Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for the $5 meal deal and a Strawberry protein drink. I paid for both so when I asked for my coffee Miss Personality in the drive through said "You don't get one because you ordered the protein drink"so what did I get for over $14? After arguing back and forth, I paid another $3.88 for my coffee. There is Absolute 0 chance that I will return to this location which is very close to my home and along my alternative route to work. While starbucks is more expensive the service level and order accuracy is 1000 times better. Service/ 0 Food/ 4 Convenience/ 5 Location/ 4 read more

Dunkin' - My Dunkin donuts receipt for a $5 meal deal and a Strawberry protein shake. Never again - Donuts Near Me - Goose Creek, South Carolina

I come to this Dunkin a lot now that I live in Goooooooose Creek. It is conveniently located on St James Ave near the South State Bank. You turn in at the same driveway as the bank, but then go right instead of left. You'll see it. It's hard to miss. Lately, my order has been this: * Turtle Signature Latte, Hot * 2 Pack of Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders * Snackin Bacon * 1 Donut Not every Dunkin will make the Turtle Signature Latte for you. It's one of those secret menu items that only certain stores have the recipe to make. This store is one of them. I think it's their butter pecan mixed with their caramel flavoring. It's so good. I have been getting the ham & swiss pretzel sliders since they came out a few months ago. They are amazing. Pretzel bun with ham and cheese and mustard. It's sweet and savory. It has meat and cheese so the protein is there! Plus, I throw a couple pieces of my snackin bacon on top to make for a little extra crunchy deliciousness for my sliders. Their snackin bacon is where it's at. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. Especially if you like bacon. I'm very particular with my bacon. It usually has to be burnt to a crisp for me to eat it because the texture of fat grosses me out. I love the snackin bacon here. It's seriously so good, not even that crispy, seasoned just right, and not that fatty. Love it so much. I order it every time. They always have several donuts to choose from. I like it when the seasonal donuts are around, like the Easter ones I have posted. I enjoy the maple donuts a lot. I like the chocolate filled powdered donuts. I love the Bavarian Cream donuts as well, which is similar to custard filled at Krispy Kreme. Speaking on Krispy Kreme, I used to be team KK and anti DD. However, my mind has totally been changed. I never go to Krispy Kreme anymore. I realized Dunkin has way better coffee, as well as lots of other food options besides donuts. Dunkin is a better place to go to get a real meal. I prioritize protein in my diet. Where is the protein at Krispy Kreme? I literally have to get chocolate milk just to get protein there. Lame. I'm team Dunkin Donuts nowadays. I don't care if yall think I'm a traitor. Life changes. Get used to it. read more

Horrible, Worst Experience! They already have a 2.5 star rating, so why did I expect anything more??? After years of drinking "hot" caramel macchiatos at many branded stores (Dunkin, Starbucks, etc.), I finally downloaded the Dunkin app & made my 1st online breakfast order for my wife & myself. -1 Chipotle Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap -1 Blueberry Muffin -10 Glazed Donut Holes -1 Hot Caramel Macchiato Price = $18.10 Made my purchase, paid & headed to this store to pick it up (4 minutes away). Waited in Drive-Thru over 10+ minutes for 2 cars ahead of me to get to the window and the cashier says we "ain't" got no blueberry muffin, do you want a pumpkin. Well if I wanted a pumpkin muffin, I would've ordered one. No I said; I hate anything pumpkin, do you have any other flavors. No, not today she said! I asked, please give me a refund for the muffin. She had no freaking idea how to refund Apple Pay! Then she calls the 350 lb. manager, who waddles over to the register and she tried for 3-4 minutes; horns blowing behind me, but she couldn't figure it out. They asked if I had my phone set on tap mode and I just rolled my eyes and said yes I certainly do. After burning more than three dollars of gas in my 8 cylinder truck, I just said give me the pumpkin muffin and I'll give it to my dog rather than burn more gas sitting here waiting on you. Then the cashier handed me my pumpkin muffin, my now cold macchiato, my wrap & my 10 glazed donut holes, but when I look at them, 5 of 10 were pumpkin. Needless to say, they had to pick them up off the floor while I waited on 10 more glazed donut holes. I will drive 30 minutes to avoid ever buying from this truly pathetic, nasty store ever again. I'm usually very tolerant of ignorance and poor customer service these days, but this put a new level on pathetic & ignorant customer service. Dunkin needs to pull this franchise or face further reviews like this. Location: Dunkin' 216 St. James Ave Goose Creek, SC 29445 read more

The staff at this store are so friendly. My order is always just how I like it. This is the only store I use now.

