I'm not sure why people give this location to little stars. I'm a frequent customer via drive-thru and my experience is Always positive. I have yet to have a incomplete/incorrect order. The lines can get a little crazy but that's not the employees fault. Big kiddos to kara, Kerry, kerra... I don't know exactly how to spell it but it's that supper bubbly lady you hear through the speaker box. I remember one early morning where she was manning all the positions because everyone must have called in. She managed to keep it together and fulfill all orders correctly. This Tuesday, me and my friends were looking for a nice drink. We were so excited to get our drinks at our usual place. The staff here were very rude and passive aggressive to us. My friend was tying her shoe and the staff yelled at her to move her foot when we weren't bothering anyone. We were then standing outside to make a funny video with our drinks as we waited for our last one and when we came in, the same member yet again told us to move away from the entrance. Nasty nasty nasty. I haven't been to a Dunkin' since my 20s. Went to this place hoping for a bit more seating for the kids. Anyways, while ordering the donuts looked great. But once we were eating them, nasty. This is no joke or exaggeration, but I am almost positive these donuts were old, probably a day old. I have NEVER had a donut like these that were made same day. Place was dirty also. Given that it shares the room with a baskin robbins, and every baskin robbins I've been in the last 10 years seems to be owned by a certain culture which is known to be super cheap, I'd say this is prob the same thing which shows in the quality. Came by to grab a donut on the way to work. It's a combo Baskin Robbins - Dunkin' Donuts store. As soon as I parked I remembered they have a drive-thru window but I walked inside anyway. I was the only customer at that moment. It took a couple minutes to get served as the lone fellow working was putting vats of ice cream into the serving freezer on the B&R side. He let me know he'd be right over. I got a strawberry-chocolate croissant donut which he slid into a bag sideways and I was on my way. Unfortunately a good portion of the chocolate on top of the donut stuck to the inside of the bag. Otherwise it was a decent donut with a layer of strawberry jelly filling in the middle that was good; not too sweet. The texture was light and not dense like a typical cake donut. Just your average donut shop. But if you get a donut with a softer topping rather than a hard glaze don't let them put it in a bag! read more

As promised the iced coffee recommended to Me By the cashier was Amazing and refreshing! I got the gingerbread s'more iced coffee. My cousin got a vanilla latte. We loved that the coffee was smooth, tasty, made fast and didn't upset our stomachs. We both got donuts And they were okay, but nothing special. I'm guessing this is a newer location. It is very clean and joint with Baskin Robbins. The decor and the set up looks very good and updated. I went to grab their iced latte and a couple donuts just as a treat to myself. I chose the glazed doughnut, and the strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles. I have always been a fan of the coffee at Dunkin' Donuts. There is a distinct flavor they have they can be distinguished from the other coffee grounds. The ice latte was refreshing and good, the donuts were just good too. Everything over here is very affordable so it's a good bargain for what you pay. This is a small dunkn donut combined with Baskin Robbins. This is my first time to this location. I arrived around 11am and ordered breakfast sausage wrap. Service was decent, people were nice, food was also decent. Not rated in this review. I read a few comments about the long drive thru wait time. While waiting inside, I can tell that service is quite slow especially for DD customers because they also fulfill BR orders which take longer. On top that they are quite short staffed. After waiting for two people that worked there come out of the restroom, I went in and wen to wash my hands, the only problem is that there was no water working in the bathroom sink. It's disgusting knowing that the people that were working there that went in and out were there serving ice cream to people after using the restroom and not washing their hands. The gals at the speaker and the window were friendly. Unfortunately, the coffee is inconsistent. We ordered two hot almond milk lattes and when we removed the lids, the cups were only half full. The coffee was lukewarm. We also ordered two iced lattes exactly the same, but they were different colors when we received them. One seemed to have a lot more almond milk than the other. Two times we were handed the wrong drink. We noticed that the tag was not what we ordered and we gave it back to them. I hoping they are remaking these drinks for the next customer and not giving them the ones we touched during this pandemic. Overall, we like Dunkin' Coffee, but I wish there was more consistency with their product. Every time we go, we order the same thing but the products taste different. The two women that were working this morning Wednesday July 24 are amazing!! Only 2 people working a morning rush and they were so polite even though it's a stressful time. I have had two