Just passing through - The place has a few tables/seats and looks clean (including the bathroom). The staff seemed professional and friendly. The coffee and food are within the Dunkin' Donuts standard range. This place also has a drive-thru. read more

Custom service is non-existent. When we got our order it was wrong and instead of just replacing with what we did order, the "crew" and I mean the whole crew, became argumentative and combative. We did get defensive but it could have all been avoided if the correction was just handled professionally. We will never go back there again to open ourselves up to such poor behavior. A serious management adjustment or crew training needs to happen here. read more

If you want awful service and a nasty manager, here's you're place. Frozen coffee always made bad, no one seems to know what their doing. Drive through takes forever and inside isn't better unless you order ahead. But if you do that you'll never get out of the parking lot with all the awful drivers. Stopped at this location twice when I was in town and had different results both times. First visit, my iced latte was really watered down and didn't have a lot of flavor other than milk. Also, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they didn't toast it... Second visit, ordered the same latte and it had wayyyyy more flavor. I came to this location at noon on a Sunday and failed to anticipate the epic after-Church-rush that was happening. Every single person working at this Dunkin' Donuts was doing an exceptional job. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. I got my food and drink without even a minor delay which is amazing. read more

I have been buying my morning coffee at this location since it opened on my way to work for years. Many of these locations are owned by the same individual. I am re-evaluating whether I will continue my patronage at this location any more for a simple reason.... once again the owner has made the decision once again to raise his price on a single cup of coffee...last year it was raised from 2.33 to 2.47 now it's jumping to 2.58. Love my morning coffee but not enough to continue to be taken advantage of.... there are plenty of other places to get a cup of coffee ! For a lot less ! read more

I come here often, maybe once a week. The drive through service is normal very good but on the other hand inside service can be awful. One man in particular works the register, mumbles everytime and often gets orders wrong. Also I went there today, good customer service but when I got my blue raspberry coolata, when taking a sip it tasted awful, I've had this drink before and tasted fine, this time it tasted vey chemically, very disappointed in there service read more
