Parking can be tricky here, as there are other businesses and the AC Hotel in the vicinity. My mom and I decided to stop in for a to go breakfast treat that was healthy and filling. The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and products they offer. I went for the Beach Bowl, which is a blend of acai, mango, banana, and guava juice. The toppings are granola, honey, and your choice of one topper. I went with blueberries. While we waited, I noticed that they sell energy drinks, protein bar, and other goodies. They also sell protein/energy bites that they make in house which are my mom's fav. The bowl surprisingly did not melt on our ride home. Their acai is thick and so tasty because of the addition of the guava juice. It's not super sweet at all. The toppings were perfectly portioned and fresh. I love coming here whenever I'm craving acai. Rush Bowls has soooo many options it makes it hard sometimes to pick what I really want to try. However, I will be back soon to try out their smoothie options!

They give you the option to choose your own toppings and drizzles for the acai bowls, waffles, and churros, which is cool! It is quite like nothing I've been to before, in the best way! The interior is welcoming and fun. With gator memorabilia, including signed jerseys. The service is excellent and so personable. The husband and wife team who own the eatery are the nicest people. They are so sweet and really go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. My dad and I both ordered a protein Belgian waffle topped with strawberries and blueberries, with a honey drizzle. The ordering system is super simple. You just order and pay at the front and they will bring it to you when it is ready. They served us our waters, my dad's milk, and some cutlery while our food was being prepared. The food came out roughly 10-15 after we ordered. It was presented very nicely and aesthetically. The waffle was hands down the best protein waffle I've ever had. It was dense, thick, and fluffy, but didn't have an artificial protein taste to it at all. The fresh berries and honey on top were the perfect addition. I also appreciated the sugar free syrup and swirls of cool whip and the side. The meal was very filling and satiating as well. Overall, I was more than impressed with Gainzville Hub! It is a wonderful establishment in downtown Gainesville serving great protein packed options. The inside is unique and fun. Service was awesome, super friendly, and efficient. The food -- phenomenal! Absolutely loved my protein Belgian waffle and had nothing but rave things to say about it. I also really appreciate how connected they are with the community and the school. You can tell they really care about their guests and the people who come by! Cannot wait to stop by again and try more menu items!

I went there again the other day and nothing changed except they couldn't make any smoothies as the clerk told us (3 other people came in right after we went in) that ALL there blenders were "DOWN". I found this hard to believe because as we were pulling up another clerk (whom I recognize as a SK employee) walked out of the back door with a smoothie.
