This is one of the nicer Starbucks I've visited, as it's very clean, well run, and a comfortable place to sit and chat. Just had the most disgusting experience at this Starbucks. Ordered a Vanilla Protein Latte and went to take a sip and the whole entire cup of milk was curdled. It looked like tan cottage cheese and of course was not drinkable. I will never order that drink again and will never go back to that Starbucks. This is to be one of the best Starbucks I've been to you in a very long time. I walked in and went to the counter, and I was immediately greeted by a very nice and helpful person . I explained to her that I wanted something refreshing and cold, but without too many calories, and we end up going with the passionfruit tea With Stevia, I told her I needed a second drink that's cold and strong also without calories so she said the iced Venti Americano I paid and as I started walked away to the pick up area and waiting for the drink, she smiled at me and said thank you for coming I asked the people making the drinks if I could add on Vente ice water as I forgot to order it And they said sure with a smile on their face. Not the best but not the worst! They definitely know how to make drinks correctly, just not always quickly. The location is convenient but definitely not easy to get in and out of. The store is very clean and there is plenty of seating indoors and on the patio. Staff was pretty friendly and greeted us right away. Would go back but only when convenient. read more

Was on a walk with my friend and stumbled on this Starbucks. I kept hearing about this new "olive oil" infused drink and Just had to try it. Wasn't sure if I was going to like it but the barista was nice enough to give us some samples to try it before I bought. I actually liked it and felt like I had to get it for the experience but probably would just order my usual next time. Their is outdoor and indoor seating. Convenient drive thru location in a plaza. Usually there isn't much of a line compared to some of the other drive thru Starbucks in the area. Only problem with this location is that they tend to run out of things when I go. They almost never have the food box that I want and one time I asked for hot chocolate and were completely out of mocha and could not make any drinks with mocha. Hopefully that will improve but overall I do like this location and it is very convenient for me! read more

So I go into the Starbucks on W Atlantic and Hagen Ranch Rd at 3pm on 6/6/22 for a Strawberry Acai with Lemonade. Starbucks advertises this as their #1 drink. Omg, they were OUT of Lemonade And Strawberry's. 2 out of 3!! Not bad!! lol That left me with Acai alone. The shift mgr could have sent an employee to another Starbucks to get the ingredients needed for this drink when he realized he was running short. That would have meant using his noggin. When I am in town, this is my Starbucks! I've gone through the drive thru and walked in the store to place and receive my order. The employees are not the quickest but they are friendly. The pricing is different (higher) than my home-town Strbux for the same thing....not sure why. I do love this layout better - they have community tables, more open feeling, looks/feels larger.... I think mine is undergoing a makeover right now into a similar design. Looking forward to that. Overall, there's nothing else to do here but run in and get my fix and run out - it's convenient and the drive thru works well too. read more

BEVERAGES/BAKED GOODS: My go-to drink is the iced blonde americano. The blonde coffee is not as bitter tasting as the regular coffee. I also really like the blueberry scones, which they will warm up if you'd like. *This location recently started using adult sippy cup lids for cold drinks as an alternative to using plastic staws at Starbucks. It also now offers paper straws if preferable. ATMOSPHERE: There are small tables near outlets which I like for working on my laptop. There are longer tables and larger group table as well. There is also a little outdoor seating area. I like how there is background music. Overall, this is a great location, with good seating choices. I only wish it was even bigger for the busy hours. read more

What a beautiful refurbished Starbucks ! I love the long table in the middle - it gives it a nice comfy feeling. The baristas are extra friendly which may have been just when the time was right but they were extremely nice! I like that I can use my Starbucks cup and not waste paper resources. Not sure if this is a true Starbucks or not. They had the signage and all the necessary bells and whistles but something felt off. Ordering was fairly painless other than being corrected for something that I simply read right off the menu and then was treated like a was a moron and didn't know what I was doing by the staff. I got a caramel macchiato iced with an extra espresso shot just to put a little pep in my step. Really it was and really shouldn't come with any sort of issue or delay if the workers are trained properly it's just plug and play. It tasted good and overall things were good. The place was clean and other than the one employee trying to be a little too over the top in making me feel like a rookie it was the standard trip to a place that champions the hipster and ostracizes the normal human being. read more

This Starbucks used to be good as long as you went when they weren't busy. The manager, Gaby, is an incredibly rude and incompetent person. Most of the other employees are pretty nice, but if you want your day ruined have Gaby as your barista. And it's not just me she's rude to everyone every time I see her, and she's refused to remake drinks which is against policy. She also likes to chat with other employees while ignoring long lines of angry customers. read more

Love coming to this Starbucks because they have plenty of tables. We usually come in a large group after church service and we can be a little demanding, but the employees are very welcoming and are able to handle the large group. Ordered a frozen lemonade today at the drive-thru. By the time I got to the register, my drink was separated and clearly no longer frozen. I've ordered this drink multiple times and it has never done that. I asked if they could fix it as this was a direct result of them taking so long. This is one of 2 Starbucks in my area and it's the one I frequent most. It's a nice looking and nicely stocked store but this location is impossible to get in and out of quickly. Almost everyone that works here is pleasant enough but It's common to wait 10-12 minutes for your drink even if it's 2:00pm and you are the only one in there. This is an exact scenario I've repeated a couple of dozen times. It's also not unusual for them to mess up orders in the drive through. I've only been here 1/2 dozen times or so when it was fairly busy but it's no different. Since this location is steps from the turnpike I can only imagine what 7:00am is like here. This Starbucks is really great to do mobile ordering with. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of the five is because it's really expensive, but that's all Starbucks isn't it? My favorite things to get are the sousvide, bacon/egg and cheese/gouda egg bites, a blonde flat white for my girlfriend, and a Venti Americano for me. The mobile ordering feature makes it really quick and there usually aren't any lines. Even in the morning you can get in and out pretty quickly and the technology there is great, meaning you can see your barista on the screen. i really love this starbucks! i almost always stop here on my way over to work or to school. It's in a really convenient location and the drive thru makes it really easy to get everything i need. this location gets very busy and the drive thru line specifically can be really long so definitely give yourself that extra 5 minutes or so to be able to stop by. Inside is very clean, relaxing, and gives off a warm feelings. everything you want in a coffee shop. there are a few small tables to sit and relax. i come in here sometimes to get some homework done and it's really relaxing and not a bad work environment... being that close to caffeine could never hurt my productivity. the staff at this location are all super friendly and always smiling. they know my order because i go there so often and are always suggesting new twists to my chai tea. i recently tried the chai tea and added pumpkin to it which one of their baristas recommended and it was awesome!!! read more

The employees at this location are always so nice and friendly. Its always been a pleasant experience at the drive through. Even last week, when the drive through lane was super, super slow, to the point of being annoying (trouble with one particular car at the front of the line). When I finally got to the window, they comped my coffee order due to the wait. Didn't expect it but I really appreciated the gesture. My only question is, why is the menu board at the drive through posted AFTER the order area? So, this is what I get today from the drive-thru... I normally order a Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich and today I get what I would call a "half sandwich". First of all I told them NO eggs. And they added the egg. Where's the cheese?!? And most importantly, where's the other top piece of bread? A bitter experience. First, my girlfriend told me the woman who made my frappuccino, a sweet frozen drink, seemed to run out of the sweet additive, and didn't bother to get more. As a result, my drink was bitter instead of sweet, which I didn't discover until we were already in the car heading home. Second, out of 4 employees, two of them had their masks below their nose, and the woman who made my drink had hers below her mouth!
