Worst Dunkin around. As busy as this store could be with such a prime location it is unfortunate that it is so terrible. Rarely will you be able to get what you order as they frequently run out of items several hours before closing. Another issue is that this location does not hold up to their own advertised hours frequently closing well before closing hours. Don't waste your time. Go down the road to Starbucks. Not my usual Dunkin, but I was out this way and it was National Donut day. I placed my order via the app a few minutes before arriving. Originally wanted an iced coffee, but the app said they didn't have skim milk, so I switched to a Dunkin Refresher. I also ordered a Frosted Vanilla Creme donut, which showed as free since you get a free classic donut with beverage purchase on National Donut Day. I didn't look at my donut until I'd left, but I did not get the donut I ordered. I don't know if they just made a mistake or thought they could only give away the sprinkled donut featured in many of the ads, but I got a Vanilla Frosted with Sprinkles. Ultimately, it was free, so I didn't want to turn around and go back to get it corrected. So while the donut was fresh and tasted good, and the Strawberry Dragonfruit and Green tea Dunkin Refresher was also good, neither was what I had gone to Dunkin to get. read more

We stop by here fairly regularly. They are located nearby, so it doesn't take long, or much convincing. My wife gets their coffees pretty regularly, but we also sometimes get their breakfast sandwiches. Surprisingly, We don't get their donuts, but their breakfast sandwiches are actually fairly good. The employees are normally pretty friendly and competent - they don't get our orders wrong, which is always a plus since we don't want to have to go back through the drive through or go inside after having gone through the drive through already. read more

Stopped in this morning for hot chocolate and my daughter wanted a chocolate glazed donut. The drive thru line wasn't long and there was no one on the inside so we opted to go in. Once in the store there were 3 workers inside and we weren't greeted by any of them. There is a kiosk inside where you can place your order but it wasn't working. There was a lady with a headset walking around taking orders. She passed us several times before she asked how could she help. I asked for a large hot chocolate and a glazed donut. She asked for me to point out the donut because she didn't know which one I wanted. I downloaded the app so I could get points for my order. The checkout process when smooth. I get to work and let my hot chocolate cool down because the cup was piping hot. I open the lid to taste my drink..... it tasted like straight hot water with a little chocolate. I was so disappointed. I asked my coworkers did they have any packets of hot chocolate so I could add more flavor. Thankfully they did. I needed to update my review from a year ago. My most recent visit was way better. The drive thru worker was so friendly as well as helpful at 630 am. Exceeded my expectations for sure! The donut selection was limited so the worker nicely told me what they had available. This made ordering more efficient. I ordered a small coffee and 2 donuts. They didn't have my fav sour cream donut so I went with 1 old fashioned donut and 1 glazed blueberry donut. I really liked the glazed blueberry donut! The other donut was just ok.... Kinda dry. My coffee was good & hot!!!! My previous experience here was VERY forgetful!!! This review deserved the additional stars due to the service I received 10/11/2021..... it was outstanding!! read more

I have to say that I have often used Dunkin' as a co-conspirator in my attempts to bring a culinary bribe to early morning business meetings and maybe increase their attentiveness and maybe have them wake up a bit with some sugar laden donuts and some coffee. Dunkin' (or perhaps you remember them Dunkin' Donuts) have come a long way from that single location to a global empire. If you know Dunkin' (or, again, if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts), it is easy to understand why they have become globally popular. They are very good at what they do. Yes, there are better places for donuts, bagels and whatnot, but Dunkin' has done a remarkable job at creating a brand and giving a product that is not only consistent, but is also pretty good. I've been going to this location nearly daily for over a year. Have given them thousands of dollars. I placed an order for a toasted bagel with cream cheese using my points this morning. They tell me at the window they're out of bagels. Ok, I say what can you offer me instead? She says a croissant. I don't want a cold stale croissant from yesterday. I ask for a refund. They say they can't refund a mobile order. Ok, well can you at least give me a croissant sandwich? No, the cost of the bagel is 3.84 and the sandwich is more. Ok, well considering it's YOUR FAULT for not having the bagel I ordered, and I've spent hundreds of dollars here, I think you can eat the dollar difference and give me the god damn sandwich. They all started talking about me at the window in their mother tongue. I will NEVER go to this establishment again. Stopped by this morning for coffee and a bagel. Asked for the garden veggie cream cheese, which apparently comes in a tub. I got my order (quickly, hence the two stars), but as I'm driving and putting the cream cheese on my bagel, realize that it's expired!! What?!? Called them and told them; thankfully I was not in a hurry to get to work, so I was able to return and they gave me a new bagel and a non-expired tub of cream cheese. This location has new owners and the coffee and menu is not he same. After item on menu not being made correctly. I asked for extra pumps of sf syrup, I was given one pump and then told they use a new syrup... visibly one pump or less in the taster cup. Hot honey bacon is no longer the same either. I love this location! They are always friendly I side and in the drive thru. I'm normally a Drive thru client. Today I grabbed a quick ham egg and cheese bagel and raspberry tea. I forgot to grab a pic of the bagel but it was yummy! Hot and just right!! They have amazing raspberry tea! Give it a try if you are a fan of flavored teas. Kinda tricky place to pull out onto the highway, but that's how most places are nearby. read more

