I ordered food tonight for dinner. I ordered for myself and three of my kids.. the order consisted of three orders of Mozz Sticks, a burger, a hotdog and two sides of FF. On the RECEIPT, it listed EVERY SINGLE SAUCE I ordered. 6 mozz sauces , 6 ranch sauces , 2 BBQ AND 1 Honey mustard. We did receive the food but it was ICE COLD! Cheese was NOT MELTED!!! And there was ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE AT ALL!!! Not even a ketchup packet. I called them and they said "you can call DoorDash and get a refund but we can't do anything for you. I said "You are the ones that DIDNT put the sauces in that I PAID FOR, not door dash" he said to me "Well we can't do anything, sorry" I hung up on him. I would suggest not wasting your money on a place that couldn't care less about the quality of the ingredients and somewhere that doesn't take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKES!!! DoorDash had nothing to do with SONIC NOT PUTTING ALL THE ITEMS IN THE BAG!!!! So screw you SONIC! I will not be ordering again. read more

Awful experience at Sonic. First, I didn't get any of the sauces I ordered on the mobile app and kept having to ask for someone to bring some out. Very stingy. Then when I finally went to eat my food, I took a bite and then realized I got served a burger with mold on it. I am very disgusted and nauseous now. To be fair I've only visited this location twice as I live over an hour away. Sonic is my fave and my area has nothing like it. Maybe what I'm about to share isn't the norm but both times I went the burgers seemed over done. It's been years since I've been to a Sonic maybe that's what they are supposed to be now? The employees looked at me like I was crazy when I asked lol. The service was great both times I can say that for sure. Very friendly and quick. Yum I love sonic! We don't have many in our area so I'm always excited when we find one. I got the footlong chili cheese coney with tots and it was delicious! Screwed up my order here a couple times but I call and the manager gives me free stuff next time I go in...just give them my name. Kids that work here are nice. Half-price sodas and limeades everyday Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. of course all milkshakes are half price after 8 p.m. This location is not open late so that's a bummer. read more

Driving home from out of town I may have put too much pressure on the greatness I wanted my food to be. Everything was hot and fresh. Loved the options of tots, fries, or onion rings. I had a foot long chili cheese coney and tots. Nephew had a burger as well as my mother. Parking lot was clean and there were other cars there as well for being almost 10pm. The hot dog just wasn't what I'm used to. Not sure if it I steamed or boiled but give me a charcoal grill any day of the week. The chili was probably the best I've had from a restaurant though. Lots of meat and not too much spice. I like that the drinks come in a foam cup. Keeps them colder, longer. Would definitely go back again but will probably stick to burgers or chicken. read more

Super fast and great service. The workers are super friendly, there is some traffic during the warmer weather season.

I really love the different slushy and non slushy drinks with the favorite being cherry Limeade.

We saw a commercial on TV advertising Sonics new chicken sandwich. It looked and sounded so good we drove way out of our way to try it. The picture on the menu board also showed a nice thick piece of chicken overflowing the side of the bun. When it came out it was tiny. It was the size of a slider and no chicken could be seen at all. When we lifted the top of the bun the tiny piece of chicken was about 2 by 2 1/2 inches and flat as a pancake. It was also overdone and dry. The onion rings were tasteless, French fries were soggy. The staff is first rate, works quickly, are motivated and friendly... The location? The location is dirty, dingy, and in disrepair. The smaller white sign that posts the specials under the main Sonic sign is so dirty, it unbelievable.. I dont think it has ever been cleaned since they opened... The carpot awnings, almost every yellow/red piece of trim is cracked in half, half broken or completely missing.. It looks horrible.. I stopped here with my boyfriend. About 10 minutes after my boyfriend began drinking his ocean water, he was puking. I tried a sip of it and both of us said it didn't taste right. He only drank about a quarter of it. I don't usually leave bad reviews or complain but this is just ridiculous. Having a stomach ache is one thing (from having a lot of sugar or fast food, it happens sometimes) but nobody should be this sick from drinking a little bit of a drink. The one word discription "Insanity." Ok, I realize it just opened but the food was awful. The wait was insanly long (1hour 45 mins) and my order was entirly wrong. I pushed the button to let them know that they had totally screwed up my order and they brought me more of the wrong food. And the food wasnt even good. Right now its brandnew and there busy because everyone wants to try it, But I doubt anyone would ever go back for more. My question is this : lets assume that they fix there quality and service issues. Why would anyone build a restaurant in NYS that has no inside seating? Where the develpers that built this place aware that its cold and wet in NY 8 of the 12 months a year. Do they know what snow is? Or do they realize that in the winter its cold? Who in there right mind would sit in a car in January when its 10 degrees out and eat there lunch? Will the servers get snow tires for there rollerskates? This is just a dumb idea, maybe it works in the south , I wish them lots of luck here in the NorthEast. On another note, this "drive-in" concept is far from eco-friendly. We are here twice when in Binghamton. We are from Canada so we do not have Sonic, sure wish we did. First visit was for a late night snack but ended up having a burger. Best fast food burger I've had in a long time. Also loved the cherry lime drink. Then we came for breakfast and had a very good breakfast sandwich and another cherry lime drink! Tried a breakfast sandwhich for the first time, never again. The sandwhich made on texas toast, apparently was microwaved and the toast was barely chewable due to this. This place is SO hard to find!!! I drove right past it at first. I would definitely come back on a hot summer day - I ordered an M&Ms ice cream thing, and it was like A PINT of ice cream with mini M&Ms in it, which was delicious but I would have shared it had I known it was going to be so rich. There was only one guy skating, and honestly he was terrible. I expect my sonic waiters to be able to skate backwards and forwards with reasonable speed and to be able to do forward and backward crossovers as well. This guy could barely stand up. I'd order dessert, but he would probably fall and spill all that food before he even reached me. Not cool.
