Well it's hard to compare this to other fast food. The restaurant is super clean, very well staffed, friendly employees who appear to like their jobs. I had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Plus a side of extra grilled chicken. Excellent! Oh, the Diet Coke was spot on. Dining room attendant takes your tray and garbage, and gets you refills . What an operation. Tried the chicken and waffles sandwich today. It was pretty good. I still prefer their regular sandwich though. I also tried their milkshakes. I got chocolate. Since this is the first time getting a shake can anyone tell me if their experience with a chick Fla a milkshake was positive? The chocolate shake I had was very weak in flavor. Won't get another one. As usual employees were friendly and the overall experience was good.the employee thought I was paying with a credit card and told me what my total was. I haven't been to Chik-fil-A many times -- maybe five to 10 times in total -- but anytime I have been, they are always packed and there's a wait whether in the store or around the building. I've never visited this particular store before but found myself in this part of town and decided this was the best of the options I had for lunch given the amount of time I had. Wow! The drive-through was so quick. I've never done the drive-through at a Chik-fil-A but this was an incredible experience. The gal who took my order was patient, entered my order correctly, and the man who took my cash was super friendly. Why can't all drive-through places -- whether restaurants, coffee place, or banks -- have people so friendly and efficient? I ate my meal in the car and then went into the restaurant to wash-up: the restroom was clean and the sink worked and there were papertowels. I've been to a few other Chick-fil-As: the one in Altoona, one in Lebanon, and I'm sure one or two others, but this was easily the best experience and I was just so wowed by the efficiency of the drive-through and the friendliness of the staff. Also, the food was good: it seemed a smidgen more pricey than other fast-food restaurants but the coke wasn't flat, the waffle fries were fresh and hot and tasted great, and even the chicken sandwich was well-presented despite it being in a box served in a bag in a drivethrough. If Chick-fil-A can do this, there's no reason other resturants shouldn't be able to -- great job! read more

I'm not a big fan of fast food or high prices, and that is what Chick-Fil-A basically is. The food is good but pricey. Plus, the last time I went there I immediately got a heartburn! It actually pains me to support this establishment (for obvious reasons) but damn their food is good. ugh lol I won't deny that. I tried Chick-fil-A for the first time last year and got the nuggets. I'm not much of a fast food person but I'll order nuggets from different places. However, lately I've been completely obsessed with spicy chicken sandwiches, so I set my fast food beliefs aside and pumped myself up for the spicy deluxe sandwich. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. The moment I opened that box, it just looked perfect. That smooth soft bun was calling me. What was between the sandwich was even better. I would say that they do a great chicken sandwich. It has a good amount of heat, nothing too crazy. Pour some chick-fil-A sauce on that and WOW. That is a great sandwich. Also, I don't particularly love waffle fries, but their fries are actually good. Nice fluffy fries and not too crunchy. I hate crunchy fries, so I was surprised that these weren't all crunch. They're opening a Chick-fil-A in Toronto soon, but it pains me to know that line will be long for dayssssss. I love the play area. For a fast food place, my wife and I often get a much better talk in than a more upscale place we visit with our kids. The restaurant is usually very clean, bathrooms are clean and the wait staff (wait, what, wait-staff in a fast-food joint?), is very pleasant. Again, almost more so than a real sit-down dinner place. My wife usually orders through the app, picks the bout up at the counter and joins me at the table to avoid the often loooooonng line. I will have to try the tenders some time and maybe get brave and try some desserts. The reason this place gets 4 stars is because the parking lot sucks and the drive-thru is always packed. I do not trust eating here. The food is okay but the cheese for my chicken sandwich turned a different color and aged tremendously fast. The next day my cheese turned greenish and weird. I will not eat any more food from there. Whatever additives they add is alarming and scary. I stay away! I think this is the only Chick-fil-A for many miles, because it was packed at 8 pm. Drive thru line was very long, as was line inside. They were friendly but under staffed. I asked for a Cobb Salad with no cheese. The guy must have been in training b/c the receipt said "no bleu cheese", and my salad had the cheddar cheese mix. Dang. Allergies are a pain. I would honestly say this is the best quality fast food place out there. The chicken nuggets are real chicken breast bites, not corn fritters like Mickey D's. The kale salad is an amazing side dish. My biggest complaint is that they don't cook their fries long enough for me. To me they could use 1 or 2 more minutes. By the time they get home they are soggy and meh. The shakes are very good. I'm old school, skip the whipped cream and cherry. Delivery service is a plus in these trying times. They even sell squirt bottles of their sauces. I'll include photos with the next order. Meanwhile, 200 yards away at the McDonald's, you'll be lucky if you ask for extra napkins without the cashier comparing your mother to a sex worker or contracting Hep-C from the ice machine. Let me say this again: They are ALWAYS friendly. We've dealt with order takers standing outside in 100+ heat taking orders at the drive through in polyester uniforms with nowhere to sit and limited shade and I swear to the Fates they were so happy to see us I wanted to adopt them. We just wanted chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, but left with the feeling of a muffin slathered in butter and an urge to ask them to give some sign if they were being held against their will. It isn't that they are happy all the time so much as what happens when the spell is broken. The restaurant is very clean and they restock the sauces in a timely manner. It's packed almost every Saturday we've been there so the best time to hit them up is during the week. Only had a few issues with staff messing up our order (ordered a breakfast wrap, got a bowl. Tried to use a coupon but the cashier had already rung out our order) As long as you mention you have a coupon BEFORE you order (and don't order the full meal just the single item) they don't seem to have a problem redeeming them. The location is also wonky. In the parking lot of a furniture store, behind a sheetz. Careful driving through it as out coming traffic likes to speed out of there and not pay attention to where they're going.
