Over the past 5 years I have had numerous, frequent, almost weekly cold to lukewarm decaf coffee. I often return and get a fresh cup but even when they tell me it's fresh it's still not as hot as other Dunkin donuts. I go to Putnam, Greenville, Burrilville and their coffee is 2 to 3 times as hot. When I recently returned with cold coffee the manager questioned whether I got it there. I had just been there less than 2 minutes earlier and the salesperson remembered me, but she still questioned me with hostility. Another person came and said the coffee was hot and argued with me. I was discouraged and wanted to tell them to just put their finger in it and they would know it was cold. I don't understand why they would argue since it's such a hassle to go back. I return a full cup of coffee and all I want is hot coffee. It's apparent to me that their machine is not working as efficiently as it should. I don't know why the reviews are so low here- but I've never had an issue here! They usually remember me and my son and our order- so that's always comforting! Staff is ALWAYS super friendly, nice, quick, & efficient! I have ZERO complaints! Located on the main road- it's easy in and out- although sometimes it's so busy- the line almost reaches the road! When it's like that I usually run inside and I'm done within 3 mins! They've never messed up my coffee either here- it's always made correctly- same for food! I find that most Dunkin Donuts are pretty much the same from location to location. The big difference is in the service and the general atmosphere of the location. A quick trip to the Chepachet, RI Dunkin Donuts was a BIG mistake. Placed my order but apparently they haven't been trained on how to give someone their rewards!!! I converted points for food but the manager obviously didn't want to give me the food I've earned. I was made to wait in the drive-thru line twice and show a clear transaction history of my order. The store manager argued for so long *despite a black and white transaction history in my phone showing my order at the Chepachet Dunkins* that the line behind me backed up. The manager then tried to tell me I ordered from the wrong Dunkins - even when the address for this Dunkins was right there in black and white. Ridiculous for those of us with jobs who are just trying to take a few minutes to grab some food. read more

It's DD. I should be able to stop at this point in the review. However, for the sake of yelp I'll go on. Located on a main road, this tends to be a busier Dunkin than the norm. There is a drive thru and plenty of indoor seating. It serves the exact same average-at-best coffee as every other Dunkin in New England. There's not much more that can be said. Stop if you must, but there are many, many other better coffee choices in a 5 mile radius of this establishment. read more

Your typical Dunkin Donuts here. Friendly service, clean store, easy location to get in and out of. This Dunkin definitely has its regulars (as most seem to). I'm not in the area very often but the from the times I've been I've never had an order that wasn't right. read more

The food was the same as every other dunkin But where is this one is different from all the others I've been to is the loudmouth girl at the drive up window discussing her sex life and explaining to everyone in the restaurant how her male friend got out of the shower and was swinging his privates around like a helicopter that's great for basement talk or girls night out or somewhere with more privacy than a Dunkin' Donuts I'm sure the elderly couple sitting having that coffee did not need to hear that graphic story nor did I or anyone else in the building Thank God there were no children in there and I did not have my children with me this would have been a much bigger problem needless to say they have lost my business I will find another Dunkin' Donuts to go to read more

We have returned to this Dunkin, as one of our family friendly servers moved to this location. I sincerely wish we could bottle Miss Gracie and sell her to all RI businesses. They could learn alot from her pleasant and "Can Do" attitude. We stopped going to DD for quite some time due to the atmosphere and entitled behavior of the people waiting on us. Story time! Today I got my coffee before work, as I'm sure many do. Dunkin has messed up my (relatively) simple almost $4 coffee for the 12th time. Unable to leave work to correct the problem (not that I should have to!) I went after my shift ended to get it sorted. When I entered I was told that the only manager available was out picking up an employee for work??? First of all, what, the, heck? Why would a manager be picking up an employee?!? I waited, and waited, and waited some more, for her to mysteriously appear. Finally she appears, looks right at me, clocks out (I was told), and left the premises before she could ever give me a minute of her time. Long story short I demanded my money back. Tl;dr DONT GO TO THIS DUNKIN At least if you want your order right that is. read more

I'm normally a black coffee person, but I really do love the new frozen coffee for a nice cold summer treat, this is the only reason I keep coming back. Every time I get food for myself or my son it is ALWAYS wrong like seriously what's the deal? They repeat back right and it's right on the receipt, so it's the people making the food. Nothing is more frustrating then getting the wrong thing when the lines are crazy long and not worth waiting in all over again to get what I asked for! Fastest Dunkin' Donuts ever... Well at least in Chepachet! I was in and our with 4 orders in under 2 minutes. Love this place.

Always get a portion of my order wrong. Today, no sugar or skim milk in my large turbo ice coffee. Gave me sandwich at window, but no coffee,. They scrambled to get my coffee and got it wrong. This has been consistent since they opened. Done with it. read more
