Horrible service! Sat in the drive thru for almost 25 mins just for a cup of coffee? Took them forever to just take the first 2 cars Infront of me and mind you there were two other cars behind me. When I finally pulled up to order, was met with an attitude.? Ahh excuse me I didn't give you one especially if I was the one waiting and waiting. It was to late for me to drive anywhere else to grab coffee on my way to work since Starbucks and Caribou was on the other side of kernersville..I was already right down the street from my job. This has to be one of the worst experience I ever had grabbing coffee. Inside was even worst with a line and folks just sitting around waiting also. America run on Dunkin was a joke at this point. Coffee wasn't even that great either.... Sad since this is the only location here in kernersville! I see I'm not the only one who had experience this from their past review. This location would not honor a free coffee with purchase that they advertised with signs outside their location. When we got to the window, were told the signs have expired and should have been taken down. The coffee was already made but was being charged instead of free, and when asked about that, they said they will just throw it out. I drove by a little while later and signs were still up. I reached out to corporate and have not had a response as of yet. Very disappointed in Dunkin. read more

Don't stop here if you are on a time schedule. Sat in line behind one car five minutes and when I got to the window my order was sitting there. I sat there six to seven minutes with no one even making eye contact with me or saying I will be right there. She was taking a order at the drive thru. Guess what? That person won't get their order if you don't move me out of the line? My order was sitting right there getting cold!! It wasn't that it was crowded, she just wasn't being efficient and she didn't give a damn! No customer service skills whatsoever. Needless to say, I had to leave without my order , otherwise, I would have been late to work . That DD needs some management . *The lady that was making the orders was busting her butt on the orders . Anyone that knows me, knows that I'm a fan of Dunkin', or as I like to call it, "The Dunk." Yes, I know that doesn't necessarily sound pleasing, but just roll with it. This Dunkin' Donuts does not disappoint. They have been friendly almost every time...we all have our days...I've never been stuck in any sort of long line and the quality is up to par with other Dunkin' Donuts. I stick with what I know and that's the Iced Coffee. It's potent and super customizable. I, however, like it with just cream. It's less than $3 for a large and that you can't beat. I will continue visiting this Dunkin' when I'm in the area. read more

I have been coming to Dunkin in kernersville for years , & today encounter the worst experience ever with an employee name "Kit" . she was very rude , unprofessional, & very argumentative. she argued about my order that I order every morning the same thing never order anything different . even after she argue saying I said frozen I then corrected still saying ice & she continued arguing saying "what I said " she will not let it go & even continued to argue at the window with me . She than took off her gloves & threaten me saying "bitch i will come outside & whoop your white ass " not only was she unprofessional & rude she was racist ! Every other trip there and the coffee is either...ok...or burnt. This last round, the coffee was the absolute nastiest coffee yet. Burnt, bitter tasting. I held off on drinking it to try and salvage it at home but when I popped off the lid there was a long black hair floating on top. Just Nasty!! I'll never go back to Kville D&D. By the way. I've been a D&D drinker for over 35 years. Let me tell you, the nastiest tasting D&D coffee I have ever had. read more

I actually can't believe they served me this "snackin bacon".. I'm not one to leave reviews but I go to this Dunkin almost every morning before work. I always munch on my snacking bacon when I'm driving to work and it's never over cooked but ... I'm just gonna leave this picture here. We have ate here a few times. Every time we eat here, they don't get our order right. My wife always ask for extra cream cheese on her bagel and they never give it but charge us for it. She asked for two things of cream cheese bc they didn't put it on her bagel and they wanted to charge us. I DO NOT recommend this place. Absolutely AMAZING staff, always have a smile on their faces even when they are backed up with business. Donuts could use a little more sprinkles but sandwiches are cooked PERFECT! I'm a regular here and I hope this can make others as well. 10/10! read more