This is by far the best Dunkin in Charleston! Nadine is so kind, and all of the other workers always make everything right! I usually order ahead on the app before I leave my house, 5 mins away and it's always ready immediately! The customer service is fantastic and I usually only come when they have deals on the app, otherwise I stick to local. I haven't been inside here, but be careful in the drive thru because I've seen people run over the curbs and there's a huge drop off. read more

Sigh, when I came in, there were hardly any donuts on display. Quite disappointed. -- I came in wanting to get their specialty donut, and they were not readily available. This was during peak hours, when people wanted to buy coffee and donuts, mind you. read more

This is my GoTo Dunkin's! I tried to cheat on them this morning only to have karma slap me and send me running back to them like a big cry baby ! Thank you and well done to the manager for first: his work ethic - he was cleaning the outdoor patio while multitasking his morning emails and handling all the other management duties I know go along with the job! And secondly - for knowing what exemplary customer service looks like and how to put his empathy and customer skills to work to ensure the customer receives a positive experience - EVEN if his store wasn't the reason for the negative. I do solemnly swear I will not cheat again! Hats off! And THANK YOU! Please give all the staff on hand today my appreciation and I'll see y'all soon! read more

I always get mixed signals going to this location. It's a gamble on being good or bad service. This Dunkin' was busy today when going through the drive thru. It took about 3 minutes for them to take my husbands order and another 10 minutes to get our order. Why? Because only 2 employees working. But the coffee was hot so we appreciate the great customer service today. read more

Tbh I only went to Dunkin because the pet store wasn't open yet. But I worked out and didn't have any breakfast and was taking my dog to get a bath so I figured I would stop and get something to eat. This new sandwich is super good like I could probably eat it every day, I didn't look at the ingredients I'm not a fan of everything bagel topping so next time I will mention to not have that, but they're very generous with all the ingredients and for a nice change someone pleasant was at the window. I stopped coming to this one because they were two different people which is sad to say they were always in the window and were not very pleasant, but today was a great experience. I still don't care for the iced coffee. I've tried to doctor it up I guess I'm just too picky but I'm glad that there's more yummy things on the menu snacking bacon was my favorite go to. read more

I just can't do it anymore.. it is always hit or miss at this location.. mostly miss... I went inside this morning because drive thru was long and I like coming inside. Inside looked nice and clean. A woman with yellow and black braids was just standing at register staring at me , I asked her if I could place my order and she just stared at me.. I get it.. my hair is a shocking silver! I asked her how she was and she did not respond. My order was simple.. a large pumpkin spice iced Chai Latte.. there is a picture of it on the menu .. she looked at the register and said .. see this is why I can't do this.. called someone over and they couldn't find it. She said whatever. And rang me up for something different.. I also asked for a sausage biscuit. Twice... she still did not acknowledge what I was saying. Just blank staring at me.. I said ok and waited. My drink came within 5 minutes .. and it was wrong.. it was a coffee w pumpkin swirl.. I waited for the biscuit and it never came. I asked the other girl about it and the one who rung me up said. YOU DIDNT ORDER ONE.. I said .. yes I did I told you twice.. and she said No you didn't and just kept arguing .. I'm not going to argue with stupidity.. the job is not rocket science .. I have worked in food and beverage years and my family owns restaurants.. she was very very rude and unprofessional.. I currently train people how to work in customer service and she would've been fired that day .. just a terrible experience and started my day off not the way I wanted too. I will not be back and will take my business to Biggby. I wasted 8 bucks and tossed the coffee and the biscuit was hard as a brick.. ( I went back in line and someone else rang me up with the original cashier telling her that I did not tell her that originally) read more

Donuts were fresh. The bacon snacks were however very greasy and too soft. I've had some from other locations and they were always crisp and presented well. These were just thrown in the bag (not even the little baggie it's suppose to come in) so I'm going to assume it was a bad day for staff. Other than that not too bad. read more

The sign reads espresso 99 / 5 and I have no idea what that means. Is it the British pound system and an espresso is 99 pence and 5 quib? Clearly not & I refrained from suggesting it as a joke, it would not have landed. I was told it means 5 calories, one half of a matchbooks cover is more than 5 calories, a feeble attempt at humor, I hope. The Dunkin Doughnuts coffee is vexing to my palate, I had some hope the espresso may be less of a palate punch, it wasn't. At 5 cents, it's a fair value.. 5 calories? Gosh, we are nosediving as a people -- I really think he thought so and he was the manager. So the mystery 5 remains up there, with no place to go and no purpose in his life, it's kinda sad actually. read more

