With the High Pointe Location being remodeled this was the next closest one for us to stop at. My only experiences here have been for breakfast. First trip was on my way to work, used the mobile order line. Pull in, scan QR code and they start prepping your meal. Took about 10 min and then another car pulled in behind me. Order came out shortly after that and I left. Food was fine, hot and accurate. My main concern with the mobile lane is if you get your order before the person in front of you there is little to no room to pull around so you're forced to wait till they get their order. Second trip we ate in on our way to vacation. Mobile ordered our food for dine in and it was brought promptly. Again, food was good and accurate. Interior very clean and organized but had a weird wood chip smell, almost like the wood shavings you'd use for animal bedding. I'm guessing its from the wooden interior accents. Not a bad smell but it was a bit off putting when trying to eat. read more

Southern restaurants never taste good the more north they go, and after stopping here on our way up to NY from NC, I can absolutely confirm probably the worst CFA i have ever been to. The fries tasted like old microwaved McDonald fries with way too much salt, chicken was okay, and they literally put nothing on my kale salad, just kale in a damn bowl. I'll keep my CFA cravings back down in the south I also have never sat in a CFA drive thru for more than 10 minutes. I was shocked how long the line took to move and how little workers there were. read more

This was my first time visiting this Camp Hill Chick Fil A. We had submitted mobile orders and went there for pickup after shopping at Trader Joe's. When we went in, the employees and manager looked like deers in the headlights. I asked the manager where to pickup our mobile orders. He was laughing and demeaning towards us. He said if your orders were not on the shelf then you didn't place it. He made it sound like it was obvious how mobile orders worked and that we were idiots and stupid. We asked the other girl and she had to find our mobile orders which took a while too. We decided to sit down and dine in. The rude manager kept standing near where we sat. He pretended to walk a little away and to work but it was obvious that he was following us around, watching and trying to overhear what we were talking about. He was well aware that we know that he was loitering near us. When we got up to leave, he followed us to the door too. He made the visit extremely uncomfortable and annoying as if we did something wrong. If the manager don't know how to be polite and treat customers, he is not doing his job right. This is a new location too and I would have expected better service to impress customers. I won't be visiting this location. The Mechanicsburg location is older and better. read more

I lived in Georgia for 7 years, where Chick-Fil-A was founded. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. The staff are incredibly demeaning & belittling. Consistent rude behavior with zero accountability. At one point, I spoke to a manager about rude behavior I frequently encountered. After I spoke to that manager, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE started doing the rude thing I complained about. Furthermore, I find it interesting how the staff were clearly speaking about me, as they would do all the things that bother me. Yet, despite how much they talk about me, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME, DID THEY EVER, accommodate my hearing disability. NOT ONCE!!!!! NOT ONE TIME!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting. Lack of morals. Lowlifes. They should feel deep shame. I don't know how they look at themselves in the mirror. The foods made fast though. read more

Went through drive thru. Sandwiches were cold, bacon was not fully cooked. No napkins in bag. But the waffle fries were so bad I walked into the restaurant to talk to someone. Each waffle fry was literally 1/4" x 1/4" in size. Tiny pieces. Same with my husband's. They are always the round waffle fries with some tiny ones at the bottom. This was not that. I had the same vibe as the previous reviewer did when going in....people looking confused, not well run, just the opposite of what I always see at a Chick Fil A. Not sure if it's the Manager not managing well or not. But something wrong at this one. I may need to drive farther and go the Carlisle Pike one. This one so much closer to our home. I've got to go from this Chick-fil-A about 8 times so far and it's the only location I've ever had issues with getting salsa with my breakfast burrito. They have not correctly put the salsa in the bag not one time. When I ask them they seem confused even though it says it automatically comes with it on the app. Gimme my jalapeño salsa. Recommend waiting a few weeks before trying ... waited 15 minutes in drive-thru but they have only been open 2 days. I ordered lunch and a gallon of unsweetened iced tea. I wasn't handed the gallon so I reminded them and was given it right away. My receipt was correct ... my lunch order wasn't. I realized it before I was home, so I went back to the restaurant and went inside. It took a few minutes to straighten out ... although my chicken order still wasn't quite right. However I kept thinking my tea was super sweet after I added sweetener ... turns out I was given sweet tea. I am sure they are still working out the kinks ... I suggest waiting a few weeks, especially for drive thru. (I do use the App to order.) read more

Third time's a charm. I've been to this Chic-fil-A on three different occasions. The first time I went it was within the first 2 weeks of their opening. They of course messed my order up completely. I gave them a pass for this. The second time they royally messed my order up. I wanted a regular chicken sandwich and one with cheese. They could not get this order right. First, the order was rung up as 2 meals. I specifically said 2 sandwiches. After that they just gave me a #1 meal which I never asked for. I took it out of frustration. The fries taste like they sit in old fry oil, the fries have a pungent septic taste. The food is always overcooked.

I love this chick fil a. Everytime I go to this fast food restaurant I have an amazing experience, especially when this young man Jaziel is there. This gentleman always has an enthusiastic attitude and smile when taking my orders. He always makes me feel welcomed and has hardly ever made a mistake when attending me. This young man deserves appreciation! Also, when I dine in the restaurant I always feel pleased with how clean and tidy it looks. I Door dashed my food yesterday first thing I noticed was my drink was not handled properly nothing was tapped or put into a bag so when my drink was handed to me the lid was popped open and there was soda on the side of my cup I did not feel safe to drink it I reported that issue and I'm given a refund by door dash but when I started eating my food half way through I started feeling really sick and had to vomit everything up embarrassingly had some bathroom issues as well furthering expecting my food there was a odd smell and the breading for the chicken was tough not fresh and not crispy all I tasted was oil and the oil tasted horrible I have a feeling the food was over cooked in hopping the expired ingredients would pass by... it did not I was sick the rest of the day still dealing with some issues as of today 10/3/23 read more
