Went through the drive thru and the service and food was fine, just a typical dunkin experience. I can't speak to the interior of the store, but I also know some of these reviews are older. read more

Coffee was terrible - very watered down. The selection of donuts wasn't any more than I could get at the grocery store, and more expensive. I asked the woman behind the counter what flavors some of them were, as none of them were labeled and some of them weren't obvious. However, I had a difficult time understanding her. All in all, a disappointing experience, and I won't be going back. read more

This is the second time I've been treated with complete disrespect, going through the drive-through between the hours of 11 and 1 o'clock. The young girls working at Dunkin' Donuts treat you like a number. They don't have any customer service experience, nor kindness in their tonality and they talk to you as if you are be beneath them. When you have a sign up on the front of the store stating you get a free donut with your coffee and you realized the promo is no longer available, you should apologize to the customer. Let them know the promo expired a month ago and kindly ask them if everything they ordered is what they want. I should not ever have a demeaning response like "No. It expired. ..So do you still want the donut or not?" I worked so many jobs and my first job was a fast food franchise. If I ever treated anyone like this, I would've been written up. It is so sad to see this new generation coming in and having complete disrespect and no care in the world other than themselves when talking to customers. They want to be respected, they want to have opportunity in life, they want to have higher pay wages, and they want to go somewhere in life? Attitude reflects leadership. With this kind of service, they don't deserve a higher pay. If they are only coming to a job just to get a paycheck and not be bothered with life obstacles that may come their way to grow them as a human being, then they shouldn't be working at Dunkin Donuts that is centered around customer service. I honestly could care less about a free donut. I am more concerned about this generation's work ethic and what is not being dealt with. read more

The food was good, like any other dunkin. The service was horrible and the staff were playing "no nose" (playing a game to not serve something) and when the worker came, she did not welcome us and just stared at us until we ordered. The ambiance was good but not very bright and it looked sad. I would recommend to not go here. read more

They're getting better at the High Street Dunkin folks! The drive thru line moves much faster these days, and I've not had an issue with order accuracy in months. There's also almost always a full staff inside from what I can tell, which could not be said a year ago. Keep up the great work High Street! read more

We stopped in on Thanksgiving Day! The other local one was closed. Great service, quick, clean, nice and spacious, and they put up lights for the holidays. The bad reviews were not accurate, don't let them deter you from stopping by! read more

Out of desperation because the location is hella convenient, I have gone here multiple times and each time have been disappointed . The last time I went here, I actually went inside to order a coffee because the drive thru was packed. The eat in area was grubby. The man who was ringing the register with a gloved hand used the same gloved hand to pick up donuts and throw them in a bag for the people who were in front of me. Not a single napkin, nor sheet of plastic. Just his money, register, face touching, latex covered fingers. Speaking of napkins, there has never in the history of this Dunkin' been a time when they have given a napkin to a patron without the patron asking. Don't get out of the line or leave the store without asking for one because as sure as the sun is hot, there will be not one napkin in your bag. Just all around... cold coffee, cold food, barely bacon given, no napkins, latex glove multiple use rockin' ... yuck... read more

This place just plain sucks. No other way to say it. It doesn't matter how many chances you give them, they never seem to change. I have sent countless messages to corporate about the horrible service, lack of product, etc., but nothing every changes. They notify the 'manager,' who apparently has no clue how to run a business at all. Always an excuse why something isn't right. They never have half the products on the menu. Out of caramel, out of cups, out of ice, out of tea....really??? But yet I keep going back. WHY??? I love the product, but this store is HORRIBLE. The workers are busy playing on phones, chatting with their friends....playing around. Then they have an excuse when you ask them something. Too lazy to cut a lemon for tea....just say they don't have any. You can see them sitting on the counter plain as day. Was told one day they were out of tea and didn't make any because the manager didn't show them how, so once it's all, it's all. Well today was the last straw after years of screws ups. It just finally hit me....why do I keep going here??? Ordered a large iced coffee with caramel. Nope, out of caramel - what else is new? So looked at the list and asked for butter pecan....nope, that's a seasonal flavor - but it's on the list! Okay, how about a frozen chocolate....nope, can't make those today. We need mocha and don't have any right now. I told them to forget it....put it in drive, headed across the grass between the next lot, and left. Found another Dunkin that opened not too long ago at the other end of Carlisle off Route 465, in the Sunoco station. Tried it. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! and guess what? They told me they have NO affiliation with the other one on High Street and are glad that they are not compared to them! They can have my business now! High Street Dunkin either needs a management system that actually knows how to run a business, or they might as well just give up! read more

