Found this coffee shop from a quick search, pass it through the area. Although I always try to balance any existing positive or negative reviews, I feel it best to add context to the existing reviews. Very clean, comfortable atmosphere when you first walk in. Very organized. Selection options were sufficient in plentiful for the shop's size and services. There namesake coffee as I wanted something simple. It's a dark gross space and hit the spot. Chose one of the turkey option bagels and hit the spot as well. I can tell the staff prepared my items with patients and care. The baristas Deborah and Kira were superbly, professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank you ladies! Great customer care and service. Enjoyed sitting inside in one a small lounge spot. Found this cute little local coffee shop, more so for a quick pick up and go. They do have seating but it's very small. Wide selection of drinks- they also had a cute menu for the new movie The Sheep Detectives. The service was fast and the coffee was delicious. I got the butter bear iced latte! read more

This is currently my favorite coffee I've had in years. To my dismay they are not close to me but I've already told my co worker he has to bring me their coffee every time he's near by. This is a cozy coffee shop with the friendliest staff ever and the best coffee flavors and combos. I got the ButterCup iced latte as suggested by the sweetest girl. It has Hazelnut, butterscotch and Carmel. The flavor was amazing and they have every milk alternative including my personal favorite Oat milk. Some other cool drinks I saw was blondie latte, black bear latte, blueberry bliss latte a red bull Creme freeze. They also have smoothies, tea lattes and all your traditional handcrafted drinks if your not into crafty drinks. A fun fact I loved is they give you a $1 off if you have a tattoo. How cool?! Pretty good coffee. You can adjust the sweetness if you don't want your coffee too sweet. I had the Butter Cookie Cold Brew with a little Cinnamon and without whipped cream. Little too sweet but I know to just adjust the sweetness level when I order next time. The 2 girls working were very friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee. My wife and daughter had the "Golden Honey" which was tumeric and honey. It was also good. We stopped into Biggby Coffee on our way home from Ormond Beach, and I fell in love. What an awesome coffee shop! For starters, my husband and I looked like we had been sleeping in the woods for a couple days (we had been camping). Regardless of our appearance we were greeted warmly and the employees started up a conversation with us the whole time they made our drinks. I ordered a mint mocha latte, which was delicious. More like a hot chocolate with coffee and mint. We ordered hot chocolates and a hot cider for the kids. Even though we had ordered one of the kids drinks the smaller size they went ahead and made it the bigger cup for free. So nice! If I lived in the area Biggby's would probably break me of my Starbucks addiction. Alas, I checked their locations online, and there are very few in the south. Most are in Michigan. So I either need to move to Michigan or pursuade someone to open a Biggby's franchise in Orlando (the latter is the better plan). So go to Biggby's. Biggby's is the Cheers of Ormond Beach! it is the friendliest place around. the baristas are skilled, helpful, and the nicest young people. Randy has a skill of hiring the best. The coffee is excellent and the choices outstanding. I've been going since they opened and have NEVER had a bad experience. walking in, I am called by name and the baristas know my "go to" drink. My wife and two daughters are big coffee drinkers. Me? Not so much. Actually more like not at all! So I hate to go with them to Starbucks or similar places because it smells like coffee beans in there. And it seems like so many of the people there are.....uhhhhh.....I don't want to hurt feelings but like hipsters or caffeine bums just taking up space and Wi-Fi. Biggby Coffee is more like family. The place is always ultra clean and spotless. The air smells of clean, not coffee beans. I don't think it has ever been recorded that someone walked in the door and made it to the front counter without someone saying "Hi" or "Good morning" or smiling at you from the other side. Randy Frank (owner) is the nicest guy you could ever meet and his employees take after him. They do this cool contest every day where they put a random trivia question up on the chalkboard. If you guess it right then you get to pick from a jar filled with assort Biggby coupons. The questions are always though provoking and many times humorous. Since I don't drink coffee then I'm only left with hot chocolate. And WOW! Is it ever great there! They also have a Mint Hot Chocolate that is amazing. My family loves to get the Butter Bear Latte. They also have assorted food such as bagels and other items. But the Hot Chocolate is the hands-down best around! So if you want to go to a loud place to get your coffee and feel rushed where they have to write your name on the cup so they know which one is ours then go to the Starbucks down the street. If you want to go somewhere that'll greet you happily when you walk in the door and personally hand you your coffee when you are done (because they are making it RIGHT THERE FOR YOU as they talk to you) then go to Biggby Coffee. Very comfortable spot with friendly staff I tried three different coffees in one sitting and found it easy to work from here for several hours. If you're needing a pick me up after a day at Ormond Beach make sure you stop by Biggby Coffee. Service is friendly and the staff will happily chat with you while you wait. The shop is open, bright, airy and clean. You can get your drink hot, iced or frozen. I'm not a fan of the cold drinks so ended up getting a chocolate teddy bear which is a hot latté made with white chocolate and caramel. They accommodated my request for less sweetened drink by only adding half the syrup. The drink was delicious and with its whip cream and swirls of chocolate and caramel pretty to boot. I am definitely a very big fan of this wonderful coffee shop! I have been known to drive all the way from the other side of "Greater Daytona Beach" just to reach this location on Granada in Ormond Beach in order to devour one of their delicious coffee creations. They serve frozen coffees, iced coffees, hot coffees, have a wonderful FB page, have all kind of specials, and a pretty neat website. Okay, attention from the staff is incredible. When we walked in, Marshall greeted us, and worked to ensure we got the right ingredients, and got our needs met. The rest of the staff also engaged us in conversation, and it was totally sincere. Throughout our 2+ hour visit, we observed customers coming in, and the staff treated everyone with great respect, greeting many of them by name. They have lots of customer loyalty, for good reason. Their mission is to create fanatics (fans) of Biggby's who will tell others. Well, they succeeded today, 'cause I am telling you, this is a great experience. Friendly staff, clean place and good coffee. I believe Biggby Coffee is from the Minnesota area and is almost exclusively in the Midwest. We were so surprised to see this coffee shop on our way home to Orlando. We like their different latte combinations (Neopolitan is so good!) instead of the usual vanilla, mocha, etc. The barista recommended the Red Bull Cream (like a Red Bull milkshake) and my husband was extremely pleased with his purchase. We will definitely be stopping in whenever we are in the area, and I can already tell my husband will want to the make the trip exclusively for Biggby itself. read more
