As of 7:00 pm still waiting for food. Waitress was making a valiant effort but clearly the kitchen was totally unorganized. My smash burger was dry as a bone - inedible! My son and grandson both ordered steak tips - one was overcooked; the other virtually raw. We all had Caesar side salads which came with just romaine lettuce and nothing else - no croutons; virtually no dressing. We had to take our food in to go boxes. I would never come here again even though there is no other restaurant around. What a waste of money... I did leave a good tip for the waitress who tried her best

Our party arrived about 5:30PM, was seated promptly and server brought over waters. Took some time to take our drink orders, but nothing too outrageous at the moment. It was a little while before she came back to take our orders, apologized for the wait and said a bunch of people just came. Restaurant was probably half full at the time. No problem, we get it. Not sure what was going on back of house but noticed food was taking a while to come out for everyone. After over an hour wait, I asked our server if we could just have our items boxed up as we had another event to get to. This is when she did a complete 180 and was absolutely the rudest, nastiest person I have ever dealt with. I've worked in food service and hospitality for many years and know its not easy and always try to be understanding as I know stuff happens. Food comes boxed as requested. While waiting for her to process our check we noticed the food was incorrect, took a few bites and was not very good. Over an hour wait, with atrocious service we ended up with this slop. At this point when she returns I asked to speak to the manager and she told me there was none.... Suggestion for the owners is you need more oversight here cause your FOH and BOH clearly have issues. Sad part was we were here last year and it was nice. We are not in the area often but knew we would be and was excited to be back. However ended up with this train wreck. Will also be watching our cards for fraudulent charges. Do not recommend - unreasonably long wait, poor service and terrible food. You need to re-evaluate your staff as they are a poor reflection of your restaurant. Will never be back.

Service is great, very attentive and friendly. The food is what earns this three stars. I tried a stuffie, German onion soup, a Farmhouse burger, and a key lime Mason jar. The stuffie was a little small, and most of the flavor was imparted by the ham and the squeeze of lemon. The German onion soup, I'm not sure why it was German except to not be French? Outside the name difference, the onions were way too large, and there was a total lack of flavor going on in the soup. The crock was very large too. The burger and fries looked pretty good, and I enjoyed the flavors here. The fries were rough hewn, so there was good crispness from all the edges. The toppings of the burger, and the bun, were also hearty. Unfortunately, my medium rare burger was more like raw meat with surface browning. I'm a big fan of rare steak, but ground beef needs a little more cooking. Also, the house made ketchup is really more of a marinara sauce. If I'd ended up eating more of my plate before they took it away to re-fire the burger, I would have asked to replace the ketchup. The key lime Mason jar was e everything you want to wrap up a meal. Great flavor, lightness, citrus. I did have to bring most of it home but, unlike the burger they brought back in a box, I'm excited to get back into the key lime. From an accessibility stand point, there is no ramp to get in nor handicap parking, so the evidently don't want your business. Once you're in, there are some seats you could get in, but if this place were full it would be difficult to navigate for anyone. The bathroom is a single room, but very spacious and nice. So, mixed bag for access. Your mileage may vary, but I'm not racing to return.

I mean, really smart. Food trucks and breweries aren't exactly groundbreaking in 2025, but this pairing works in that way where you can't believe someone didn't think of it sooner. Like peanut butter and jelly, but with more fire and fermentation. Those crusts come out of their mobile oven with black blisters that tell the whole story. Someone in that truck has lost sleep over dough hydration and fermentation times, and you can taste every obsessive hour. The complex, yeasty chew doesn't lie. That leopard-spotted char happens in all the right places, and the bubble structure? You don't get that from quick-rise dough some guy mixed three hours ago. The sauce has this vinegary kick that'll probably make a Neapolitan purist clutch their pearls. But honestly? Sometimes tradition needs a little deviation to keep things interesting. It cuts through the richness and wakes up your palate instead of just sitting there like most tomato sauces. Inside Bravo, it's relaxed without being boring. Lively without trying too hard. They let you bring in glass-bottled Cokes from The Sticks, which seems like a small thing until you realize how many places would've made that weird and complicated. These folks get it. Not usually into Neapolitan? Me either, most days. The truck makes Detroit-style alternatives because they're smart enough to know not everyone wants their pizza to require a knife and fork. The whole setup feels like something someone dreamed up after their third IPA. Which is probably exactly how good ideas should start. It's pizza and beer, done well enough to matter but never so precious that it forgets the point.

Sticks was parked at Phantom Farms Brewery and we had our coupon, since it's so close to our house we had to cash it in! My husband placed the order. He told me it was vodka sauce pizza. It's a thin crust pizza. Dallops of riccotta. The ricotta totally helped with the saltiness but it was just too much! Good crust.
