The Sticks Pizza Co. parks their wood-fired Neapolitan truck outside various breweries around the…read morestate on a posted schedule on their website and social media. Smart move. I mean, really smart. Food trucks and breweries aren't exactly groundbreaking in 2025, but this pairing works in that way where you can't believe someone didn't think of it sooner. Like peanut butter and jelly, but with more fire and fermentation. Those crusts come out of their mobile oven with black blisters that tell the whole story. Someone in that truck has lost sleep over dough hydration and fermentation times, and you can taste every obsessive hour. The complex, yeasty chew doesn't lie. That leopard-spotted char happens in all the right places, and the bubble structure? You don't get that from quick-rise dough some guy mixed three hours ago. The sauce has this vinegary kick that'll probably make a Neapolitan purist clutch their pearls. But honestly? Sometimes tradition needs a little deviation to keep things interesting. It cuts through the richness and wakes up your palate instead of just sitting there like most tomato sauces. Inside Bravo, it's relaxed without being boring. Lively without trying too hard. They let you bring in glass-bottled Cokes from The Sticks, which seems like a small thing until you realize how many places would've made that weird and complicated. These folks get it. Not usually into Neapolitan? Me either, most days. The truck makes Detroit-style alternatives because they're smart enough to know not everyone wants their pizza to require a knife and fork. The whole setup feels like something someone dreamed up after their third IPA. Which is probably exactly how good ideas should start. It's pizza and beer, done well enough to matter but never so precious that it forgets the point.

Sticks was parked at Phantom Farms Brewery and we had our coupon, since it's so close to our house we had to cash it in! My husband placed the order. He told me it was vodka sauce pizza. It's a thin crust pizza. Dallops of riccotta. The ricotta totally helped with the saltiness but it was just too much! Good crust.

My sister and I stopped in to have some drinks while I was in town. Perfection Plenty of options to choose from and a great variety. I stuck with my old faithful: raspberry vodka with grapefruit and cranberry. Soooo good! I know everyone says the storefronts on Main St are small, but it did not feel like it once we got inside. The layout is nice and clean and makes it so easy for conversation to flow. There was the bar, hightops and a low sitting conversation area. Plenty of space to mingle with your friends. We were able to get a medium size charcuterie board too and it was slammin!! Not to mention that my boy loved picking at the popcorn we got as soon as we were seated along with the table-top games. I'm so excited for Elayna to have this place and even more excited for US as consumers to have a place to chillax and just be. I look forward to going there again! What else I loved was the fact that you could order from a neighboring food restaurant and eat while having a drink. Most places don't let you bring in outside stuff, but Elayna gave us her recommendations and we ate some Thai food from a few doors down. You've gotta go and check it out!

If you used to go there I can tell you it's still the same great place it's always been. I used to drive to Wakefield to go to the mothership but this place makes the exact same menu and exact same quality which is better than excellent. I always get the pick pocket but everything is amazing and the people that work there are friendly and efficient, your food is ready fast. Get off 295 sometime, it's only two minutes from RT 7 exit and you will have a better meal than anything you can get at a chain restaurant.

My girlfriend had the chicken and cheese wrap and she said the chicken was perfectly cooked, the falafel was so fresh and delicious and not overly dry. The wraps have to be home made as well because the texture isn't anything like a normal pizza shop or sandwich shop wrap. I didn't get the guys name who runs it but he's super cool and chill... he def needs a food truck or to expand. Absolutely amazing food and really reasonable prices... not to mention it's in a literal convenience store so the drink and chip options are endless to enjoy with your food. I will 100% be returning here many times in the future.
