I believe everyone knows what Taco Bell sells: An Americanized version of what some corporate people believe is Mexican food. Me and my boyfriend ordered food, did not get our drinks, he went up and asked them to make the drinks he paid for, the lady had an attitude and said she would make them, proceeded to get ready to leave telling no one that we need our drinks, waiting a good 10 minutes til we went up and asked for our drinks again, the dude got annoyed because we didn't remember the name of the Fresca then he politely made our drinks in 30 seconds. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect as none of the employees behind the counter spoke enough english to take my order. I googled a few pictures of burritos and showed them green money and we were off. The food was an easy A+ and I had to meet the people who prepared it to show my gratitude. After downloading a translator on my phone I was able to learn more about them. They had all come here together in the false bottom of a tractor trailer shipping cheap fireworks north of the border. All things considered, they said they were thankful for the opportunity at Taco Bell and if it weren't for that they would be forced to work in a warehouse for 12-14 hours a day. They've been at this location for forever, now. They were closed for renovations, but other Yelpers reported it as permanently close, so can't leave reviews on their original page. Given their prior reviews, the Ownership is probably happy enough to have been able to jettison those reviews. Wish I could say that things have improved with the renovations, but they decidedly have not. Hopped into the drivethrough line a few minutes before 1600. There was one car sitting at the (cash) payment window (seriously: why have a window just for cash payments but have credit-card users pay AT the food delivery window???), me and another car at the two, parallel order kiosks. I ordered two soft taco supreme meals - one with beans instead of ground beef the other with steak instead of ground beef - each with a water. On the menu, one showed up with the "Sup" tag while the other did not. Asked the order-taker if both were actually Supremes. She assured me they were. Both were the same price, so I shrugged and moved on. Went to the first window and, after waiting 10ish minutes for the car that was there to move on, get told by the person there "this is the cash window"(???) ...ooookaaay. Takes a further ten minutes for the car ahead of me to get done paying for and receiving her food. Get to the window, hand them my card. I say to my wife, "check the bag to make sure they made the correct meat substitutions". They eventually hand me my card back followed a minute later by our bag. Slow, but still far faster than the previous vehicle. I was momentarily happy that we'd gotten our food so quickly after such an extraordinarily long was (during not lunch or dinner rush - go figure). I pull up so next car can get complete their transactions and pause so wife can inspect the food order for correctness. She tells me the meats were correct, so I drive out of the lot. We're about a block away when wife notes that the food was cold ...presumably because it had been waiting in a bag for 10 minutes while the person ahead of us sorted out their order. Sub-ideal, but not a "turn the heck around and try to get an actually warm order" - it's Taco Bell so warm or cold isn't really going to make much difference on enjoyableness. By the time I get home, I'm quite hangry. Open my food up to find that my "Supreme" tacos are a few chunks of "steak", lettuce and a bare *hint* of cheese. Not what I'm used to when I order a "Supreme". Wife's tacos are just fine. So, 20 minutes to get cold "fast" food that's incorrectly made. Wish I'd have ordered through DoorDash or whatever as I could have gotten a refund on the food. read more

This location closed for renovations. It's a brand new building with the same old problems. It's 6:00 pm on a Saturday and there are 14 unhappy people waiting for 30 minutes or more for cold, incorrect orders. People are becoming very angry and the store won't offer refunds. The kitchen is only serving drive thru orders. This is chaos to the point of employees walking out. read more

There is a young girl with dark hair who gives you an attitude if you ask for assistance. They keep the online orders behind the counter so you have to ask to get it but no one pays attention to the customer inside. This was honestly THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. The people were terrible and inefficient we tried to get a simple make up order that only had four things and they had already messed up once and they still messed it up again then they kept trying to find some kind of way to not give us our food. There was only two cars in the drive thru us and some other person and they told us to wait in the parking lot where we sat and watched their worker come out and struggle to find our car that was right in front of them then when she did finally see us she brought us the other cars order and acted like we done something wrong then we continued to wait for our order for twenty minutes some people did get told to park and they got so fed up that they left. This is honestly the first real bad Yelp review I have made I always try to find a positive thing for my reviews but with this place there was no positives. As far as Taco Bells go, this location is pretty standard in terms of offerings and cleanliness. If you're looking for cheap food, the value menu is great - I discovered the mini shredded chicken quesadillas recently and for a dollar, you get a decent sized portion! I also highly recommend the smothered beef burritos - huge portion for a decent price. I've been satisfied with the friendliness of the staff here each visit, but unfortunately my orders (especially through the drive thru) aren't always accurate. Usually though, when I return to explain the error, the staff is apologetic and willing to make things right (I got a free drink the last time). For whatever reason, the drive thru can also get congested at times and you'll spend a longer than normal time waiting for orders to be filled. You get what you pay for and if you're looking for inexpensive Tex-Mex that we've come to expect from Taco Bell, then this location will meet your expectations the large majority of the time! read more

I've visited this Taco Bell quite a few times over the last 7 years and it's progresively and ultimately gotten worse each and every time I've gone there. It's not the food...I mean, it's the same Taco Bell food that you find everywhere else. It's the employees. Food. Ummm... Service.... Hmmmm.... The manager was even more rude than the girl working the counter. I ordered three hard tacos and one had a normal amount of stuff on it, one was so full of meat that the shell cracked, and the third had perhaps a teaspoon or so of grease topped with sprinkles of meat but tons of lettuce to make up the bulk. Upon bringing this to the manager's attention he informed me that my tacos were fine and that I could spoon the excess meat from the one onto the lighter packed taco so it would all even out. i ate at this taco bell today, it was delicious. i especially loved the crunch wrap, and it was washed down perfectly with a refreshing baja blast. i would definitely recommend eating here, only if you remember to check the bag before you leave because they forgot my cinnamon twists. however, the lady at the window was very kind and gave them to me without even asking to see my receipt. once i ate, it took a while for it to kick in. about 8 hours after i ate, i got a burning sensation in my stomach and knew immediately that i had to diarrhea. i quickly ran to the bathroom and demanded my friend leave so i didn't burn her nostrils. after she left, i sat on the toilet and it immediately shot out of my assh*le. like a waterfall, it quickly ran out of my a*s while burning it the entire time. once i was done, i did the norm after pooping and stood up. once i did so, i felt the burning in my asshole. i walked into my friends room and said "0/10 would not recommend" however, i was talking about the sh*t, not the food. it was then that i realized what my burning assh*le really felt like. to perfectly sum it up in words, it feels currently like i got butt f****d with acid. anyway, the food was fantastic and we had great service, would recommend. again, i am recommending the location and the restaurant, not the diarrhea that flowed out of my body. read more
