The only thing bad about this place is how far away from me it is! I LOVE Krispy Kreme. I've never had any issues with my orders here whether in person or delivery. Traffic can be heavy around this particular location depending on what time of day you go. I'm always greeted with a smile. Don't let the hot light be on when I pass by :) I love how they have been a supporter of fundraisers throughout the years. I can't say anything bad about them.

I stopped in just for a couple of donuts. They have their special Christmas decorations going. I usually go inside rather than the drive through. Service is always quick and friendly. I bought a chocolate iced Kreme filled and a lemon filled. I wish they had more choices in cake donuts...the pumpkin maple pecan they had before Thanksgiving were delicious

Doughnuts are good but dinky, lack fullness, but most of all the PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS and you know it. since pricing is more a regional thing I'm scrapping them for my local Korean Donut making masters for 1/2 the price.

I've been doughnut deprived due to Coronavorus, so I decided to risk death and go get some sugar nuggets from the newest KK (That's Krispy Kreme, Ya'll). Location: parking lot is fairly big, and every spot was taken. Drive thru was backed up around the building. Decided I wanted to watch the doughnut parade since the Hot and Now light was on, and went inside. Very clean, interior. Rated a 4 Service: Dine in was not an option, but the counter area seemed organized and customers were flowing out quickly with boxes of good stuff. Employees seemed stressed due to the crowds and, likely, because they are fairly new. Still, the were doing well. Rated a 3.5 Food: My glazed doughnut was so fresh it deflated when I took a bite. I got a soft spot for two of these with a cup of bold coffee. Rated a 4 because I know they are not good for you, but are so damn good Overall, I rate this a 4. Go enjoy yourself when you can.

Ordered on the app, walked right in, picked up order and left. It you can't make it easier than this for your customer. Grew up on Krispy Kreme and happy to have one on my side of town now.

Today, I placed an order on the app for "order a dozen, get one dozen of original glaze for $1". It did not let me customize the dozen I paid for so I called the customer service and was told to customize on the store. The woman on the cashier did not say anything and just passed me over to the manager. The manager is nice and told us what to do next time to prevent such issue. Other than that, the doughnuts are warm and not too sweet. It is so good and perfect with a cup of milk.

Finally my curiosity has been fulfilled and the short of the matter is, it's really good! Located in a precarious location but in a safe but albeit lonely (at least how my mind sees it) place which can be a nightmare if you need to leave in a specific direction. The exterior seems well kept and I believe it's a little gem that I feel fortunate enough to have finally experienced. Typically I stick by my diet however I decided branch out and try the bacon and gouda egg bites. Wow, these are really good and low in carbs! Be careful, I made the mistake of tearing into mine and it was HOT. After letting it cool to non-volcanic temps, I was able to enjoy a simple symphony of satisfying selections snuggly stuffed in a small snack (try to put that many "S"s into first words... not easy). The egg hit, followed by the creaminess of the cheese and while I don't care for bacon, it was well balanced. Moreover, it wasn't really "eggy" in texture which is awesome. Two thumbs up. As for the coffee. Well after having coffee at another location which wasn't good (if you hunt down my reviews, you'll see it) I was ready for something epic or at least better. So this doctor Evil got to work I decided on a Latte with two shots of salted caramel, one vanilla, one hazelnut and finally one toasted marshmallow. I hate giving away my pure genius but "if you love something set it free...." There you have it, one of the best concoctions you'll ever try. The smoothness of the latte was elevated by the saltiness and sweetness of the caramel while the vanilla and hazelnut offered just that background favor to keep the tastebuds curious and the toasted mallow gave a hit of fire roasted burnt to the equation. Yes I'm complimenting myself but they have the ingredients on hand and mixed it. Kudos to them. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how good the coffee is here. Moreover, the people are extremely friendly and the service is fast. At the window the lady was nice saying words from an ancient dialect like "please, thank you, you're welcome" and so on. It was refreshing. I highly recommend dropping by and ask them for the "Justin special" (you'll have to tell them b/c I'm more popular in my imagination than in real life. Enjoy!

I got the Woodstock drip coffee (I let the barista pick based on my preference for low acidity coffee), the Turkey C sandwich, my son got the banana bread and a PSL, my daughter's got a chai and blueberry muffins. My kids loved their treats and drinks, admittedly they are an easy audience. I enjoyed my coffee, as hoped for it was smooth a law acid, despite drinking it black. The sandwich was absolutely outstanding. Bacon was thick and smoky, the roll had just the right "squish" and "chewiness" of a good hard roll, and it wasn't greasy or sloppy at all, which is exactly why I picked it. The Mediterranean salad was not quite what I expected, I thought it would involve black olives and feta cheese, but it had neither, and I appreciated that it was different and not too oily. The food prices feel a touch high but if you look at the quality of the food, and their use of premium ingredients, it is reasonable for what you get. Staff was friendly and good came out fast. There is a long table for bigger groups and small tables for up to four to sit. In general, Summerville has been mostly misses for me on food, but I like Coastal Coffee and would return if I was in the area and wanting a bite or a brew. J.Ja

However, what tires my bones to the core is the inauthenticity of people that have taken over coffee culture; with their man-buns, little lap tops writing "the next great American novel," forearmed tattooed and blue haired activist that... Oh sorry, I got off topic a bit, shades of living in Austin TX. That said, I see the environment at Biggby set up to cater to those people, yet the new gen hippy takeover hasn't started. No, what I see from this dainty coffee bar are inviting pastel-colored walls, light toned wood chairs and tables, crayon inspired specials written on the windows and where ever along with their merch being pushed dead in front. It's an ok vibe in here and the people are simple, thus my whole rant about generation 3.14 isn't applicable here. As for the staff they're great and receptive of what you want to drink as well as giving suggestions. I got there when a lot of younger staff were working so I tried to spark up a conversation. Specifically, if she's tried Kopi Luwak (google it) and if she liked it. She had no idea what I was talking about so I switched to Taylor Swift, to which the conversation picked up. Concern for this generation resonated in my head, but hey at least we were talking, and she didn't ask to chat via snap chat! I kid... I kid. The staff here are very nice and they were playing 80s music (see how I dated myself?) which "I can name that song in three notes" and did. While I'm a medium roast coffee kind of guy and I like my coffee like the women I date; hot, sweet and blonde. I vary my selection by what I'm in the mood for, sometimes latte, sometimes hot or iced, sometimes mocha, you get the drift; and yes I'm talking about coffee (get your mind out of the gutter). But what I do appreciate is creativity in a beverage and a joint with the courage to put a creation on their menu. When I read the Butter bear latte stood out and I knew that was what I wanted. The butterscotch punched me in the mouth as a "you've never met someone like me before" love tap. The caramel snuck up from behind and smoothed out the experience while the coffee kept the band playing nice together. Scanning their menu, Biggby does commit to giving something different a real go and I applaud them for it. In summary, Biggby grinds their beans to order and this really enhances the quality of their coffee. Add to that they create an environment where one can feel safe while sitting inside or just stopping by with enthusiastic employees and it's a recipe for success. While I didn't sample their "edibles" (how's my parking?) they looked wonderful. To finish, the employees are great people, the ambiance is fun and the coffee is great. Stop by if you want something good to pick yourself up or rub elbows with a future leader of America.