Piss poor attitude. Yelled at me that there was only 3 people working which, contrary to popular belief, is not my problem. I was in the store waiting for 10 minutes when they proceeded to tell me they couldn't wait on me I had to order through the app. Well no I won't download an app. You just wasted 3 minutes explaining to me when you could have put my donuts in a box and been done. Sorry I will tell everyone I know not to go to this donut hole for anything. read more

I placed a mobile order today at this location. When I got to the store they told me that the store was closed and I can not order. The Dunkin' app still took my money and would not let me cancel the order. Additionally I used my 200 points for a free drink. But since I got 2 drinks I'm not out 200 points and $4. Don't go here. read more

Im just not sure which is worse at this Dunkin Doughnut - the speed and competence of their employees , the quality of the food , or the absolute indifference that the Company takes when a complaint is made on this location. Lets start with the "employees" - I understand that its hard to get competent employees in today's market when you can't afford to pay them as much as Walmart or ANY other business in the country , but these young women and men who work at this location are the RUDEST , SLOWEST , MOST UNPROFESSIONAL staff I have EVER seen in my 30+ years of going to Dunkin's , the manager at this location is nothing more than an EXCUSE MACHINE - " I don't have enough staff " , " the owner won't give us money to get things fixed " , she is a complete WASTE of time trying to deal with - she is more likely to just throw free food at a problem then trying to actually find out WHY THE PROBLEM EXISTS and actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Next lets talk about the quality of the "FOOD" and I use that term LIGHTLY, its pretty hard to screw up the same order EVERY SINGLE DAY - but this location manages to do it in new and EXCITING WAYS - EVERY SINGLE DAY. From Bagels that are NEVER TOASTED to sandwiches with COLD EGG , NO BACON , FORGETTING the CHEESE , or any number of new and exciting ways to prove that this location shoudl be CLOSED UNTIL COMPETENT STAFF CAN BE HIRED. I make the SAME order EVERY SINGLE MORNING - and yet I ALWAYS MANAGE to be disappointed - If there was ANY OTHER OPTION ( including gas station food YUCKKK ) in between my home and my store I would take it before eating here one more time . Lastly lets talk about the Customer Service for Dunkin Doughnuts - its NON EXISTANT - they always say the manager will get in touch with you - then she DOESNT - or when she does there is NO CHANGE IN THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE OR FOOD - she throws free food at people in the hopes they will just go away - the ownership of this location should be EMBARRASED at the state of their franchise - and lastly - I sat at the drive through window this morning and for 11 MINUTES watched 2 girls with 6 " long fingernails try to open a pump bottle of something while I waited for 2 Bacon Egg and Cheese Plain bagels and what I received after a TOTAL of 38 MINUTES from me getting into line until the end of the 11 minute wait at the window was 2 UNTOASTED / COLD egg sandiches with NO BACON - if I hadn't gotten a really good LAUGH at the 2 idiots trying to peel off a lid with their ridiculously long and totally UNPROFESSIONAL nails I probably would have thrown the bag back at the staffer who basically slung it into my car - and by the way - WHEN A CUSTOMER ORDERS ANY TYPE OF FOOD - PUT A NAPKIN IN THE BAG - this is common sense but too much to expect from this location read more

The worst DD I have been in! Every time I have been to Carlyle In the past 3 years I stopped in and the coffee is always horrible. Last week was my last time. It's unbelievable because DD's coffee is usually consistent from location to location. Lastly the service is subpar as well. My recommendation is find another place if you're just looking for a quick cup to go. read more

