Was actually one of their first customers on opening day (there was a several year break between the old location and this one) way back when - riding my little bike over and snagging some donut holes for my colleagues. Today I enjoyed a pumpkin muffin - my seasonal fave. While the pumpkin muffin and pumpkin donut are great I haven't quite embraced the pumpkin bevys (in particular the pumpkin chai). This location is busy that I highly recommend ordering ahead via the app for drive through or in-store pickup. Sometimes I even order from app within the drive through line. This location is a franchise (rather than an corporate owned) so stop by and give them some love. read more

At the drive through window, I ordered two turkey sausage with cheese croissants. When I received the order, it was turkey sausage, egg and cheese. We didn't want eggs. While at the window I advised the young lady that the order was wrong. She took it back to make over and asked us to pull to the side. We did. We waited over 10 minutes so I went inside. Upon entering the store, 3-4 workers were talking over the open food. She looks at me and said, oh it's right here. She wrapped both sandwiches and give me the bag. Once in the car, we opened it and it was pork bacon on the croissant. I went back in. They told me that I ordered wrong the first time because the order comes with egg and I didn't say no eggs. They argued back and forth with me as I asked how did you get the second time wrong? I told them they were rude and unprofessional. They yelled back. They offered to make it a third time, I asked for a refund. They made me wait ten minutes for a refund. The young lady said, you have to get back in line for your refund there are people here ahead of you once the last person in front of you of me was serviced, the cashier who appeared to be several months pregnant, walked away from the register and proceeded to make several orders leaving me standing there. I could not believe the low level of service. The management needs to figure out how to handle morning rush. Two cars in front of me and 12 minute wait for a coffee. Then at the window coffee wasn't ready yet. At least ten people working and they all looked lost. Then the latte was only half full. While another latte was full. I love my Dunkin', but it's hard to find consistency in service across the locations. This Dunkin' location is wonderful!! I was greeted warmly by the staff and the cashier took my order with a smile and pleasant attitude. I gave the cashier my reusable mug and she had no issue having my latte made in that mug (yes, this has been an issue at other locations). The cashier was teaching a new hire and explaining how the almond milk I order should be made, etc. I went to the restroom, which was super clean and when I came out, my drink wasn't ready yet. That's fine seeing how it's a new employee who's learning. I only had to wait maybe another minute for my latte and when the new employee gave it to me, he apologized for the wait. Sad to say, this is not your east coast quality DD of old. Or even of now, as I do revisit my old standards in MA and CT every other year or so. And to make it clear, I am only here for the donuts. If you are into the coffee and sandwiches that's just something else they developed over more recent decades to compete with other chains and nationally. And you might like it just fine. This store started off with bang with east coast corporate oversight and then had a year full of huge ups and downs. Right now, it is OK, if you pick and choose carefully. Also, the corporate recipes have changed a bit over the years and the raised glazed is just too different now for my taste. But my favs have always been filled donuts, especially with powdered sugar coating. I need to go early in the morning or they are often hard and stale, they dry out fast in our climate. Eastern humidity is good for just this one thing, I think. Also, they make very few or none at all of my fav flavors during the week. So weekend mornings are my best bet. The staff here has varied wildly in capabilities but my last few visits were OK. The recent staff have been more mature, so maybe they grew up eating donuts. I have met staff here who had never had a donut before working here and admitted to having never heard of DD. Ive been to many Dunkin Donuts locations and this one seems to miss the mark on several things. Cashiers are rude and unfriendly, the coffee has a bitter, burnt taste and the whole experience makes me not want to return to this location. Alas, location convenience makes this place an easy drive. But does convenience overrule quality? It popped up an options panel, and if you select *any* egg on your sandwich, it adds $1.29 to the price. I love coming to this place as its very consistent and the staff is normally on the A-game. I say normally as there is the once a week chance you get them on the B-game, which is significantly slower and sometimes the orders are off. For someone that's lived in NY I can say that this Dunkin' Donuts is fine although it's not my typical choice for breakfast quality food/donuts. It'll do in a pinch. The place was clean and the service was friendly and inviting compared to what I'm used to in NY. The coffee tasted like Dunkins coffee. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and a glazed donut. The donut wasn't warm and fresh but I did come in a little later so it's a timing thing. The sandwich was average but that's fast food so I can't complain. Overall, at places like this I care more about the customer service and cleanliness. read more

I lived in New England for about 6 years, so of course this doesn't match up to the old standard, but they do a decent job of getting Dunkin's style out this way. Staff have always been friendly, even if sometimes they seem not fully trained or short on staff/overworked. The coffee tastes like Dunkin' coffee, haven't had any issues w/ their espresso drinks, although they do seem to add more milk/cream to their drinks than I remember. But, that could be a new corporate thing. They've messed up an order a time or two but were always willing to quickly right any mistakes they made without a hassle. Donuts are made daily, the earlier you go, the less likely you are to get a stale donut. All in all a slightly less than standard DD experience, but nothing to poo poo the place the way I've seen a lot of reviewers have. read more

Don't bother unless you are white as snow in skin color. I ordered a regular coffee with cream and sugar-and once they figured out I was a native american-the young teen at the window gave me a black coffee-I immediately dumped it out-as who knows what else was in it. I used to be a huge dunkin donuts fan-but i will probably never have another cup of their coffee again-once I figured out they target minorities. Good riddance! This gets 1 star because you can't select 0. I've had bagels that were lighter than the lead weights we got there. The donuts at King Soopers are fantastic compared to the gloop served here. On the good news side, you may not gain any weight eating these donuts. You have to spend so much time chewing to get it to a point where you can swallow it that the effort may burn up more calories than you get from the donut. I just went to this Dunkin' Donuts within the past hour. There is not a lot of seating area & several of the ceiling tiles showed bad water damage. Since the inside area is so cramped, it doesn't take much of a line before you're standing next to people's tables. As far as the donuts, this place probably has the least variety of donuts I've ever seen. Grocery stores carry more of a variety than this store does. I had an apple fritter & it was not good. The donut was dry & all they did was put something like apple pie filling into the middle of the top of it. The apples were not baked/fried in the dough like they should have been. read more
