Most of the time this Dunkir Donuts location is pretty good but this time they dropped the ball a good bit. We placed a DoorDash order which we had done a few times without issues. Unfortunately this time we had some issues. We ordered a large hashbrown which Dunkin's version was delicious and honestly was this time as well. The problem was there was barely any hashbrowns in there which made me very sad. Also my wife got a big Sourdough Bacon sandwich which came with a very tiny amount of bacon. Very disappointing. On the positive side my Sweet Black Pepper Croissant and Boston Cream Donut were very good. It was a decent breakfast what we got but they could've done a lot better too. read more

Staff is great at this store! They were busy this morning when we came in, but everyone still was friendly and timely given the volume of customers. The food was as fresh as it can be. I come in and pick up my order and from time to time it is at the counter, but in the last few months, it's been a mobile order. Anyway, At least every Saturday and Sunday I come there for coffee and such and I can definitely tell that you switched management. Since about two or three months ago, I can't put my finger on it, the service, friendliness, and my orders have been coming up perfectly. And I also wanna add the extra effort and personalized Customer Service that I have received from Paige. The team is great, but Paige definitely sticks out as a leader and I can tell that she is trying to make my visit the best possible even if I'm in and out in one minute. I have a business so too many times we want to report when something bad happens and not enough. Do we praise when everything goes great. Well I'm saddened to say this place is as bad as all the other reviews I read. I was just in their and there are a lot of employees standing around and even eating on the front line (although I saw the manager tell this employee to get in the back if he's going to eat which is good). When they hand out drinks they do not confirm the little details so I always have to ask and make sure that it's the one with oat milk or that it is the decaf version of the Americano I ordered. Well, It was not the decaf version and they got my order wrong. And no one would come up and acknowledge me as I was standing there trying to ask and make sure it was decaf so I just took it and drank it. I'm on a diet fighting off a blood infection and I'm not supposed to have caffeine. Oh well, i'm sure I will be fine but I am just saying if you want high attention to detail and good customer service do not go to this location. read more

This is a nice Dunkin' location. I generally only stop here at lunch time, so I don't know how they handle the busy part of the day, but the staff is polite and drinks always made right. Their drink refill charge is more than other locations, otherwise this would be 5 stars. Added bonus for ice cream lovers, they have a Baskin Robins as part of the store too. I always eye the gorgeous ice cream cakes they make, but have never tried one. read more

I come here about 1-2 times a week but not for doughnuts. I come here for their VERY LIGHT breakfast and coffee. I usually get their bacon, egg and cheese wrap or egg and cheese wrap which is just perfect for me. Just enough calories or carbs to start my day. Every now and then I blow my carb budget with a Bagel sandwich. I love Dunkin Donuts Coffee, too. They are consistent and the place is clean. The staff are friendly. They're always busy in the morning. Sometimes the lines get long but the staff try their very best to keep things moving. I've not had a bad experience so far thus keep coming back. read more

I don't think I will be returning to this location. I asked the gentleman who was going to fix my breakfast wrap to please put his mask on first. This obviously upset him as he walked away and had someone else make my wrap. I tried to speak to him but was totally ignored. The woman who made my wrap also didn't have the mask covering her nose. The 3rd employee likewise was not wearing a mask. In this day and age it's totally unacceptable to ignore safety protocols. I will definitely not be going back. read more

