bean salad, but it tasted cheap. In short, I do not recommend it if you want to get some interesting or good cafe food.

Luckily, we were able to be seated immediately but it was very close quarters with surrounding tables. The menu is vast with different dessert options. If you want to know what cakes are available, you should check out the display stand right when you enter. Since we were there 2.5 hours before closing, there didn't seem to be a lot of cake options available, but my husband and I decided to share a slice of the s'mores cake with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream to make it à la mode. The s'mores cake was a chocolate cake with mini marshmallows, chocolate fudge, graham crackers, and more marshmallows. The cake was good and had everything I could ever want in it, but it was a little dry. I think this also had to do with it being the end of the night. The ice cream complemented the flavor well. It would have been better with a second scoop of ice cream though. Service was great! It took about 10 minutes from when we ordered to get our dessert. I would probably come back here again, but not so late at night so there would be fresher cake with more options available.

We waited about 5 to 10 minutes to be acknowledged while two employees stood nearby. The two layer chocolate caramel pecan cake, which our waitress initially could not find, was dry and tasted stale. I would not order it again. The Tollhouse pie was a bit better, but the presentation and the whipped cream were the standouts, and the whipped cream wasn't even homemade! That's the best thing I could say about our experience. The food, pricing, service, and ambiance all fell below average. When you are located downtown with so many great dessert options around, you really need to step up your game. We will not be returning.

We were quoted about 25 minutes for the wait. The hostess took my phone number down and said she would text me to let me know when our table was ready. Since this location is in downtown Charleston, it was easy to wander around outside and keep ourselves entertained until I got the text that our table was about to be ready and we had 10 minutes to check in. Once I checked in, we were seated immediately and told to scan the QR code at the table to see the menu. A few minutes later, our server came by and asked if we wanted coffee or other drinks. After she came back with drinks, she took our order. I got the cornmeal pancakes. They are made of cornmeal so they had a different taste than what I was used to with pancakes. It wasn't a bad taste. They tasted like a combo of sweet, but also savory. They also felt very light so I didn't feel overstuffed after eating them. Because of how busy they are, they got us in and out in less than 40 minutes. There are signs at the table to not stay longer than 90 minutes, but this was no problem here. Just something to keep in mind to not hang around if you're done with your meal and you see a giant wait outside. As we were leaving, other people were being quoted about a 45+ minute wait. Since it's in downtown Charleston, there is no dedicated parking lot. However, there is street parking available nearby. As someone that cannot parallel park, I went the safe route and parked in a parking garage that was close by. I paid $4 for that. Overall, great breakfast place and quick service!
