Great place to stop by and get a quick cold brew. The service can be a little slow, and with all the coffee shops going in out there, that's a little surprising. The store seems to be very clean, (always go in), every time I visit this location. The traffic patterns are a little complicated, hopefully, they will get that straightened out. read more

The employees at this store are lovely. I usually mobile order through the drive thru, and my orders are always ready and accurate! If they make a mistake or if something is off, they will fix your order promptly. I love this Dunkin and I am so glad it is the closest one to my house! I'm a regular at this location & never have any issues here. I love this location because it's never busy like the one near the NASCAR stadium, clean, friendly crew, & quick service. They also have a kiosk unlike the other location. I usually always get either an iced coffee or a refresher with a wake-up wrap. Hardly ever is my order incorrect or not to my liking, but if it's not your name they have a great attitude about fixing it until you're happy regardless of how busy they may be. This is also a good location to study or do work since they're open 24/7 with outlets, food during all hours, & comfy seating! read more

Stopped here on my way home after watching a Pickleball Tournament in Holly Hill. The location is brand new and conveniently situated just a short distance from I-95. Plenty of parking spaces and a drive-through are available. On this visit we ordered a couple coffee drinks and a donut. All the drinks were made as ordered and the donut was fresh. Everything tasted good. Clara, behind the counter, welcomed us warmly and made our visit more than just a coffee stop with some light-hearted chatter. Although Dunkin' is not my preferred coffee, I would definitely stop here again. read more

Literally rolled her eyes when I asked for a straw because she did not provide one! One of the smoothest and fastest Dunkin I have been to. The service was very friendly while there were a lot of people in the store and the drive thru. The atmosphere was clean and neat. My peppermint mocha latte was made to perfection. Great location, great staff, and great products! read more

Friendly staff on the drive thru intercom but once you get to the window , that disappears. I don't care about friendliness but typically people go to a drive thru because they are in a rush and it took over 20 minutes for us to order and get our food. For some reason they decided to switch which cheese my sandwich is supposed to come with without even saying anything??? Not sure why. Also one of our drinks was missing 15-20% and just looked sad. The bagel was okay (chewy, not soft), with the exception of the burnt edges. - this was the least appetizing bagel sandwich I've ever received at a DD. This Dunkin is one of the best around! I enjoy getting the strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea They know how to make it just right every time! The only reason why I don't give a 5 star is because I went here @8:00pm recently and I ordered hash browns and they told me they just cleaned their ovens and are not serving any food. I was thrown off by this because they are open 24 hours. So how are you going to stop cooking food at a somewhat early time? That part was confusing but I'll just go during the day! Super friendly and efficient drive thru experience! We were in and out of the line in no time! The lady on headset and at the window was very polite and friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were out of most donuts when we came through so my partner had to settle for a donut he didn't have before (they had mine so I was happy). He liked his new donut though, so no harm done, their selection was just small at the time we came through. The lady was super nice and apologetic about it though, which was nice. I understand that there is a shortage of staff but i should not be waiting 5-10 minutes for them to take my order when there is no line then, When i get up to the window it's little boys messing around in the back and they always mess up my drink and complain. I couldn't tell you the last time I was at a Dunkin Donuts. I stopped to get gas at the Shell and my boyfriend went inside to buy breakfast. I asked for an old fashioned donut. He didn't know what it was, but I told him it should be labeled and if they didn't have any to get me a plain yeast donut. Well he came back out with what they had labeled as an old fashioned but was just a plain cake donut. It was the worst donut I've ever had: super dry and it tasted like old fryer oil. I don't know if it's just this location or all Dunkin Donuts, but they need to learn what an old fashioned is. Also I don't know who would purposely order their "old fashioned". Yuck! Also their chocolate bismarck is filled with whipped cream instead of the proper custard filling. read more

my grandmother visited this location this morning at 6am and ordered two coffees, large hot 7 cream and 7 sugar, and the coffee tasted burnt or very old, past the 18 minute shelf life. she also ordered a blueberry glazed cake donut, and recived what could only be described as hard as a hockey puck and dry as a dessert. we have been to many other locations at this time and have experienced better. i have had similar experiences at this same location. may not visit again. read more