I was at this location today. My son started puking as we were ordering out things. Puke all over him, myself and their floor. I apologized multiple times and the kind lady behind the register assured me not to worry about it, she handed me towels and I started to clean up my son, myself and the floors. She stopped me and assured me not to worry about cleaning their floors, that they were take care of that. SHE SAID THIS TO ME 3 TIMES, because I went to clean up their floor 3 separate times. She told me 3 times, do not worry about cleaning their floor to just take care of my son. So I do that, pay for my things and start to walk out. We make it half way to our car and the male manager comes out at says to me " miss you need to drag our rug outside, their is puke all over it" ( keep in mind my son is crying and wanting me to hold him) but I say nothing and go ahead an take the rug outside. I already felt bad that he puked all over the floor. We get to our car and I load my son up, im getting ready to pull out and the manager comes to me again knocks on my window and says " you missed some paper towels on the floor" and this point I get upset and tell him the lady behind the register assured me to not even worry about cleaning the floor, i tried 3 times. Which he replys to me " so you don't worry about it and then I have to worry about it" SO RUDE. I say to him, I will not be back to your store and I pull away. ... so rude and inconsiderate. I get its my sons puke, that's why I tried to clean it up in the first place but when one of yor workers tells me 3 times to not worry about, and that they will clean it.. As my associates and I ambulated into this "donut" shoppe, we were immediately taken aback by the lack of donuts on the shelf. Mind you, this was pre-noon. My initial scoffing was then followed with hope that supplementary donuts existed in the back of the store. My associates and I walked to the counter with a sense of intrigue. This sense was immediately shot down by the lassie behind the counter. We inquired about the diminutive and shameful selection. To my bewilderment, she turned her back to us as she recited the flavors with a voice that resembled a whisper. My associates and I required a craned neck just to discern the faint words being uttered from her diffident mouth. We ended up settling for mere Walmart-quality selections. As if this wasn't enough torment, I travelled to the restroom area to relieve myself after our long journey from the great state of Michigan. I was hoping to be greeted by pristine chambers to accommodate for my already gloomy experience. To my dismay, I was conceptually smacked in the face by a maintenance sign. If I ever stumble upon this wretched establishment again, I will be sure to divert innocent bystanders to a much more sophisticated eatery such as the Jimmy John's down yonder. read more

I am a DD girl and know what it's supposed to taste like. You could see a thick layer off sugar in bottom of cup. Was patiently waiting for someone to come back to ask for a little more coffee to balance the sweetness. Girl helping was super slow helping two others. The manager/owner I suppose looked at me TWICE and kept cleaning the sink. I waited 4 mins before just leaving. Get in the car, have to be the worst DD I have ever tasted. I eat here weekly! If I didn't have this Dunkin on my way to class every morning I'm not quite sure I would make it. I order from my app and it's ready when I arrive. I just run in , grab it and go. Their ice coffee is a bajillion times better than Starbucks (so is their hot coffee. Basically DD is all around better). Their food selection is also better. The only thing I would want is for their Maple Iced Coffee to be available year round ... that Maple Iced Coffee had me in their shop everyday during the fall. No joke. Their prices also are better than their competitors and they have coupons everywhere if you just look for them. 100% would recommend DD to anyone , anywhere. Especially this location. This location is paired with a Baskin-Robbins. The employees range from an arthritic trying to scoop ice cream to an aloof and distant teenager chatting with someone in the back room and not coming to the counter to help customers. I've been in this store a half-dozen times, for donuts, coffee, and ice creams. Each time I was impressed at how unfriendly, or extremely slow the employee had been. It seems like the store is owned by a family, and the teenage-to-twenty-something children are being forced to work there. (The arthritic was friendly, but it was painful to see her scoop ice cream and because of the pain, I imagine, she was extremely slow!) read more

The man taking my order became agitated ( I guess taking 30 seconds to decide was too long) and said "let's go WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I stopped at the DD in Crestview Hills today before work. I ordered an iced coffee and some donuts. What I got was a hot coffee followed by the cashier shaking her head at me and telling ME that I needed to know the difference between hot and cold. When it came time to choose my donuts, there was no choice involved; she simply threw a random selection in a box and rudely told me to wait on the other side of the store for the barista to remake my drink. I don't usually complain about customer service, but this was the poorest service I've ever experienced. Do not stop at this location. The manager or the "owner" of this Dunkin' Donuts was the one taking orders and he was probably the most nastiest man I have ever met in my life. This Dunkin Donuts is especially nice. The inside is spacious and has a Baskin Robins attached with it. The staff is always prompt and after a few visits they remembered my order and had it ready with a smile. If you want something sweet they have some tasty muffins or donuts, but they have some nice breakfast options too, served all day. A couple of my girlfriends went there around 8:45 to get some late night donuts. The two cashiers gave us all dirty looks. It was mainly the younger one with glasses that had the problem, but they both, collectively made the experience horrible. The younger one snatched the money out of our hands, and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to grab a couple donuts not two inches behind her. The younger one rolled her eyes and walked away from the register and made the other older girl take care of us. The older one ran to the front door and locked it, as another customer walked in. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years. If you close at 9pm, don't lock your doors 15 minutes before closing. That's kind of embarrassing when a customer has to unlock the door again. I understand you want to go home, but fake it until you make it. We all were very nice and patient and only ordered 4 donuts. I don't understand the issue. read more
