I've visited this location a few times and service has always been meh. But it has a drive thru which is super convenient when on my way to work. This particular morning I made a mobile order for a different location. I entered, confirmed it was my order and ran back out. A few minutes later I take a sip, not my order. I was passing this DD so stopped in the drive thru and explained what happened. I was told pull up to the window. One lady asked what the correct order should have been and walked off to make it. The person who was manning the drive thru went to explain to her manager. When she came back she explained They don't normally do that as it wasn't there mistake. I understand and said thank you. Then she says actually her manager said no. Do not exchange it. Not their stores product. And I heard another voice say this. I was baffled. The drink happened to be already made, so the attendant from the window just quickly switched them out. Not blaming this DD for the error. They didn't even have to help me. BEWARE!!!! They are not wearing PPE while preparing food!!!! They made milkshakes for me without wearing a mask and when asked for a refund or to remake them, the employee put on the mask but only covered his mouth with it- not his nose. Other employees were stocking iced coffee, milk and other items and not wearing masks while also walking past doughnuts & other baked goods. DO NOT EAT HERE or risk getting covid! I dislike this Dunkin'. They don't carry many varieties of donuts. Their drive thru staff often confuses orders.

It has gotten better with the new makeover. I used to not like coming here much, they could never make my coffee or lattes right. The donuts were very little selection. Now they had made a big improvement. Not enough for me to give them four or five stars, still don't like the coffee there, but my husband does and the donuts are more pleasant to look at and they have a more selections. I do like how they jazz up the place. It feels comfortable to sit down and eat in, or just sit outside on a nice day. The workers, I don't know what to say about them. So are more pleasant than others. Some still can't seem to get your food or drink right. I say I can continue to buy from here now. Not much, but if I needed to. Besides the fact that this Dunkin' Donuts is in such a congested area, I can appreciate the fact that they have fast service. This DD's has a drive thru ! Super efficient. The service was fast and my Chips Ahoy latte came out great. They have plenty of outdoor seating, but beware that its far from quiet. This location is right under a train and near a busy road. The seating inside of course is limited. But I don't know many people who would want to stay and enioy their coffee. Us New Yorkers are always on the go. I know someone who applied to this location for a job and was denied because she wore the hijab (the head covering that muslIm women wear) even though she had all the qualifications. She also has worked for many other companies including other Dunkins who have all never denied her of her right of wearing the hijab. This is a discrimination of religion. This manager needs to be removed from his position. People should not be treated unfairly just because of their religion. Today I went to buy 2 iced coffees, one medium and one small, an order of hash browns, and a 2 for 2. When I drive up, I look at the coffee and I can tell that it's strong. I tell them that the coffee is too strong and when I taste it, it is strong. Both of them. I tell the lady that this coffee is too strong and I need to get a different one. Other workers jump in and ask what's wrong. I tell them the same thing and one lady starts getting irritated and annoyed at me for something i'm paying for. "interesting facts" this location is 24/7 rain, sleet ,snow! so this location is always open ready to serve coffee,hot chocolate, donuts, even ice cream if your taste buds are in that direction they will serve you with a smile on their faces. also I forgot to mention that this location has a drive thru! its a bit tight in terms of going into it so make sure you clear enough to make it into the drive thru(you will understand when you use the drive thru). everyone that works here are pretty chill and will remember your order if your a regular like me! This place is iffy. Cons: GHETTO AS HELL. There's a girl that takes orders through the drive-thru mic in the morning. She is so RATCHET lol. On numerous occasions while driving up to the ordering window I have heard her talking shit about customers and other employees in Spanish and English lol. This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. I seldom have a good experience here. Normally I use the drive-through. EVERY time that I place my order I get asked if I would like a coffee with that more than 2 times after saying no. I understand that they have to ask but after I say no once, it becomes rude. The people there take their job as a joke. Pulling up to the stop sign to wait for them to bring my order outside makes no sense, and is particularly annoying when they forget that I'm there and I can't back up because there are cars behind me and I have to honk for 10 minutes for them to realize. They are rude. If they don't understand my order, instead of saying "I'm sorry I misheard you", they say "you didn't say that". It's terrible customer service. There are plenty of other people who deserve a job and would do it better than them. read more

Located on the busy corner of 230th and Broadway, this 24-hour DD / BR combo is large, very clean, and the service is quick and efficient. Being a vegetarian, eating out can be tough. However, Dunkin Donuts surprisingly offers an egg white veggie omelet that you can have on any type of sandwich you prefer (croissant, flat bread, etc.). I sometimes stop here on my way to work in the mornings. I have never done the drive-though because not matter where you go, drive through always makes mistakes (and since I want something that is likely to be rarely ordered, I prefer to walk in). The staff is very professional. The only thing I would recommend is that they remove that speaker playing the music that is almost above the cashier's head---I often have to repeat my order because they can't hear me. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the staff that cooks your orders give you the "have a good day" and "good morning." read more