Upset that this Dunkin keeps going downhill for me. It is a newer location and the closest to me. I used to stop here frequently for iced coffee. So I go here a lot. I suppose it is time for a review. When I first began stopping here, there was a particularly wonderful manager who was always on the ball. Everything ran smoothly, my order was always correct in every way, and this was the only place within 30 miles to get a bagel. I still stop here based on being conveniently on the way to work but sometimes the order is correct sometimes not, sometimes it is ready quickly, while sometimes I wait a while. I enjoy the app on the go ordering option but it does not show everything bagels as an item and that is my favorite one. I used to order a cheese twist bagel but they discontinued it. read more

This is by far one of the best places to go for coffee. The employees remember your usual order and name. They remember your children and/or animals. They are SO friendly every single time, even if they are slammed busy or short staffed. They have had to have the lobby closed a few times but I'm sure that's not only due to limited hands, but safety reasons. I completely understand and know that if i want my coffee, I'll be waiting a little bit longer than normal. It's totally fine with me. I'm never disappointed when i go there. read more

Small Dunkin Donuts with limited seating. Was there this past Saturday for coffee and a bagel and the seated was limited due to the crowd in the store; but this seems to hold true for most DDs. We haven't had a donut from DD in years. Today was quite a surprise. Most of the donuts have been renamed to fun names like (life's a party) and some are made with cake batter and a nunckin is placed on top of the donut (extra charge for those) but my kids really enjoyed them. This location is very small inside and the drive through it tight. They also have sugar free syrups and almond milk for diabetics or anyone doing a low carb diet. The sugar free syrups are, blueberry , raspberry, vanilla, toasted almond and hazelnut. We tried the toasted almond and vanilla in iced coffees both were very good. read more

I hope this was a "one off" experience. All the employees just seemed out of it. 2 of 6 donuts placed in box upside down. I have been a customer at Dunkin Doughnuts from Main to Florida, and for many years. For years I would wake up and look forward to my coffee and bagel and cream cheese. There has been a marked and steady decline in the service which used to be what I would consider excellent, to inept. At this writing they get my order wrong close to 3 out of every 4 attempts. What used to be a good solid New York style bagel has become a little soft, and gummy imposter. Last but not least, what used to be a rich smooth fragrant coffee has become bitter with a watered down body. I have actually had to dump it at times. Needless to say Dunkin Donuts has lost a good customer who supported the business for most of his working years. I can't with a good conscience give Dunkin Donuts of today, and at this location, more then 1 star. read more

Super rude employees. The "lady" if you can even call her that, gave my husband the wrong coffee and when he said so she goes "well I already made it." Apparently she was also rude to the customer before him as well. He had a coupon but apparently she couldn't accept it because it was 10:40 and could only be used after 11. When he asked if he had to cancel his order and wait 10 minutes she got an attitude and said "well I already did my job." Next time, we'll drive the extra 20 minutes to the other dunkin location. I always come to this location to order my coffee. I seldom order food here, but today I ordered the sausage croissant sandwich meal and was very disappointed. Watching it be cooked, I'm disappointed in how cold it was. The croissant wasn't even toasted and the cheese was still cold. Thank goodness the sausage was at least cooked. The hash browns weren't cooked all the way wither. I guess the only good thing out of this was that my coffee was at least right and made up for the crappy meal. Doughnuts are completely delicious regardless what restaurant makes them. They are my kryptonite. (Yay, for Superman reference.) Anyways, this Dunkin Donuts has a really convenient drive-thru, which helps for lazy doughnut eaters to get there sweet on. The drive-thru also helps with the flow of traffic because the parking lot at this Dunkin Donuts is kind of small compared to other Dunkin Donuts that I've been too. Now, I have to say that I am always kind of skeptical about getting coffee at a doughnut shop. Although, I will admit I have tried Dunkin Donut's iced coffee and like it. Their ice coffee contains a lot of sugar and whip cream compared to a Starbucks iced coffee. It is more like a Frappuccino, in my opinion. In addition, this Dunkin Donuts is similar to all other Dunkin Donuts that I have been too. The restaurant is rather clean and the staff has decent service. Along with these attributes, this Dunkin Donuts does have a small area for customers to dine. I understand that Dunkin Donuts is not Krispy Kreme but I do recommend this Dunkin Donuts. I mean it is above par compared to other Dunkin Donuts. read more

I think they were having a rough night because I sat in the driveway for almost 20 min waiting to be tend to. I'll give this place 5 stars. Came in on a Saturday at 8am so the place wasn't busy at all. Staff was friendly and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was delicious.