Worst dunkin ever, got two medium drinks and a box of ten munchkins. One vanilla iced coffee and one caramel swirl latte. The vanilla iced coffee came as a large... the caramel swirl latte came as a small... I asked for whipped cream on both. Didn't get any. On either. Caramel swirl tasted like glorified water. Then the munchkins. I ordered ten, five blueberry and five glazed regular. I got five glazed regular and five chocolate... One star because you can't give zero... Plus all the employees seemed to have no sense about what they were doing... read more

Living right across the street and loving their coffee makes it hard not to visit, but this is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever gone to. I can't recall a single visit where they didn't mess up my order and my order is always the same. Large Ice Coffee with cream and Splenda. That's it. That's the only thing I order and no matter what time of day I go or who waits on me, they screw it up. Don't get me wrong, most of the employees there are very nice, but they all walk around as if they're high 24/7. One time I ordered one of the ham and swiss on french bread sandwiches that comes with dijon mustard. Instead, they gave me ham on two slices of crappy bread with some kind of southwest sauce and cheddar cheese. If you can get to another DD location, I'd highly recommend doing so! read more

Echo most of the other reviews. We went to this location around 9:30am. There was no one in the drive thru line and one customer ahead of us when we got there. Took us at least 15 minutes to get our order in. Ordered a coffee and two bagels. The coffee was out within a few minutes but was slammed down onto the counter and spilled. The lid was also not placed on properly so I spilled hot coffee on myself. We ordered two plain bagels and weren't told they were out of those until 20 minutes had passed. They were out of just about every food item on the menu besides donuts but did not communicate this to any customers until after they ordered and paid. The staff was also very rude. You could tell they were "secretly" communicating to one another over their headsets as they were giggling randomly and staring and customers though out our time there. By the time we left (at least 30 minutes after we arrived) there was a substantial line for the drive thru and the two employees that seemed to be in "charge" left the restaurant and went into their car behind the building. They left the other two employees to fend for themselves. You can tell there definitely is an issue getting good help and leadership at this location is suspect at best. Do not go here unless you want to leave super frustrated read more

I placed an order online for a simple bagel and when I arrived at 10:45 this morning to get it, there was no one responding at the drive through window. After 5 minutes of no one responding cars began to pile up behind me, so I tried to walk in instead. That's when I realized nobody was in the building, even though their hours say they open at 4 AM. I ended up being late for work and paid for a bagel I never received. read more

This place is really struggling today!!! Staff frustrated, confused and upset and swearing. They can't keep up with customers. The lobby is really dirty. If I could give zero stars i would. Horrible service. Employees looked at us like we were speaking a different language. Place is dirty. Took 4 tries to make me the correct drink. Frozen coffee machine was down and didn't tell us until my friend already paid for her drink. Never. Again. read more

They need to know how to work a drive thru...you don't handle one car at a time like you do the counter. You take orders and fill up the space between the window and where you order..one person takes orders. 2 people process the drinks...Next would be there customer service..they need classes on how to treat them..next item..you serve coffee..learn how to make the coffee the way the PAYING customer wants it..DON'T USE BURNT COFFEE..last but not least..your donuts are NEVER fresh so quit living to the customer that they are ... THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT DUMB!! SUGGESTION: Go to the Outer Banks Dunkin of training...never a bad coffee..fresh soft donuts and great customer service!! read more

Absolute disaster of a Dunkin Donuts. Waited OVER 30 MINUTES for two sandwiches (both of which were directly on their menu). The staff was incredibly disrespectful once I told them I never received the sandwiches, rolling their eyes and asking what I got. I was then given the incorrect order not once, not twice, but three different times. When I asked them to remake it, I got a sassy look from one of the workers who then mumbled something under her breath. Then, to make matters worse, the cook had to ask me how to make the sandwich I ordered. Never coming back here again, and it was only my first time. Awful! read more

This place is trash. I swear I sit in the line for over 30 minutes each time I come here just for the food to be burnt and crusty. Gross honestly. read more

Wow, this is seriously the slowest Dunkin location I have ever visited. Even when there is a short line you will sit for at least ten minutes before you get your order. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have been coming here for years, and can count on one hand how many times I've been utterly disappointed by this location. They continuously mess up orders, will have you sitting in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes, to get the wrong drink or they have to remake it. It's about time they closed this one down or hired management who can properly train the workers. 1000% would not recommend. Go to Mechanicsburg. read more

