Typical Starbucks we've been here before more set up for a drive thru. There is a limited amount of seating but the place is narrow! Of course the food and beverages is all Starbucks products. The baristas and servers are all friendly it's what you would expect. I decided on an Iced white chocolate mocha it was done the way I like it. The lady in the window was extremely smart with us. We asked for a salted caramel nitro cold brew and she said that she acted like we were stupid and then still ordered it for us because I've gotten that multiple times and I know it exists. When she asked me if I want the receipt I said sure. She heard me and said " is that a yes?" All because I didn't say the word yes. I then asked for a straw and she said which one as if I was supposed to know what different types of straws were. i love starbucks but they just gave me a HORRIBLE drink. i think it was a new girl but the milk was kerneled and the drink was gross. i hate to be that person but i went in VERY nice with my friend and before i wanted to ask anything the cashier told me to mix it in a very rude tone. is it not ur job to do that? i was very annoyed because i got a drink for 7 dollars for it to taste expired and just gross in general. here's the photo. and my friends drink wasn't mixed at all either her mouth was full of caramel after one sip. this was horrible. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Carlisle, Pennsylvania

I have been frequenting this Starbucks for several weeks now as it is the only one near my place of employment and I am extremely disappointed with this store lately. When the store is actually open, about 2/5 times a week that I go to the drive thru to get a relatively easy drink, it is messed up and I have to return. It's at the point where I have to taste my drink at the drive thru to make sure it's actually made correctly(It's a Tea Lemonade, literally only Liquid sweetener, Black Tea, Lemonade and shaken. How hard is that?).. In the Last week or two, the store has been randomly closed at times. For example, yesterday (Sept 20), the store was finally open and the barista at the window explained to me that they were "short staffed" and had a "Sudden change in management" but that everything should be back to normal. I come today (Sept 21) and again the store is closed with some poorly written note on the drive thru window. This is ridiculous because as I stated before, the closest other store (Besides Target which also closes early) is in Mechanicsburg. I've tried calling the store on sept 20 to see if it was opened and I didn't reach anybody. That has happened several times over the week and nobody ever answers. Starbucks is a multimillion dollar company and somehow can't keep stores open? The district manager should be embarrassed and should be stepping in to do something. As a former Barista from 2011-2014, I can tell you that under Nikki Pinkham (Former DM), the stores in this area were doing a lot better. There's just way too many inconsistencies at this store. Ridiculous. Typical small town trash Pennsylvania. Will never order or give this Starbucks business again. It's way out of the way in Carlisle and yet we still come here because it's the only Starbucks. This is THE ONLY STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD that disallows mobile ordering UNTIL AFTER 4PM! What manager decided that? Having an order PAID FOR and ready would help short staff and speed things up immediately! Duh! And people could pick it up and be on their way in seconds! Not this! You close the cafe nonstop, never answer the phone, and leave ONLY THE DRIVE THRU open? I've been here for 30 minutes so far on a Tuesday morning. I've missed work now since I'm so late. I've been all over the world and have never had something so ridiculous happen to get coffee and maybe some food. This is crazy. And staff clearly isn't working nonstop inside. I just saw a lady come out and get mail from the FedEx truck. I'm sending this to Starbucks HQ because this location is definitely damaging the brand. $5 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks is worth it - but not small town Pennsylvania worth it. read more

Needed a break from shopping. Bought gift cards here. Very poor customer service. Very rude broad banging cups and blenders around, she was about 58, blond hair wrapped in a bun, glasses. Very disrespectful, this is a military family store next to Yankee Candle. The one at Target is good! Coffee delicious though! The mobile orders confused the staff with counter orders. Well staffed Starbucks and speedy drink order. My mocha frappe was ready in less than 2 minutes. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Only downfall was that I wanted a Turkey and Stuffing panini but they were out, so not sure if they carry much in terms of the ingredients used for sandwiches. This Starbucks location has all the menu offerings you'd expect from the chain overall. The baristas are friendly and our orders have always been accurate. They're quick and I don't feel like I have to wait very long, even with a few cars in front of me. The standout feature of this location is the drive thru, which makes it really convenient in the mornings to grab and go. The only downside is getting into the drive thru from the highway - the parking lot of the entire shopping center is a little confusing to navigate. But, that has no bearing on the quality of service or product here! If you're the kind of person who loves a morning coffee, or if you just prefer nice treat every once and awhile, Starbucks is a great option for you! read more

Line is always long. Employees yelled at me cause I waited till I was closer to the speaker to order my mobile order because I don't want melted drinks, then called me a b****. By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Long wait times in the drive-thru, my order is almost always wrong and on several occasions I was charged for other peoples orders. Getting a refund was a real headache. The Baristas are always new and rarely know what they are doing. I have given this location several chances since it is so close to my house and has a drive-thru. But it is so bad I would rather drive out of my way to hit the one on the pike than deal with this. My drink was so bad recently it made me physically ill. I don't know how they are even still open! I could fill this entire review with horror stories but I just gave you the short version. I know it's a chain, but I wanted to write a review as this Starbucks is consistently great. I have seen ridiculously long lines here, and I've never been made to feel unwelcome. Staff is generally friendly but at times there seems to be some confusion - on a recent trip the drive thru was blocked by a car - the staff references some 'issues' when I asked.
