Ordered from this location for our Galentines get together. I ordered directly through the Chipotle app. When our food was delivered, I was like this bag is awfully light. Attached are the pictures of what we received. Called the location and was told that the portion sizes had changed, what did they change to? Counting rice grains and lettuce? I didnt ask for money back, I wanted what I paid for. Was told that they couldn't send more food, and that I had to come and pick it up, because I used door dash. I ordered directly through your app, so if door dash is what you used...so be it. We asked if we could put in another order and was told no. I was so upset. I have been to chipotles from Texas, to NC then now PA. Wholly crap if you're hungry you should eat someplace else they have reduced the amount in bowls to 1/4 of what they used to be now I will say that before it may have been a little much but now its simply sad I included a picture that was not touched. I see a lot of negative reviews here but I don't share in any of the experiences. Maybe because my standards are different. I think I figured out how to get the most out of the food here. Go not during rush hour, have one of the guys scoop your protein, and eat somewhere else. To the managers: I EAT HERE BECAUSE THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO SCOOP BIG. NO OTHER REASON. Usually annoyed by Chipotle and this time was no different. My son ordered a kids quesadilla but they charged us for a full sized. When he pointed out the mistake and asked for his tiny bag of chips, they told him he doesn't get those with a full sized quesadilla. One star off for too many pieces of fat and gristle in the steak. Waaaaaay too many. No one likes to have spit out food into a napkin several times in one meal. Should've gotten the chicken bowl instead... This is a standard chipotle Mexican Grill like most others. No frills inside and generally clean. Service on this day was very quick unlike other times when it can take a very long time when the line is backed up to the door. The main reason I came in on this day was because I had a five dollar off coupon. Had it not been for the coupon, I probably would not have stopped in. After my fat and gristle steak experience, I doubt I will be back because chipotle is not one of my favorite places to eat. The prices aren't low and food quality isn't the highest. read more

Without the rice or the beans, it is great on my keto diet and it was delicious. Service was good and the young lady definitely went heavy with the guac. Yum! I've given this place so many chances and with this last one I am over it. They don't talk to you, everyone's moving like they are in a fog, my bowl was completely cold and not at all fresh. Ordered online, Picked up from the shelf, no utensils or napkins. Went to get a fork, knife and napkins and the counter was disgustingly dirty with food, spilled drinks and dried food. I get back to my office to find half the ingredients I ordered were not in the burrito! I called to see if I could bring it back and pick up what I actually ordered.. it's an automated system and no one answered. I took the survey from the emailed receipt and requested a call about my experience...10 days and still waiting for that call. What food I did receive seemed like it was sitting in a refrigerator... all ingredients were refrigerator cold. Save your time, frustration and money... this place is just awful! read more

This location does not understand proportions. Y'all: your filling-to-topping ratios are way off!! Every time I've gone here, whatever burrito or bowl I get is equal parts filling and toppings, to the point that with burritos, liquid is leaking out of every end because there isn't enough filling to soak it up, and with bowls I feel like I ordered a salad because there's as much corn salsa and lettuce as there are rice and beans. Even ordering extra fillings doesn't help because they PILE the toppings on. Don't know who they're hiring here, but they have no idea how to make a burrito. Bit into mine and encountered nothing but rice and beans until the very end where a little bit of meat was clumped together. Meat was tasteless and tasted like they hadn't bothered to season it. I thought they had a company recipe you just had to copy? It can't be that easy to screw up. What's more, they charged me for a steak burrito when I told them I ordered a chicken. Then we reordered and went to pick it up and were never told they didn't have guacamole or meat of any kind so all we got were a few beans in our bowl, some rice and cheese. This location is convenient to me when I work in our CampHill office. The food is meh to me. And this isn't just this location, its all of them. I think sometimes its salty and sometimes its flavorless. It does seem fresh, however. I don't mind it for something different but overall I am just not a Chipotle fan. I feel like everytime I eat it I am thirsty for days. That can't be good. This location is pretty good though as far as Chipotles go. Its clean, organized, and efficient. Walking into the restaurant you are greeted by tables full of boxes from suppliers. Everything seemed disorganized. I tried to get my usual veggie bowl, was first told there were no fajita veggies, then down the line told that there was no cheese or guacamole. My 9.30 bowl was rice a scoop of beans some pico and sour cream. How can you not have cheese and guacamole at chipotle? Have been to many Chipotles - this is probably one of the better ones. Quick, tasty food at affordable prices. Efficient staff. When we told Isaac - the person who checked us out, that we had come there because of a disappointing experience at another Chipotle location - he was extremely attentive and friendly. Location of this place is somewhat on a side road which is difficult to access during peak hours and the parking is limited. Overall a neat and clean place with friendly staff - chipotle fans will enjoy. read more

I've been a Chipotle fan for ever! It is fast food as far as time goes, but the quality is not cheap like McD etc. Used to have a Chipotle on Harrisburg side. The one in Camp Hill is newer. Went last week for lunch. There was typical crowd of office people. There were some bored Moms with kids too. Anyway back to the food. Had Chicken Bowl. As good as it always is. The only mistake I did in ordering was I did not order the spicy salsa, so it was bland. Need the spices!! The serving quantity is decent. Two people can easily share 1 burrito bowl. Or, one person can take left over home to eat the next day. Not impressed with the parking....very tight! Penndot could start bringing wannabe drivers here for the test :) read more

I don't know who owns this location but I feel bad for the workers. We are from out of state but have frequented many Chipotle locations over the years. This location was in total disrepair. Broken deep fryer - no chips. Broken soda fountain - no soda. Something going on with their storage, so paper and dry goods were literally out in the dining area on tables and seats (bags of rice, boxes of cups, etc ) Restroom was out of toilet paper. Trash cans overflowing. Three harried staff trying to hold everything together. They were super nice, but clearly they were drowning. Where is support from management and the owners? read more

Where do I begin. This establishment is an embarrassment to the Chipotle name. It is clear that the work staff is made up of inexperienced teenagers and lacks experienced adult management. First, the food has no flavor . Second, the proportion are not measured appropriately thus making a burrito eating experience painful. Third, The establishment is filthy. Staff does not wipe the counters which is very unappetizing and unsanitary. Please for the love of all things Chipotle, get it together! You have lots of customers and we ought to be given a more satisfactory experience . My suggestions are: train your staff about how to make a burrito. Train your staff on how to clean up after themselves. Train your staff about developing a Flavor profile. Train your staff to at least act like they give a shit .
