Honestly! You have to check out their schedule and give it a try.  Here's the experience: Ariana, the owner, made me a top-grade matcha with real cookie butter spread around the inside of the cup and cookies on top! It was SO GOOD!  Lauren and Ariana educated me on matcha, we took photos, and it was great to finally meet them! Excellent service! They're providing the best coffee and matcha.  Grandma's Coffee is a mobile truck, but today they were downtown Rideunited Winston-Salem. Everything about this place is absolutely positively amazing! From the overwhelming amount of scrumptious looking pastries that they have to the extremely friendly staff and delicious espresso based coffees this place is spot on and a hidden gym! I ordered the mocha Frappuccino that's made with Ghirardelli dark chocolate powder and I added two shots of espresso to it. Mason, the barista made it perfectly! It has the best blend of flavors and the right amount of coffee boldness. I also got three shakes of cinnamon powder, which is my usual. Brad, who also worked in the Coffee area was also very friendly and helpful. The girl who gave us our pastries was also very sweet and knowledgeable about their pastries. They get most of their sweets from Cheesecakes By Alex a local Winston-Salem and Greensboro shop that I visit very frequently. I got the New York style cheesecake which is always delicious. I was able to get in and out easily, although at 7:45am the sun was blinding as I pulled through the drive-through. They didn't have the fun holiday cups, but were still able to do the drink I wanted with Cranberry. It was made perfectly, I even opted for an extra shot. Although I was super confused because my usual $8.20ish drink was $10 at this location. I know there was an extra shot, but that was a huge jump and was rang in totally different than the other location I go to. That part was a bummer. The staff here are not as over the top as well. They are friendly, kind, and talk, without constantly forcing small-talk...which honestly I appreciate. I'd go back, but I am definitely going to see what changed from one location to another for such a price jump.
