I ordered an Easter arrangement yesterday to be delivered yesterday from the store. They said they were very busy, but they would definitely make sure it would get delivered that day. They were true to their word and it was delivered earlier than I thought, which was great. My daughter said it was beautiful and delicious. I would order from the store again. read more

Edible Arrangements was a pretty bright delight, I loved it. The arrangement that came with a balloon, and the fruit presented well. Cool idea, need some tweaking on delivery. I wish the store would have called before sending/arriving at place expecting person to be there. Just some feedback, CALL AHEAD before delivering. read more

Late delivery, sloppy and messy appearance. This delivery was meant to be a gift and it didn't arrive the way it should have. Called 4 times with a fee hours in between to check on the order and received different information each time. Extremely disappointed. The fruit was warm when I received it, and crumbs all around the tray. Truly truly disappointing. read more

I have sent several Edible Arrangements as well as received them over the past few years. Their fruit platters are always of the highest quality and freshness and are always delivered in perfect condition when they say they will deliver. I love to receive them and everyone I have sent them to loves them. They are a perfect gift. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation. read more

Wonderful chocolate covered pineapple and strawberries. Loved it. Marshmallows also delicious.

Received a mother's day gift from my daughter from Edible.com. A platter of chocolate covered strawberries with pineapple letters spelling MOM. However, there were worms on the strawberry tops and some of the strawberries not covered in chocolate had dirt still on them. Unbelievable. My daughter paid $97 for this. I called the local Edible store where the delivery came from and they were of course apologetic offered to resend the platter or a discount on the next order. NO THANK YOU. I will advise my daughter not to use Edible again. read more

Just received an absolutely beautiful and delicious arrangement from Edible Arrangements on Archer Road. The delivery driver called to let me know he was here and asked if I wanted him to wait at the gate til I got there to pick it up. Excellent customer service. The fruit is cold, and sweet, and very fresh. The chocolate covered strawberries are perfect. Attached at the top of the arrangement are three "happy birthday" balloons. My SIL ordered this from Ohio and I immediately sent her pictures of her order. Thank you Edible Arrangements for the fabulous birthday gift for my daughter and our whole family. Definitely recommend. read more

I ordered to surprise my friend just because. It was supposed to be Friday but the driver seems to be having a hard time locating her place although it's just a basic and simple apartment complex. So my friend received today, Monday. I ordered the regular delicious daisy and my friend sent me a pic of what she received and it looks like a petite. I mean my friend should've get what I ordered, correct? I wish the team would've paid attention to what the customer ordered. Too much inconvenience and very disappointed customer here. read more

Ordered a rather expense fruit arrangement , separate order of dipped fruit and ballon to be sent to my son prior to Easter. Even paid the extra fee for delivery. I provided my sons number on the order and address. He lives in a apartment complex that has a concierge to accept packages and deliveries. We waited all day for the delivery and by 4 pm I decided to call. They expressed that they are not allowed to enter the building that they text and called him to come out to get the delivery. My son never received a text nor call. Newsflash -There are people in the world that have disabilities. Keep that in mind. That was the entire reason for "delivery". Door to door service. Not door to curbside . Epic fail Edible Arrangements. You lost our business. Publix was called and they took care of what you couldn't at a fraction of the cost. read more

Love this place! They came in early just to have my arrangement ready before I had to go to work. Very delicious and accommodating. Super friendly staff. read more

I am so impressed. I ordered a last-minute gift for my daughter's birthday, who is away in college. I ordered by phone and was told my order would be delivered in the morning. 40 minutes later, my daughter sends me a picture of her with the delivery...it looks better than the website picture. I can't believe how quickly Edible Arrangements was able to make this surprise happen! 10 stars if I could! read more

Lack of products/ organization. I called at 3:00 for status of delivery and was told that the order was never created and was finally finished and waiting for the driver for pickup. Long story short after several other calls regarding delivery, order finally arrived after 6:00. Wasn't a good experience that I am used to from other locations. A little too much work from my side. read more

I always thought that Edible Arrangements were a beautiful gift, especially for a fondue lover like me. I always heard they were expensive, so I wondered if the quality lived up to the prices. I received Edible Arrangements as a gift, so I unfortunately don't know the price, but I'm happy to say that the quality was great the day I received them! As the days go on though, the fruit juices seep into the chocolate, and naturally both the fruit and coating get a bit mushy. Enjoy them as soon as you can! Although I can't give a review on the service at this location, the person who picked up my gift didn't seem to have any complaints about it. If you enjoy pretty presentations and giving/receiving nice gifts of sweet treats, I definitely recommend Edible Arrangements! read more

I live in Atlanta and ordered an arrangement for my 90 year old grandmother just to let her know that I was thinking about her. When it was delivered everything went well. When they started to dig into it they discovered two caterpillars inside the arrangement. They immediately called edible arrangements and they offered to send another one out immediately. My grandmother decided to get chocolate covered strawberries instead. They did a good job bringing a replacement right away. I just wished they would of caught the 2 caterpillars before they delivered the first arrangement. read more

horrible experience. ordered more than 24 hours in advance. order stated "out for delivery" for hours. called... they said, no worries it's going to be delivered. they never delivered. cannot make up for missing someone's birthday. would NEVER EVER consider again. read more

Minimal inventory, no balloons, no chocolate cake, no vases for flowers. seems to need a lot of work at this location with organization. Would not have received order if I had not called to confirm time of delivery. Very different experience that I have encountered before with different locations. I don't believe it was the driver's fault. read more

I don't know what we were doing before Edible Arrangements came along. It's clean and bright; the sales associates are polite and helpful. The minimalist layout of the shop is perfect. My favorite part are the samples that are available for guests, the foral cut fruit arrangements and the coupons. Everybody loves EAs; they make the best gifts for every occasion. Sharing and receiving an EA is a great experience overall. read more

I always questioned the viability of getting fruit delivered like this. I stopped in and Alicia went through everything with us. She let us try a few samples and it was exquisite. Will never order from there again. My daughter loves these chocolate covered fruits. I ordered them for her a just because bouquet and she said it was great but fruit was overripe. I figured it was a one time thing but then I ordered again for Valentines Day and was even more disgusted because she received a bouquet that included grapes and other fruit that was even covered in chocolate. The one I ordered was all chocolate covered strawberries. To top it off she said it was inedible except for 3 strawberries. I called at 4pm to see what was happening with her delivery since it said it was still being made. They said it was just going out for delivery but 3 hours later this wasn't the case. I called again and they said they were really busy and weren't sure they could get there before the school mailboxes closed. I told them they could call her directly and she would meet them outside her dorm. They agreed. Twenty minutes later my daughter text that they called her and asked if they could deliver tomorrow. Boy that was the straw. However, 20minutes later and her bouquet arrived. So I appreciate that they made it but their quality has certainly deteriorated so much so that she asked not to get them any longer. read more

I ordered an "end of the semester" arrangement for my daughter, a UF student, and the professor for whom she works. While there was a technical difficulty with the initial order, the manager (Brian) took it upon himself to correct the issue and fully exceeded my expectations.
