My weekend morning pick me up! Iced Macchiato and lots of sugar and carbs. I find this location makes my macchiato pretty good, not watered down. Location does matter. On weekends, most of the time, the owners are there to ensure everything is good.

A hidden location near a local Walmart. With its own parking space area even if Walmart is busy you can find parking. I would give this place 5/5 stars if they had a drive-through. The location is very clean and the staff is equally friendly. I was surprised compared to other locations on how clean and put together it was. I went in to redeem my birthday coffee and use my gift card. The location was very kind and wished me a happy birthday. The reason I want to leave a review was because of the kindness and quickness. Never have I visited a location with this level of customer service. Quick, friendly, and my coffee was very delicious. I didn't know Dunkin had oat milk. I knew they always offered Almond milk which I do not like. I do however LOVE oat milk. This new option, new to me it may have been offered for some time now, or not so new option may very well make me a more frequent visitor. I ordered the large latte with oat milk, a glazed donut, and tried a small regular coffee with sweeten hazelnut syrup. As mentioned I liked my coffee and my boyfriend really enjoyed his and normally he doesn't care for hazelnut syrup he prefers creamers that aren't usually offered.

a breakfast sandwich in a bagel wrapper

Worst Dunkin around, my coworkers and I have been coming here in the mornings but every time there is an issue going on in there with someone, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and when I get it, it had 3 little half pieces of bacon in it, reminded me of a cheap gas station sandwich, I spoke to the manager and she said they come like that which is wrong because I never have an issue with that sandwich from other Dunkins, they are taking it too far with this inflation, I understand if price goes up a little but to put half the ingredients in the sandwich, that's ridiculous

Not what I ordered. It's two mocha espressos. I ordered a iced mocha latte

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

We thought we parked by it but didn't and had to walk around to find it in the plaza. We even encountered other folks who were also trying to find it in the plaza. They were very welcoming and they were very quick with their service. They are a family owned i and operated business that specializes in Colombian coffee. They had some baked goods as well, but we didn't eat there. I ordered the banana coffee cake latte and it was fantastic! It was very rich in flavor, but kept it coffee. Unlike some of those specialty drinks and holiday drinks, it was not all syrup. I very much enjoyed it. Definitely recommend you checking them out. They're a bit away from the strip, so there won't be the same kind of lines.

The coffee is freshly roasted, great quality, and the staff was super friendly explaining their different milk options, and quite healthy as well! I tried one of their iced lattes with a pandebono sandwich which seemed quite a novelty! Since pandebono is meant to just be eaten as is. Definitely exciting! I did enjoy it after all

My friend had a made-to-order omelet with several veggies and cheese. It was a good-sized portion and came with thick, airy "rustic" bread. She thoroughly enjoyed the entree along with an iced coffee. I was excited to see shakshuka on the menu as this delicious Middle Eastern meal of poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce is not readily found in this area. The feta cheese on top of the tomato sauce produced a nice flavor combo, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of spiciness and in the portion size, especially given the price of almost $15. The "rustic" bread was perfect for soaking up the tasty sauce. This location of Carmela's offers plenty of covered outdoor seating in a quiet space next to the restaurant. Just order at the counter, find a table, and within a few minutes, you order is delivered to you. Carmela Coffee Company offers a great atmosphere to enjoy breakfast, lunch or just some coffee. After all, "coffee" is in the name of this restaurant.

This time I ordered the Carolina Chicken Salad, and it was really good. For the kids, we chose the chocolate chip pancakes and chocolate chip waffles from the kids' menu. The only thing that left us a little confused was our children's order. The kids' meals normally come with scrambled eggs, bacon, and fruit. Since my girls didn't want the eggs or bacon, I simply asked if they could keep the fruit instead. Somehow there was a mix-up, and instead of the kids' portions, they brought full-size adult pancakes and waffles, plus a huge plate of fruit on the side. We let our server know because it was obviously more food than we ordered. They assured us we were still being charged for the kids' meals, but when the check came, the fruit had been added as a separate item. It wasn't a big deal, just one of those little misunderstandings that can happen. Other than that, the food was tasty, the service was friendly.