Absolutely terrible service. The drinks were cold and my chai latte was only half-filled. I bought donut holes and they just threw them loose into the bag. Terrible service. read more

Let me start by saying I'm not usually a "yelper" of corporate stores, restaurants, however, this Dunkin Donuts has made a turn around for the best. We visited here when we first relocated to the area (18 months ago) and between the staff and the dirty eating area, we were turned off, not to mention our incorrect order. I didn't think to even look at yelp that time, as I knew I was never coming back here but who am I to stop anyone else. So I hit up this Dunkin' in desperation for a donut I promised my kid, when to my surprise the manager (he said he was new from this past September) took care of me. He was a pleasant surprise, he was quick and seemed to be doing more work than three staffers. To add the icing to the donut, he made sure to talk to me and engage! He added that he was trying to change the "rap" this DD has. It was nice to see someone actually doing the job for a change and not this whole lazy days, have to have to have a job so I'm here, warm body crap. I was in and out quickly, with a correct order along with a smile! WTG! read more

When did dunkin donuts stop serving donuts ? Every time we tried to get donuts they never have any .... how is that possible ? End up getting them at Giant. ... Hit or miss at best. Expect your order to be wrong, and if you decide to have it fixed, guaranteed to be only less messed up. Never been much of a "yelper" but I love Dunkin Donuts. And this location compelled me to speak up. read more

Walked out AGAIN!! Had trouble getting waited on about a year ago when we visited this location and ended up walking out. Contacted corporate and they and the branch manager contacted me. Apologized and offered free coffee which we declined. Went back several times and service had improved but this location always dirty and the area behind counters where employees work is filthy!! Stopped yesterday to grab a coffee and donut. Once again the employees too busy to wait on us because they were goofing off with each other. Not busy inside or drive thru. Probably done with them! read more

STAY AWAY First time I've ever been compelled to write a Yelp review. I live a half mile from this place and after the past few weeks I've decided I'll drive across town to get my family breakfast. Why? - new layout makes zero sense - employees are lazy, rude, and calling them slow would be a compliment - zero leadership I'm guessing the proprietor doesn't care because I've had the exact same experience for three weeks now. I understand busy times in food service and having done my time in that industry I have a soft spot for food service workers. Not this crowd. Nothing like seeing an employee on a "smoke break" when 4-5 people are walking out to every 1 person being served. STAY AWAY read more

If you plan on going to this location for a Boston Cream donut, be sure to call them first to check if they have them before wasting your time driving out there. Showed up at 5:05 AM and the coffee had not been brewed. Facility is also extremely dirty and unkempt. Very disappointed.

I have no idea why this place has less than 2 stars. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars to make up for the crappy overall score. I travel 1,300 miles twice a month and stop at dozens of Dunkins throughout my trip. This stop was literally the best Dunkin run I have ever made. It was super crowded, everyone was friendly and efficient, and my food and drink was absolutely delicious. I even saved the address so I can make sure I stop at this particular Dunkin on my future trips. read more

Are you kidding me? The re-design of the store is ridiculous... people walking back through the line after pick-up. One person on the registers at 7:15 AM doesn't cut it either. Finally, ordered a medium coffee... should have ordered a large instead, as I only got enough coffee to fill a small cup. Love the brand, very disappointed in this visit. read more

Poor selection, not able to restock selection because they "don't have their own baker"...staff not friendly...

This is location is a terrible representation of this franchise. Every time I go there they are out of almond milk. For those of us who couldn't drink coffee with cream for a long time, we get excited that almond milk is now offered at our favorite coffee shop. However, when you drive out of your way to go to the coffee shop and they never have almond milk it's quite a pain. In addition, you can guarantee to pull up and always see someone outside smoking. It's unfortunate, because Dunkin' is one of the greatest coffee chains in our country. It's just too bad that this location can't get it together. They always have excuses and the people are nice enough. It's just terribly ran. Will never go there anymore. read more

It's was so difficult to order but after you order it they give you the wrong stuff. We ordered two lattes and one Caramel iced coffee..
