Horrible all the way around. I tried giving this place a second chance and went today. First off when I pulled up to the window the person working looked at me and went "ewhh" . Not that it matters I do have tattoos and gauged ears so I'm assuming he was appalled by my appearance. However you are at work and it's 2024 grow up. After that he handed me my coffee with it over flowing. Me not noticing I grabbed it and went all over my hand and arm. He did say sorry but why the hell would you give me an overflowing cup of coffee ? What I ordered was an ice coffee with 3 blueberry swirl 2 pumps of butter pecan with cream . I had the same exact order at another Dunkin and it was so good ! However this "coffee" taste like water no flavor whatsoever of what I ordered. This drink is hella nasty and taste like shit . Walked in and saw the 2 employees sitting on the prep counter, one with her feet on it. They definitely could see us approaching the store and made zero effort to be professional. They didn't move or say anything as we got to the counter. Needless to say all we could envision was the lack of sanitation in this location. There is NEVER a scenario that this is okay. Without a word from the employees we turned around and walked out. Food handling practices need to be strictly adhered to. Disgusting is all I can say other than that there needs to be some serious retraining here. This is exactly why we don't use drive thru anywhere. read more

Holy grossness! No one was in this place except for the manager behind the counter who was just standing there when we walked in. What she should of been is in the bathroom cleaning it. First rime I tried in carlise dunkin donut. As they don't have more people we have to wait a while. I was too hungry so I ordered avacado toast and hashbrown. Avacado toast was too sour. I thought it was bit high sour taste but I'm damn hungry I ate. Back home I had a severe stomach pain and discomfort. Even throw up couple of times. Struggled 4 2 hours. So don't ever try avacado toast in Dunkin Donut and don't take chances. read more

The attendant was a jovial character, running with any stitch of material he could find to pass a joke or two, a great asset to this location and the greater Dunkin Doughnuts. A chubby jolly old elf he was. I can pass on the honey mustard choice of tile coloring in the bathroom and I hate the ACCELERATOR, but a clear audio signal cranking country Christmas tunes through a nice in wall speaker. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a $4 drink and they gave me the wrong drink. I tried to call to see if I could get a new drink and there mailbox was full. Probably full of complaints. I should've checked my drink before I left but I expected it to be mine since he repeated my name back to me. The drink had a different name on it and my food was burnt. the donut was good. All orders that has coffee were made carelessly and terribly. I had to fix all of them and got charged for extra ALMOND MILK. Lovely people, extremely slow and inefficient service. Basic menu items but the staff - nice as they appear to be - has a Keystone Cops mentality going on. Five employees and NINE people working. By far the worst experience I've had at a DD. Waited in line at the drive through for 10 minutes before finally pulling around to park and go in (there was only one car in front of us) Husband walks in to find that the employee was actually friends with the person in line at the drive through and they were just sitting there talking to each other. My husband waited for the employee to notice him and take his order. 10 minutes later she takes his order. Apparently she was the only one working the entire store. He waited for another 15 minutes just for 2 iced coffees and when he went to pick his cup up, She never placed the lid on it and he wound up dropping the full cup and spilling everything. This Dunkin' Donuts location is always a very pleasant location. The staff is always very friendly. And sometimes Dunkin' Donuts coffee is not consistent but this location is very consistent. They were able to promptly have my order ready as I ordered on the mobile app. My ice coffee and my breakfast sandwich were absolutely delicious and the staff was very pleasant. read more

Please listen to the other reviews. This is the slowest drive through I have even been to. Took 15 minutes and the lobby is closed! Their attention is not even divided! If you are traveling north on 81 go 13 miles farther to the one in Enola off exit 65. So much better. read more

The service at the Dunkin' was exceptionally horrible. The drinks were ALL wrong. Even worse, we had to remind them about the drinks and orders which they had forgotten. Additionally, the manager seemed to have never worked at a dunkin previously due to her visible confusion. The manager even loudly stated her confusion and was visibly annoyed when we asked for more milk or small changes that would be considered normal service. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is 100% amazing sometimes they will be out of caramel sauce or other things but that's totally understandable. I go there every morning for my daily braille and the lines are usually always short and the staff as for the most part pretty presentable, productive, and nice. read more

Food was meh, coffee was bad, service was AWFUL We stopped here on a road trip for a quick breakfast and coffee. When we arrived, no other customers were inside and we ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. 20 minutes later we were still waiting for our order. When I tasted the coffee, I was surprised to find that it was completely burnt and bitter. After another ten minute wait, the server did bring me a fresh cup. Super disappointed in the wait though. This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. The employees are rude and nasty! I ordered an Ice Coffee with cream & sugar. I had to ask for more creamer right as she handed it to me. When I asked for more cream you would have thought I asked her to cut off her right arm. There is no way they put any sugar in it! Then the coffee tasted so burnt I couldn't even drink it. I avoid this location at all cost! They are always rude and will not alter a drink (such as make a drink frozen) that isn't advertised that way. They get very smart if you ask them to do anything that isn't add sugar and cream. I prefer High street location as they offer to make whatever you want within reason. read more

Been here a handful of times and it's always the same. The drive thru attendants are always very rude. You can tell they are automatically annoyed by customers. My most recent and last trip there was no different. On top of the horrible service my order was completely wrong. Ordered tea and got coffee. They were out of the donut I ordered ( no apology ) and they double charged my card . I went in to get the correct drink and again got attitude. No apology although after 20 minutes I got my drink corrected . While inside I asked for a dozen donuts. The cashier said "really ?! I just made those !" She proceeded to pack them up and roll her eyes . When I got to work I noticed I had been over charged. I called and a lady took my number and said a manager would call. When I got a call back a lady obviously faking an Indian accent asked a few questions I could barely understand and said they would look into it. I never got a call back. I also contacted Dunkin directly and have gotten no call back. Needless to say I don't recommend them. read more

I never use to have a problem stopping here, but the last handful of times have been not great. The service is usually friendly enough although not always personable. The past few times I've ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they only put cream cheese on one side of the bagel and then sandwich them together when they give it to you, I'm guessing they think the one side will spread to the other when put together but it does not, so then I'm eating half a bagel with cream cheese and half without (or maybe I'm the only weirdo who doesn't eat a bagel like a sandwich?) ... not a huge issue but enough to be annoying. Also, I ordered a strawberry coolatta and got a strawberry smoothie... which also isn't a huge deal, but disappointing when you wake up craving a strawberry coolatta, drive out of your way to get one and don't end up with one. I'll probably stop here a few more times and hope I get what I ordered, but if it gets messed up again, I'll probably find a new place to stop. read more
