I loved this Dunkin donut til Sunday, I was in the drive thru for over 25 minutes waiting to place my order and a truck skipped me in line I blew my horn and the cars behind me also blew there horns and the cashier came out and told me that my service was being refused, remind you other cars were blowing their horn to and I was the person told that. Well, I've got to say that Dunkin has disappointed me each of the last 4 times I've bought donuts. Typical disappointments are the size of the donut keeps getting smaller and the fillings getting less and less. I understand that as costs rise you have to make adjustments. This is one of the smallest Dunkin Donuts I have seen, and was almost hidden from the road. We were on a road trip and looking for a Dunkin near an exit for a caffeine refill. When we found that there was Dunkin at this exit in Gainesville we pulled off and followed the directions to the store...but at first, couldn't find it. It was hidden in the back half of a building, where the front half is taken up by a poke restaurant. It shares a parking lot with the poke place and a Verizon store, so look for those stores and pull in, then you'll find Dunkin in the back. The selection of donuts was limited, so we opted for the good ole' chocolate frosted. They were OK, but not great, and didn't taste very fresh. The store was not the cleanest, and the restroom (entry only with a key) looked like it needed some attention too. For those reasons, I can only give this Dunkin' 3 stars for this visit. read more

Sometimes, the staff will be very friendly and quick to make your order, but other times, you'll be stuck in the drive thru for thirty minutes with horrible service. Understandably, it is located on two of Gainesville's busiest streets, but they have yet to figure out an efficient system. This mediocre service is heightened during their happy hour, so be wary of when you plan to get coffee. In addition, they are often missing certain types of food items; they didn't have blueberry muffins or a large range of donuts when I went. Overall, this isn't the worse experience, but I would consider going to another location if you truly need coffee. read more

Made an online pickup order almost 2 weeks ago, and was about 20-30 minutes late picking up so it obviously gave the staff more than enough time to complete the order. Instead when we arrived, my boyfriend and I were greeted by an incompetent team who had no idea how to fill an online order correctly. After spending another 20-30 minutes inside waiting for the order that should have been ready a LONG time ago, the clueless staff offered my boyfriend a flat of 4 drinks not once but twice AFTER he already explained that the drinks weren't his and that they didn't even have the right name on the side unless he looks like a "Megan" to them. After the second time he declined the drinks that weren't his (the whole order we made was 2 lattes and a half dozen donuts) he was asked the name on our order an additional 3 times because the employee helping him didn't have a memory longer than 8 seconds. They didn't have any of the donuts we ordered, so we got a bunch of random gross ones, and the drinks were laughable. The kicker was that the employee serving the HOT DRINKS TO-GO didn't feel the need to put a hot drink stopper in either, and in his rush to shove the drinks at my boyfriend, one of the hot lattes spilled over onto my boyfriends hand and made a good little burn mark for a few hours. Do yourself a favor and go LITERALLY anywhere else in the morning. I used to stop here every day on my way to work, and it's progressively gone downhill the last several months. After reaching out to customer service and explaining the situation end how dangerous this location has become, they assured me that it was being taken seriously and that I would be getting g contacted by someone on the management/ownership team of that location. I've lived in gville for abt 2 years now, this location is across the street from me. so of course i've been there many times and tbh always a disappointment. ive given them a lot of chances since it's literally 2 min away and so convenient, but i'm gonna start driving to a different one. the coffee is sometimes good but mostly tastes like trash even when i pay extra to add stuff to try to make it better. they are always out of things, the line is always long, and they're always short staffed (which isn't the employees fault but they have bad attitudes anyways). DONT try mobile ordering here, they never go through and they'll either make ur drink once u get there (which takes an extra 10/15min) or u just don't get it at all. also as other reviews have said, the parking lot and layout is really small and strange so it backs out onto the road and other parking lots, and people do end up cutting u a lot. anyways yea i LOVE dunkin but i'm absolutely staying away from this one from now on. read more