I usually stop by here some mornings to get coffee but service is awful. I ordered my coffee and I asked the guy to repeat back what I ordered to make sure it was correct and he kept asking me "if that was all" never went over what I ordered and when I got up to the window, of course my order was wrong. Had a taste for sweet this morning so I went out of my way for a lemon filled donut. Unfortunately, they didn't have any this AM so I ordered a regular glazed and blueberry.... I'm not one for posting negative reviews, but I had the WORST experience here today that has quite literally made me swear off the whole company. I placed a mobile order online for my office today and when I went to go pick it up, the woman inside told me they were closed. This wouldn't have been a big deal normally, but the issue was I had paid for it already and used my rewards from coming there so often. When I tried to explain she told me she didn't care and that they were closed. A quick google search later and they were scheduled to close 40 minutes after the time I got there. I can understand if it was 10 til, as I have years of experience working in food service, but this was unacceptable. This may be the worst Dunkins out there, the franchise owner doesn't seem to care. The inside has been closed for weeks, and no sign on the door so you can't tell until you get out of the car to check. If you can't pay going wage rates then just close it already, because that is what's going to happen anyway, just watch and see. Good news is there's a Starbucks up the street plus Bucees not far away which has better hot and cold drinks for less $$ * and side note, even when the lobby was open why would the employees need to park in front of the store?? They are so freakin nice here! Erica took my order this morning. She was so kind and patient. Didn't rush me through the order and walked me through it. The store is clean, practically spotless. Everything is fresh, much of it made to order. This is my first time inside. They have a drive through which has been great, but I'm thoroughly impressed with the service inside. I'm really glad that there is a local dunkin donuts now that I don't feel like I need to carry a weapon to. If they keep it up, I will soon be a regular! read more

I've been to this location twice in a month and they didn't have donuts. Like someone else said if that's your business why are you out of doughnuts?! Yesterday I ordered two coffees and forgot to tell the cashier about my coupon. When I mentioned it he sullenly told me it was already rang up instead of offering to cancel and rerun it. We went in on a Sunday morning to order coffee and donut sticks. They were out of dark roast coffee so we told them instead of waiting just give us regular since it was brewed. When it came time for someone to fill our coffee order they said "oh I need to brew more." So we told them we really want dark roast. They did, but we still had to wait around 10 minutes. The workers were very very nice and helpful, but things just seemed to run a little too slow just for plain black coffee and donut sticks that were already cooked. This Dunkin just lets me down time and time again. Every weekend I have been here including today there is a paper taped to the speaker stating only coffee and donuts and that they close at Noon. During the week I don't seem to run into the same problem. They also claim to almost never have ground coffee bags available and the employees make it feel like I'm ruining there day by giving them my money and my business. This place has been poorly managed for a while now but it has gotten about as bad as possible and I can only hope the Moody location opens soon and has better management in place. read more

Before leaving the parking lot I checked my bagel and there was no cream cheese on the bagel so I parked and decided to go in. An employee wearing a University of Florida Hoodie greeted me very rudly like whats wrong rolled her eyes and walked off with the bagel. Gave me a total at the window, I paid, receipt showed I was charged for 1 correct item and 1 incorrect item. Told the guy my order was incorrect, told him again what I wanted as the 2nd drink (a small mocha), and he had no idea what I was talking about. At that point I told him to forget the mocha and I'd just take a small coffee with cream and sugar. He said he'd give me my money back for the incorrect item - ok, great. Hands me the correct drink, provides my refund and then he just looks at me as I say, "I'm still waiting on the coffee." In the middle of this he stops to take a personal phone call. No mask at any point. Needless to say, I didn't get my coffee. Just said forget it and drove away. The donuts are always soft & my coffee is always perfect. Nothing like taking 5 minutes to take a Dunkins survey online to get a free donut each visit. Look at the bottom of your receipt!
