I am a fan of cold brew coffee and Foxtails has one of the best. I do not get anything in my cold brew so it is bold and strong however, Foxtails cold brew is a smoother coffee albeit still strong. I usually have to get a little ice to water it down a tad. We also ordered one of the cookies they had available. They have a variety to choose from that is provided by an third party but Foxtails heats up the cookie for you which makes the cookie taste amazing. The service was good and the place is a great place to hang out. Since this location is directly across from the speedway I can image it would get pretty crazy during race times but it was not busy when we were there.

What's the point though, they RARELY have my order ready when I arrive and many times my order ticket is on the floor when I arrive which explains why my order isn't ready. Reliability and communication = Last week I attempted to place an online order for pickup but my order wouldn't process. So I called the store and spoke to a young lady who explained that their machine had broken down that morning which was the reason for my order not processing. I asked if the machine was fixed now and she said yes, but they had not updated the app. So I drove two cities over to find out upon arrival that they were closed due to the machine not working. I specifically asked on the phone before leaving if they were back open and was told yes........not true. The yesterday, I was in the area and decided to stop by only to find a note on the window that they had closed at 6pm for remodeling. Nothing is listed on the website, nothing stating when they will reopen. Very aggravating and frustrating and quite disappointing with the lack of communication from both their app and website.
