I came on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a banana bread oatmilk matcha but instead after waiting 25-30 minutes I was given an latte instead. I just took it without saying anything since they were swamped with orders. It was ok but nothing amazing. If you like overly sweet "coffee" then sure it's nice but there was no coffee aftertaste. It just tasted like a smoothie/ sweet treat . I was expecting to have some coffee taste but it was non existent. For $8 I was a little upset but went about my day. I've had far better iced coffee for less. At 7brew you can get iced coffee for $5-6 and it's balanced. Not sure if to give them a try when it's not as packed.

This is a very unique hidden coffee shop in Gainesville. They have interesting mini gifts. There are scented candles, gemstones, books and arts. You would never get bored visiting this place. It gave me a sense of peace to enter this place and see their wise selection of gifts. Energy is good besides the coffee.

Everything I said in my original review still stands, but this time I got food and wanted to weigh in again! I got a strawberry chocolate chip muffin, but they also had other flavors that sounded amazing as well. The muffin was humongous and so tasty and sweet. Definitely recommend!

This place has such a cozy, vintage vibe--think "cottagecore meets curated boutique." I wasn't greeted when I came in, which made the space feel a bit cold at first, despite the warm decor. That said, the store itself is adorable and thoughtfully styled. Everything here feels high quality, from the decor to the clothing and home goods. Prices reflect that, so don't come expecting thrift store deals--but for what you're getting, the cost makes sense. The vintage book corner was a hidden gem. I was surprised at how reasonably priced the books were, especially given the quality and condition. I even found a few Florida-specific titles and one written by a UF professor in the 70s--such a cool local touch! I didn't get a chance to try the coffee this time, but I'll definitely be back to check it out. A lovely spot to browse and maybe treat yourself to something special.

Such a cute store, with a variety of decor, trinkets, and gifts! I spent a whole afternoon just exploring the adorable products the store offers. The cafe is fantastic, and the employees were friendly. I tried the seasonal carrot cake cold foam matcha - it was SO GOOD. It was genuinely so delicious that I went back the next day to order it again. Excited to visit again!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally got my hands on a matcha this lovely Saturday afternoon. Walking in, you are greeted by a variety of plants and trinkets. After looking over the menu, I wanted to get an iced matcha latte with a fall flavor, so I went with the maple rosemary. My drink came out to $7.75. While I waited for my drink, I walked around Plantstay and checked out some of the amazing house plants and plants they offer. Also, they had some cute gifts for friends and family. At first sip, the iced matcha latte was very maple forward. I had to get another sip to search for the rosemary flavor. It's very subtle and almost wish there was more of it to compliment the earthy flavor of the matcha. However, I did like the drink as I love maple flavored items. Next time, I would like to try their other syrups like carrot cake or vanilla walnut. Also, their syrups are gluten free and vegan!

Unique coffee/tea options if you're looking to try something new. Got my drink half sweet and it was perfect! Friendly staff and not super busy on the morning I was there.

This business is all about the vibes and the supporting small business mindset. I've been here multiple times and I love looking at the weird or cute trinkets that make excellent gifts for when you want something less generic. Their coffee is great too I know they take great care in how they make it and when I go in I understand too that it's an order coffee and look around idea because it's not quick service. This doesn't bother me much because I know that going in and will only go if I want to slow things down and just enjoy the music and ambiance.

One of the best parts is the cold foam, which you can get in several different flavors, depending on what syrups they have on hand.

We ordered the iced vanilla dirty chai with cinnamon and the lucky charms matcha (since it is March). For the iced vanilla dirty chai with cinnamon: the chai was both sweet and creamy, with strong hints of cinnamon (especially with the cinnamon powder on top). This is a drink we would order again if we went back The lucky charm matcha was slightly disappointing. The menu said it was made with cereal milk, though the taste didn't come through and just tasted like regular whole milk. The matcha was bland/dull and lacked depth of taste. On top, there were only 3 lucky charms, which was the part we were most excited for yet unfortunately let down by. For the quality of drink, the prices were high and not worth the value. The matcha was $8.25, which was most disappointing, and the chai was ~$6. The service was great and the barista was super nice. While your drinks are being made, there's tons of stickers, trinkets, and merch to look at. If you'd like to stay inside, there's an "upstairs" (couple stairs up) seating area where I assume most of the crafting events occur. Being off of University, parking is limited.