great experiences at this location in the last two weeks. The service is quick, the food is fresh, and the employee who works at the window on weekend mornings is nice! It's 8:45pm on a Friday night. They're supposed to be open until 10. The chairs are all up on EVERY table Inside. They shut the blinds so it looks closed and they're getting ready to lock the doors. It's the middle of July. They shouldn't close early with no notice. They are also very inconsistent with their scoop sizes. I've always loved going to Dunken more than Starbucks till the last few visits. The store itself is lovely and so are all the stuff except the morning lead JD! She's always been rude and condescending and she likes to take every opportunity that she gets to scold and correct customers. There are a lot of issues with the app as they have acknowledged. This morning was another day, where my offer didn't work or the cashier didn't scan it right and instead of JD being understanding and trying to fix the situation, she kept telling me I didn't do it right and continued to argue with me about $2 and to a point of arguing and holding up the drive through line. I am not sure where her background is but I felt like I was dealing with someone who was previously in jail. My husband I have always taken her tone and rudeness as she's busy or maybe she was having a bad day but today was the last of it. After she could not fix my coupon, I told her I just want to cancel my order drink and get my money back and she proceeded to tell me, I'm not going to cancel your entire order and give you the money! I didn't even have my order yet and I wasn't even asking that. If she takes the time to listen to her customers more than to try and be a thug, she would have better customer service skills. i went on sunday 5/4, excited to try the dunkalatte and received the worst customer service. first, we waited 10 min at the speakerphone just to order (there was no one in front of us). i figured it's ok, busy day. we then went to the window and waited 15-20 min before i paid and got my coffee and donut (again, no one was in front of us). i have never waited that long for any drive through, especially the busy ones like in n out. on top of all of this, my mom asked the worker what took so long, and he completely ignored us. i repeated the question, and he continued to ignore. i even said, "wow, not even an apology", and no response. i wish i got his name but he was a younger guy with a mustache. i understand sometimes it gets busy, but there was no reason I needed to wait that long (15-20 min) in the line. i was expecting at least an apology, but not even that. other drive throughs have given me my food for free or a coupon, but i just wanted an apology or explanation. dunkin, please hire people with better customer service or train them better. read more

Came here ALOT last year because they have a drive through. The service here has gone downhill SO fast. Drive thru takes FOREVER. The last 2 times I have ordered my husbands macchiato HOT. I could never understand the hype of DD. I love the East Coast...but what do you guys see in their donuts? I seriously don't get it. So many other great donut shops in California. I went to Sidecar Donuts in CM for my family's favorite treats. Since there was no chocolate during my visit, I drove to DD for my little kids. I ordered four chocolate frosted. How hard could that be right? They put it in a paper bag for me, and just handed me the bag without so much as a thank you or a smile. I didn't think anything of it until I got home. The chocolate donuts were stuck together, melted to each other, with the napkins thrown on top and covered in chocolate. WHO DOES THAT???? I will never return to DD again. I just attempted to attend the grand opening and was confronted by belligerent and rude "security" staff there. I would stay far away from this place and as a Foothill Ranch resident I was extremely disappointed by my treatment. I will never visit this Dunkin Donuts nor would I ever recommend it to anybody. My wife and I would count down the days whenever we'd drive down Portola and see the DD under construction. And we finally got a chance to today...... But man what a DISAPPOINTMENT. We ordered a bunch of munchkins and donuts--EVERY donut was dry as cardboard and tasted old. We ended up throwing away most of the box. It's like their donut recipe doesn't have enough water mixed in it, then they place the donuts on a dehydrator, and then serve them to you the next day. The DD in Irvine and Mission Viejo are great, so maybe it'll take these guys a few weeks to get it right. Coffee was good though. I'll stick to the mom 'n pop donuts for now. I have low starting expectations for any quick-serve/fast food, and this place managed to provide such a disgusting doughnut, that I can't even give them two stars. I ordered a chocolate glazed/stuffed with cream doughnut, and a coffee. The doughnut itself was grainy and stale, which was bad enough. But then I got to the cream filling...so revolting I actually gagged. It was clotted inside the doughnut, and when I bit into it, it was in a hard, congealed lump. I threw the whole thing in the trash! So gross. As for the coffee, it tasted burned. The employees were pleasant enough, but I will never go back to this location. Awful! read more
