No one came to my table to take a drink order, offer water, or even acknowledge my presence. During this time, I watched staff repeatedly return to tables occupied by white customers who had already been served, checking on them, refilling drinks, and continuing to provide attentive service while my table remained completely overlooked. To make matters worse, I was dining with my granddaughter and was never offered a high chair. I had to locate one myself, and when I found one, it was dirty and had not been properly cleaned. I was forced to wipe it down myself before my granddaughter could safely use it. Something as basic as providing a clean high chair for a child should never fall on the customer. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time without even the courtesy of being greeted, it became impossible not to notice the difference in how I was being treated compared to other customers. As a paying customer, I expected the same level of service that was being provided to everyone else. Instead, I felt invisible, disrespected, and unwelcome. After realizing that no one intended to serve me, I chose to leave. I walked out without ever being greeted, offered a beverage, or given the opportunity to place an order. No customer should have to leave a restaurant because staff failed to acknowledge their presence. Whether intentional or not, the disparity in treatment gave the appearance of racial bias and left me questioning why I was ignored while white customers received attentive service. The experience was humiliating, unacceptable, and not one I will soon forget. I hope management thoroughly investigates this matter and takes immediate steps to ensure that all customers are treated equally, respectfully, and with the level of service they deserve.
