I quickly sent them a DM, and they responded right away, telling me to come back the next day for fresh replacements. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days. The team at Kora Bakery has always been amazinghumble, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. I've been supporting them since their pop-up days, and experiences like this are exactly why I'll continue to do so. He was patient with me and my niece trying to decide which delicious doughnut we would want. I got the Iced Glazed Vanilla coffee and it was delicious. Hot chocolate for the kids were good, but since its "real" hot chocolate they thought it tasted weird. Only because its not processed and has real chocolate in it haha. We decided to get the tres Leche, strawberry, blackout, and red velvet. Strawberry one tasted like a Pocky stick, delicious! Tres Leche was a second fave amongst the kids, and then the blackout. Full of flavor and right amount of sweetness. The red velvet was the least favorite as it didn't give much red velvet flavor and was lacking something we couldn't put our finger on it. Overall really good doughnuts and can't wait to try others. The place is in a fancy looking lobby building and across the college. We went on the weekend so it was not as busy during that time. Its a great spot to pick up something.
