I grade on a curve when I can't interact with a restaurant about my food complaints, but I do believe that restaurants that deal with UberEats and DoorDash should pay special attention to those orders that leave their store because they seem to be the ones at highest risk of being unsatisfactory. The tots come in cardboard which keeps them warm and crispy during transport. Most other orders, especially in plastic, arrive lukewarm and soggy. But these basic tots were warm and tasty. They also provide a healthy portion. No complaints. Nothing special, but then that's far better than most delivery tots and fries. The burger was less impressive. For a "burger joint" the meat was not particularly special. It was flavorful but overwhelmed by the excessive sauces pouting over the side, the ketsup extra acidic to linger on my tongue and back of my throat for a long time. There was no need for the dozen packets they threw in the bag with our order. For mushrooms, I expect grilled mushroom slices, not a stingy helping wet chunks.
