I ran in to get coffee for me and donuts for my coworkers. I'd never visited here before. The staff exuded a calm low-key professionalism. They helped me quickly with one team member getting my coffee and the other helping me with my donut selection. The vibe was nice, the store clean and bright. The coffee was really good. They use the computer ordering system which I do appreciate vs waiting in line. It's my neighborhood Dunkin and very close to Starbucks. Oh my gosh, the employees have me smiling so big leaving Dunkin today. Went in for the darkest hot coffee I could get (it's a foggy day, I just got outta 90 minute traffic on 95, SO TIRED) anyway these sweethearts took good care of me. Lexi brewed me up a fresh pot of Midnight, Brad engaged in cute banter w my teen son and was really patient as I counted out my change from a 5lb bag of nickels (insert joke about that's why we're having a coin shortage, lol). Lexi said she could take a bit off the total, that's when I heard my son exclaim "oh my gosh mom! Senior discount!" We had a nice laugh and I said "I'll take it." Wow. Did the drive through. Young girls working there weren't too friendly just had blank stares on their faces. three different girls were taking care of my order. They got my order wrong, forgot several items, added an item that I didn't order and charged me a couple dollars more. The service here is awful. Need to hire more people who are not teenagers and unable to handle their job. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me. That person had a coffee and I had an ice cream. It was absurd. The person did not apologize for wait or offer anything. I was recently late for work because the Morons who work at this location ran out of brewed coffee during the night of rush hour. This review is for the exemplary service on part of the manager. As a frequent DD customer, I usually come in armed with the latest deal featured on the mobile app, which I highly recommend due to the frequent perks, deals, and ease of paying with the mobile debit card. On this particular visit, I had a deal posted on my app for any size hot coffee for $0.99 so my go-to order is their newer dark roast coffee with standard cream/sugar. The clerk was unsure about the deal and had the manager come around and he commented that the deal was only good for the Baltimore stores but went ahead and honored it anyway. As if that hadn't already perked up my day in addition to the coffee, I was inquiring about another mobile app coupon (for a future visit) that gave a free travel mug for the purchase of any medium size drink and ordinarily one is not allowed to use multiple coupons for the same purchase, but he grabbed a travel mug off the rack and handed it to me. To quote Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother, "Here's the mini-cherry on top of the regular cherry on top of the sundae of awesomeness that is my life", apparently they are running some promotion that if I come in with that same travel mug from now throughout the summer, I get $0.99 iced coffee/tea refills anytime provided I pay with my DD card....what the what?! Mr. Manager, you've earned a regular customer for your unsolicited awesomeness. read more

Traveling back to Tampa Florida and we wanted to stop for coffee. Dunkin Dounuts is always our first choice because of the quality and prices. The service was exceptional and we didn't have to wait long at all. Terrible customer service. If you are brown don't expect great service they will service the fair skin people as top priority. They said good morning and were pleasant with the fair skin guests. When it came to me..they gave me my total before I could finish ordering, no greeting, took my money and made me wait double the time for my food. They gave me 5 hash browns and insisted all of them were there without checking. As I showed them it was not the right amount, lady snatch the bag from me and went about business. I watched 3-4 customers get their meal before I got a simple hash brown back. They made me wait an additional 20 minutes for hash browns while they served everyone else. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are so many other great breakfast places and there's another dunkins us the street. Better service. read more

This is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts ever! The employees are unkempt and often out front smoking cigarettes and you have to wait for them to finish to place your order, they are constantly out of Mint chocolate chip ice cream, their milkshake machine is "broken," or they are "cleaning" out their coolers before closing all of the time to the point where you can't order ice cream for the last two hours of business. I gave this establishment a 2 star because usually they are good about giving me good service but this time the girl seemed to rush us while ordering and she didn't give us cream and sugar with our coffee when we asked for it. Everything is casual once you park your car and proceed to walk in the building. When you think of Dunkin' Donuts, you automatically think of good quality service and happy employees. Well that's what I didn't receive. Once I walked in the building, I automatically saw 3 employees giving me a blank stare as if I was asking them to donate their kidney. There's this one lady, who is just standing there , no emotion at all, watching her co-workers do all the work. The worst part is, she has headphones on. What kind of employee stands in front of their customers, no greeting and just wears their headphones on. I don't think the dunkin' donuts CEO will be happy to see her do that. Overall, they were able to give me decent service , but their presentation looked very poor. read more

There is a Baskin Robbins here! Ice cream is fresh. Clean location with fresh donuts and coffee. The employees were nice and I like how there isn't a food smell that takes over the entire store. There are tables and seating that are clean so you don't have to worry about wiping down your table and seat before sitting down. read more

I love me some dunkies and this place does a decent job. Stars down for dude behind the counter talking on the cell phone while I was standing at the register waiting. They could also use an EASL instructor for basic coffee words like Cream and Sugar so a translator isn't needed for a very basic order. Been in there 3 times, and two different employees needed to ask for translation help. I get it that there's going to be a learning curve but you should have a firm grasp of coffee/donut/bagel words if you are going to man the register at Dunkin Donuts. read more

I purchased a large thermos from Dunkin Doughnuts for the refill value. On a later date, I presented the thermos to the attendant at the above location. I was expecting to pay $1.06 for the refill. However, the attendant charged me $1.10. I then asked the attendant why he was charging me an extra .4 cents. He told me that it was for taxes. I told him that the taxes should be .6 cents. The attendant then asked a manager and he (Manager) then recharged me $3.88. I asked the manager if he honored the refill policy of Dunkin Doughnuts and he said no and that he could not afford the refill price. read more

I am very dissapointed with this Location. Everytime I go to order one of the cashiers does not understand me, and doesn't know how to ring the order up. There is no customer service as she can't understand me. I can understand being new if this is the case however when she is not interested in learning the register and watching when the Manager takes the order it's rediculous, she instead goes to the back. I typically do not write reviews as i really do not feel it necessary but this has happened several tines in the past month and when she has attempted to ring my order up I have to repeat myself 5 times. Went in to get coffee coolattas and frosted donuts before hitting the road, a man was loading the donut racks with donuts, and a woman was on the other side. I told him what I wanted but I guess he was busy that the woman came up to take my order instead. I repeated to her what I wanted but she seem very tired and not eager to help me. When I got my order I told them that I order two Coolatta and she told me she only charged me for 1. So I had to pay for another which I didn't mind,, but she seem very annoyed at this point. When I finally received my order, I didn't get whip cream which I asked for 3 times. Once when I placed the order with the gentleman, another when I order with her, and again when she told me I had to pay for another. She wasn't very friendly or polite, or even happy to there. As if by experience wasn't already sour, when I got in the car to eat my donut, there were barely any frosting on it. I have been a loyal DD costumer since I was very young, I will not be returning to this location ever again. Get some happier employees. read more
