This was the third Dunkin i went to this morning to purchase ground coffee. They only carry Decaf coffee. I asked in all three Dunkin's if i could order the Regular French Vanilla. They all said no. Customer service no longer exists. They told me to go to the supermarket. The super market coffee is smaller and more money. read more

6:30am placed mobile order. People who ordered at counter were takin care of quickly and with a smile. My coffee and donut arrived quickly coffee hot and donut warm...and I was on my way. Restaurant was very clean and service made it a pleasent way to start my day. read more

Finally found a decent Dunkin Store. No servers letting you know you shouldn't be bothering them or breaking up conversations while they were talking among them selvesor themgiving you the feeling that they weren't in to work but just to get paid for showing up. This store will meet you with smiles and letting you know they will be doing their best to take care of you. Service was the fastest I have ever had at a Dunkin. It is well run and efficient. Not a haven for showing up to get paid while exhibiting the least effort to take care of the customer. Frankly I was shocked. This is not the typical Dunkin. Perhaps all the other Dunkins might look in on this store to get an idea on how to have a good store and how to please the customer. read more

My weekend morning pick me up! Iced Macchiato and lots of sugar and carbs. I find this location makes my macchiato pretty good, not watered down. Location does matter. On weekends, most of the time, the owners are there to ensure everything is good. read more

A hidden location near a local Walmart. With its own parking space area even if Walmart is busy you can find parking. I would give this place 5/5 stars if they had a drive-through. The location is very clean and the staff is equally friendly. I was surprised compared to other locations on how clean and put together it was. I went in to redeem my birthday coffee and use my gift card. The location was very kind and wished me a happy birthday. The reason I want to leave a review was because of the kindness and quickness. Never have I visited a location with this level of customer service. Quick, friendly, and my coffee was very delicious. I didn't know Dunkin had oat milk. I knew they always offered Almond milk which I do not like. I do however LOVE oat milk. This new option, new to me it may have been offered for some time now, or not so new option may very well make me a more frequent visitor. I ordered the large latte with oat milk, a glazed donut, and tried a small regular coffee with sweeten hazelnut syrup. As mentioned I liked my coffee and my boyfriend really enjoyed his and normally he doesn't care for hazelnut syrup he prefers creamers that aren't usually offered. read more

Big disappointment. This Dunkin' looks new and shiny from the outside. The inside is a big fail. They lack any of the comfy seating usually found in Dunkin' locations and the service is exceptionally slow and poor. I stopped in yesterday for a quick break and the cashier held up her hand to make me wait while she was counting cups behind the register. I guess she couldn't figure out to make a note of what number she had reached or remember for long enough to ring out a bottle of water. A moment later an elderly gentleman with a veteran hat asked for an English muffin. She told him that they don't sell English muffins (they do), only as part of a breakfast sandwich, and that he would have to pay for the eggs, cheese, and sausage and then remove it himself, and that no, he could not have butter. What? I'm really glad that they don't have a drive-thru to distract them because then it would be even slower. read more

Worst Dunkin around, my coworkers and I have been coming here in the mornings but every time there is an issue going on in there with someone, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and when I get it, it had 3 little half pieces of bacon in it, reminded me of a cheap gas station sandwich, I spoke to the manager and she said they come like that which is wrong because I never have an issue with that sandwich from other Dunkins, they are taking it too far with this inflation, I understand if price goes up a little but to put half the ingredients in the sandwich,that's ridiculous read more

Very bad service. The ladies here don't know how to work their tickets. They start working randomly on the orders leaving people with half of what they order and many times waiting longer than other people that come after them. I came into the restaurant today when it was empty. Three rounds of customers came in placing their order at the counter and walking away with their stuff way before me. Very disappointed. read more

When I went to the counter I grabbed what I thought was my drink (what I actually ordered) then a man yelled at me and said I had the wrong drink and then told me I should know what I ordered. This is the Dunkin' that is located right outside of the Walmart in Boynton/ Delray. It's a new location and I was excited when I first saw that it was opening up. I've been here a few times now, I always order on the mobile app, about a good 10 minutes ahead of when I will be picking up an order. When I get there, every single time the order has not been ready. It's nothing complicated, for instants, the last order was an extra large decaf coffee with a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. They had the coffee but not the sandwich. The time before that, I ended up just standing there for a good 10 to 15 minutes and no one even addressed me to see what the issue was. The people that work there are friendly, most of them, but they either need more employees or people that know what they're doing. Customer service is not their thing. Neither is getting out the orders on time. read more

Used to be the Dunkin I bragged about, where a mobil order was done in a matter of minutes with nice staff. The staff is still nice but service is extremely slow, no process in place, seems like employees are just scrambling in the back without any kind of direction. I miss my favorite Dunkin that I could incorporate into my day because I knew I can expect quick service and be in and out. Nowadays I can't predict if it will be 5 minutes or 20. At best..... they are all hit and miss.... Some of the employees get your order right and some aren't even close... I always order "EXTRA LIGHT". coffee with cream.......I gave that up and now order 3 additional cups of cream on the side so I get it right..,, Some are cleaner than others.... some don't have enough counter help ...... Employees very nice and accommodating however management rasal who was the manager on duty at the time had a very disgusting attitude with my wife but the employees as well. they didnt make one of our cofeees correct and when the other employees tried to correct it because they knew exactly what we wanted he just told them no we don't do that here. This Dunkin' is awesome. I order on the app almost everyday, I only live about 2 minutes down the street. My order is always ready to go waiting for me by the time I get there and always made perfectly. Besides being super efficient the staff is always really pleasant. read more
