I decided to try their orange power smoothie, and to say I'm disappointed in the quality is an understatement. The picture of the product looks nothing like the product I received, and from the pictures I have attached it shows that the smoothie was not blended, having chunks of orange inside. It was more of me having to chew and eat the smoothie than actually drink and enjoy. This quality is very disappointing coming from Playa Bowls. The flavor was not there either, the orange taste was subtle and didn't taste like a good quality orange. I've always stuck to the same products, maybe that's why I've enjoyed Playa Bowls so much. After this experience, not sure if I'll eat here again.

To be honest I moved back to the area roughly a year ago and I've noticed Scooters coffee from…read moreafar. Finally my curiosity has been fulfilled and the short of the matter is, it's really good! Located in a precarious location but in a safe but albeit lonely (at least how my mind sees it) place which can be a nightmare if you need to leave in a specific direction. The exterior seems well kept and I believe it's a little gem that I feel fortunate enough to have finally experienced. Typically I stick by my diet however I decided branch out and try the bacon and gouda egg bites. Wow, these are really good and low in carbs! Be careful, I made the mistake of tearing into mine and it was HOT. After letting it cool to non-volcanic temps, I was able to enjoy a simple symphony of satisfying selections snuggly stuffed in a small snack (try to put that many "S"s into first words... not easy). The egg hit, followed by the creaminess of the cheese and while I don't care for bacon, it was well balanced. Moreover, it wasn't really "eggy" in texture which is awesome. Two thumbs up. As for the coffee. Well after having coffee at another location which wasn't good (if you hunt down my reviews, you'll see it) I was ready for something epic or at least better. So this doctor Evil got to work I decided on a Latte with two shots of salted caramel, one vanilla, one hazelnut and finally one toasted marshmallow. I hate giving away my pure genius but "if you love something set it free...." There you have it, one of the best concoctions you'll ever try. The smoothness of the latte was elevated by the saltiness and sweetness of the caramel while the vanilla and hazelnut offered just that background favor to keep the tastebuds curious and the toasted mallow gave a hit of fire roasted burnt to the equation. Yes I'm complimenting myself but they have the ingredients on hand and mixed it. Kudos to them. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how good the coffee is here. Moreover, the people are extremely friendly and the service is fast. At the window the lady was nice saying words from an ancient dialect like "please, thank you, you're welcome" and so on. It was refreshing. I highly recommend dropping by and ask them for the "Justin special" (you'll have to tell them b/c I'm more popular in my imagination than in real life. Enjoy!

Juiceria's self ordering kiosk is unorganized and does not make sense. Their menu does not match…read morewhat is shown on the kiosk. For example, I was looking for the Simply Strawberry Banana, and it was not under the Smoothie section of the kiosk at all. I had to go up to the counter to order instead. The cashier was fast and efficient, but I really prefer ordering at the kiosk since it is meant to be quick and straightforward, not complicated. My Strawberry Banana with Whey Protein was delicious though. Real fruits and real gains! Inside, they have plenty of seating, but music was whack.

Its so updated and lots of greenery which makes it feel so relaxing inside. I found Summerville Nutrition on Yelp. It wasn't too far away so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. I've been to a couple places like this before and I wasn't all that impressed. This place, however, is different. I ordered the Brownie Batter Shake. Omg this thing was so good. It tasted like a regular milkshake, but of course, it's filled with nutrients such as protein. It's supposed to be a meal replacement. I finished the shake before I even got home. I had to run by the bank on the way but I wasn't out that long. I was surprised I drank it so fast. I ended up ordering one of their teas also. I got a Pink Flamingo Collagen Tea. It's supposed to be rainbow candy and cotton candy flavored. This drink was good, however I didn't finish it. It was very flavorful and sweet with a bit of tartness to it. It tasted good but I think it was a bit too much for me. The sign says grand opening but apparently they've been open a few months. They just haven't gotten a real sign yet. The inside is pretty plain. They could fit a few small tables in there. There's nowhere really to sit besides the bar by where you place your order. Overall, I think this place is worth trying. The shake was really good. The tea was good too. They could use more seating and a sign. But all together, I'd recommend.

OMG it was the most delicious protein shake I've ever tried. It has big ole chunks of nuts and chocolate that kept coming up in super thick straws they give you.
