Still loving this location and visiting regularly. Was actually one of their first customers on opening day (there was a several year break between the old location and this one) way back when - riding my little bike over and snagging some donut holes for my colleagues. Today I enjoyed a pumpkin muffin - my seasonal fave. While the pumpkin muffin and pumpkin donut are great I haven't quite embraced the pumpkin bevys (in particular the pumpkin chai). This location is busy that I highly recommend ordering ahead via the app for drive through or in-store pickup. Sometimes I even order from app within the drive through line. This location is a franchise (rather than an corporate owned) so stop by and give them some love.

At the drive through window, I ordered two turkey sausage with cheese croissants. When I received the order, it was turkey sausage, egg and cheese. We didn't want eggs. While at the window I advised the young lady that the order was wrong. She took it back to make over and asked us to pull to the side. We did. We waited over 10 minutes so I went inside. Upon entering the store, 3-4 workers were talking over the open food. She looks at me and said, oh it's right here. She wrapped both sandwiches and give me the bag. Once in the car, we opened it and it was pork bacon on the croissant. I went back in. They told me that I ordered wrong the first time because the order comes with egg and I didn't say no eggs. They argued back and forth with me as I asked how did you get the second time wrong? I told them they were rude and unprofessional. They yelled back. They offered to make it a third time, I asked for a refund. They made me wait ten minutes for a refund. The young lady said, you have to get back in line for your refund there are people here ahead of you once the last person in front of you of me was serviced, the cashier who appeared to be several months pregnant, walked away from the register and proceeded to make several orders leaving me standing there. Horrible service. Eat anyplace but here. Horrible customer service.

The ambiance left me speechless. Service was incredible. Decor was out of this world. Outstanding, best donut I've ever had!

I could not believe the low level of service. The management needs to figure out how to handle morning rush. Two cars in front of me and 12 minute wait for a coffee. Then at the window coffee wasn't ready yet. At least ten people working and they all looked lost. Then the latte was only half full. While another latte was full. Quality control and customer experience is what keeps me going to Starbucks.

Donuts that I flipped over after they were thrown into the bag.

Every time I come here, I have a horrible experience. They just throw donuts into the bag and send you on your way. It makes me mad that I pay for garbage. My donuts are always in the bag upside down and then when I turn them over, there's no chocolate on them. It really makes me mad!

I ordered a hot chai latte and it was cold. Not over ice, just cold like it had been sitting out for hours.

Truth be told, it was later in the afternoon, and I actually went with tea instead of coffee that day, but from everything I saw, this place was packed with a lot of people enjoying their caffeine. The Barista was super friendly and the shop had a ton of space which I'm sure gets used all the time with Boulder being a college town. I do know, my buddy really enjoyed his coffee and next time we go back to this beautiful town, I will for sure be partaking in their coffee goodness. It really did have a great vibe and from what I can tell, it looks to be one of the more popular coffee spots in the city. Hope to visit again soon.

My barista was very nice and made good recommendations based on what I was looking for. The pumpkin spice flavor was great, overall what I expected. The outside looks small, but the interior is rather spacious with a lot tables for working on a laptop. The inside has 90s/early 2000s vibe with dim, ambience lighting. This is a super solid coffee spot that should be in your Boulder coffee rotation. Bonus - they offer goat milk as a milk alternative!

We were foiled in our attempt to get coffee at The Dairy Center, but this spot was quite close. The shop is a bit crowded with lots of round tables and a small amount of counter seating facing the outside windows. There's a wall of bookshelves stocked with reading material. There's also some outside seating. The staff was friendly, but it seemed to take an extremely long time to make my girlfriend's latte. We were both tired and a bit cranky, so perhaps we were impatient. It actually took about six minutes to make that one drink, after checking my notes. Hmmm. I don't know what they do when they get busy. My girlfriend reported that her latte was fine, so I guess that's the conclusion. Pretty average.

We had to wait about 20 mins without a reservation on a weekday - im guessing weekends are busier. The menu is influenced from countries along the silk route and has a dish from various different countries. We tried the swedish svamptoast, malaysian sambal curry, indonesian peanut noodle, choo chee salmon. Everything was flavorful, a little spicy, good quantities and the value for money was also great - each dish was $20-$23 range which is great for such an ambience. We also tried their chai - which was lightly spiced and one of the black teas (pineapple chilli) - and these were delicious too! We had kids with us and they were super friendly and nice towards them and accommodating to menu changes based on preferences. Overall - highly recommend this place!

We were surprised to find it very crowded at 4pm when we visited. There's a small area at the front of the restaurant and a lot of folks were gathered there waiting for their tables. It took several minutes before the hostess checked us in and let us know it would be a few minute wait. A bit later we were guided to our seats. I appreciated that they took trouble to make it feel like a special experience - with white tablecloths, decor and the cutlery. They seemed a bit short staffed that day so our server was helping out many tables. He was very helpful in explaining the menu, though we did have to ask specifically to receive the full tea menu. We decided on a few teas to share - a spiced white chocolate white tea, rooibos chai, and a hibiscus cooler (iced and non-caffeinated). The spiced white chocolate was fantastic. I wasn't as much of a fan of the rooibos but if you like less sweet teas this is a good choice. The hibiscus cooler was delicious and refreshing, and I liked that they let us take it to go! Our amuse bouche came out first - a delicious pumpkin seed savory small soup and it was fantastic. We eagerly awaited our tea tower - and it certainly did not disappoint! We are still thinking about the delicious spinach and artichoke pinwheel with olive tapenade - it was our absolute favorite. The savory sandwiches were also delicious. We especially enjoyed the clotted cream and lemon curd with the scone, and the desserts were delectable. We were stuffed by the end of our teatime! Our server was very helpful and despite it being very busy, we felt taken care of. I think this is a very worthwhile experience - the tea, sweets, and savories are all delicious and definitely worth checking out!
