My favorite matcha is back, the mango sticky rice matcha latte. It's so much better even from last year. I saw their latest menu on Instagram and knew I need to make my way over ASAP! It came out to $9 with the upgrade to almond milk. The staff here is always so friendly and nice. Today I watched them curate my drink and it was like an art project the way it was put together so carefully. The summer menu also has some other drinks I can't wait to try out like the mango tajin soda and the banana pudding latte which I had during the Hue Matcha pop up back in April. Definitely stop in while you can to get a taste of Florida!
Wyatt's is a cute little coffee shop downtown. It's small, but there's space to grab coffee with a friend or work on your laptop. I got the strawberry guava matcha from their spring menu and oh my goooooodness I didn't stop thinking about it all day. You could taste both the strawberry and the guava and it was just the most perfect spring beverage! They always have seasonal drinks and I definitely will be back to try more from their spring menu.

Not only is this probably the best coffee shop in Gainesville, I personally like it more than most coffee shops I've tried in California. The coffee is pleasant, the ratio is spot on, and consistent every time/visit. My husband I personally really like their espresso tonic, latte, and honey cold brew. The other seasonal drinks are good too but you can't go wrong with the classics. The coffee shop itself is also very nice - nice vibes and staff. A perfect study spot or a place to just relax and chat.
Tried Wyatt's for the first time and went with the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. It was super unique and honestly, kind of addictive! I got it with oat milk. The matcha was smooth and earthy like it should be, and the mango flavor added this tropical sweetness that balanced it really nicely. There was even a subtle creaminess that reminded me of actual sticky rice, definitely creative. The shop itself is cozy with a chill vibe, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some solo time. The staff was friendly and quick with orders, even during a busy hour. I'd absolutely come back and try more of their seasonal drinks!
First time trying Wyatt's coffee and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and quick, and happy to answer any questions I may have had. The coffee itself was a tad pricey but it tasted very good quality. The cafe itself was very cute, modern, and clean. My friend and I had a good time and enjoying our coffee while sitting inside and chatting. Would recommend and will be returning.
I was visiting Gainesville for a day and was told I had to try why it's Coffee in downtown Gainesville! It was a colder day so I opted for a hot miso latte and was pleasantly surprised! It had a great blend of salty to sweet ratio and was very smooth. The coffee shop is located in downtown and it's a really cute area to walk around. I'd love to try some of their other drinks such as the Matcha so I'll have to come back to Gainesville to try it!

Located a little of Main St in downtown Gainesville, we saw many people walking around with cups from here so we decided to give it a try. We arrived after lunch around 1pm and there was a decent/consistent line that took a bit just to order. One thing I noticed when I came in was that it didn't smell like a coffeehouse, no strong scent of coffee. We opted to try one coffee and one matcha, hot and iced to get a variety of options. Tried the seasonal pumpkin latte as that's usually a good measure in my opinion. It was fine, standard nothing wow but not bad either. The matcha flavor was ok but was a little gritty. We were asked what kind of sweetener we wanted and were given a list of options. Nothing was said to be additional however after we found out the honey was $1 additional. How much honey could they have used? Meanwhile the oat milk was only $0.50 additional and more noticeable. IMO there are better options in Gainesville, however if you are nearby and in a pinch, it'll work.
A Gainesville gem! The staff is friendly, the coffee is good, and they have a decent selection of pastries. Great place to grab your laptop and work for a few hours (great WiFi). It is located downtown, so be prepared for downtown parking; most spots are pay-by-the-hour and it can be busy at peak times. Not a negative, just a note

What a lovely little coffee shop to frequent! We got an iced latte with almond milk (I usually like skim milk) and the Wyatt- a cinnamon iced coffee! It's got personality, pizzaz and a little hometown charm! You can hang out, study or just sit quietly! Give yourself a break - go visit! They have a community board so you can see what's happening . They also offer little bites and other drinks as well. Or perhaps you want to sport yourself a new t shirt! read more

Saw the good reviews so drove out of my way to order the rose cardamon coffee. It was good not overly floral. Lady that took my order was super friendly. Was told they get the milk from a farm. Seems like they are trying. I d recommend a visit read more
Decided to stop by here to get coffee the other day. Got Wyatt's coffee, which seems to be their house signature. Although I am not a picky person when it comes to coffee, the taste of this coffee exceeded my standard. The price of this coffee also exceeded my budget though. Otherwise, such a good coffee! For my money, Wyatt's is a alternative to Starbucks which is actually a notch or two better than its famous competitor. Tip: There are almost always a fair number of people here working quietly, but the space is light and airy and it never feels crowded The service is totally on-point, with friendly baristas who are happy to answer whatever questions you might have. In addition to coffee, they've also got a good selection of teas. read more
Good latte and coffee shop located in downtown Gainesville less than 10 minutes from UF. Clean, modern vibe. Minimal food options ( think cinnamon rolls and croissants) but there is also a breakfast burrito option which my teen said was quite good. Some minimal seating available. read more

New in town, stopped in for a Lavender earl grey. The tea should be much stronger in this drink (I got a 16oz. With oat milk and sweetener) I would ask for the tea bag to be left in the cup next time. Sort of tastes like a really good soap. Although, it's a really cute shop with nice and fast staff! read more

Wyatt's makes some of the best coffee in Gainesville. Today I got the dirty chai tea latte ($7) and a croissant ($5). It was definitely on the pricier side, but the latte was super flavorful, so I'm not too mad about it. I really wish they would add some more food options to the menu like breakfast sandwiches. Also, there isn't really any free parking nearby so I had to walk a little bit. But the downtown area is really pretty to walk through. The inside of the coffee shop is very cute with lots of plants and aesthetic wooden furniture. It's pretty quiet with nice music playing, so it is a good spot to get some work done. The staff was very friendly and got my coffee out very fast. Overall, I think if you're willing to walk and spend a few extra dollars, this place is perfect! Thanks Wyatt's! read more

I was visiting from out of town and a friend recommended Wyatt's Coffee. I'm thankful they did! It's a very pleasant coffee shop. If I were a student at the University of Florida I'd probably come here a lot to study. It's a very relaxing environment. The staff here is very friendly. Wonderful energy and lots of enthusiasm. They're one of the highlights! I ordered a cappuccino, which was reasonably priced at $3.75. I loved the presentation. Is it just me or does latte art make the drink taste better? Regardless, I was pleased with my beverage. Not the most flavorful espresso, but it was still very enjoyable. If you're looking for a place to study or chat over coffee, Wyatt's is an excellent option! read more
