The Honey Ginger Chai was smooth and comforting, especially with almond milk and a nice froth. The blueberry muffin (warmed) was simple but really good--sometimes that's all you need. My cappuccino, the José Conseco, truly lived up to its name: bold, smooth, and flavorful without needing any added sugar. That alone says a lot about the quality of their coffee. What stood out most is that Chi Rho really proves you don't need a lot of sugar or extra additives to make a great cup of coffee. The flavors speak for themselves.
