If I could give zero stars I would. I have given this Dunkin way too many chances. Placed a mobile drive thru order. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a Carmel crazed latte. Definitely the worst Dunkin in town, if not the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Many times, the workers are extremely frustrated due to only having two staff members at a time. With that, they generally are extremely rude and unhappy if you order anything more than one donut. The inside is generally pretty dirty, not vacuumed, tables not wiped down. Bathroom is always closed down for whatever apparent reason. Stay clear of this dunkin and drive the extra 3-5 minutes to any other Dunkin in town! read more

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever visited in my life. They are INCREDIBLY slow. I waited 20 minutes to order coffee, and had to leave empty-handed. The two front registers were closed. The person at the drive-through window was taking drive-through orders as well as orders at the counter, the counter that is supposed to be for on the go orders. If slow waits are your thing, this is the place. Not blaming employees- they are woefully understaffed at all times. It's Sunday morning & there were 3 people working at the store. I walked in at 9:08 & there were 3 people ahead of me on line. At 9:19 I got to place my order of a medium hot coffee with 3 cream/1 sugar and 2 toasted everything bagels with cream cheese. At 9:27 I got my order... That's far too long for a simple order. On the positive side, my laundry was just about done in the washer by the time I got across the parking lot to the laundromat. It over five minutes to get a regular coffee. Then it wasn't even hot. The service is awful.

The food is decent, as you probably already know. Right now, there are egg wraps 2 for $2, bagels 2 for $4, and sandwiches 2 for $5. Also, there was and may still be a medium cold brew for $2 deal between 2 and 5pm, and there is now a medium latte/specialty coffee sale for $2 from 2 to 5pm every day. A new and highly underrated addition to the menu is the apple spice donut which I highly recommend trying. The reason I want to give a five star rating is because the staff at this location are always super friendly, ask you how your day is going, and will usually use a coupon to lower your total, if they have any available and you haven't already used a coupon in your order. They make my day better whenever I go there, even just for drive thru, and all seem to enjoy their job. Highly recommend this location! read more

My husband stopped by this DD this morning after his 12 hour hospital shift and all he wanted was two muffins...TWO MUFFINS! No coffee! NOTHING ELSE. he was the only one at the drive through. He was told "be right with you"...but waited and waited. He heard the speaker crackling so he started thinking maybe something was wrong with the speaker he finally decided to pull up to the window. he was then told the order for the two muffins could only be taken AT THE DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER and that he had to go back in line! Slowest Dunkin in the area, even with many people working at a time. I usually come in with a mobile order, and every time I need an UNSWEETENED coffee, they give me the swirl. This is the most outrageous Dunkin' i have been to. On multiple occasions I have been told that they do not have certain products. I am disappointed everytime I leave this location. I know 2 people who work at this store and upon discussing my issues amongst them I have learned some dirty secrets. Instead of actually doing thier jobs and checking if they have product or knowing that they have product and need to recieve it from stock and make said products, they laze out and just tell thier customers that they do not have it. Another secret that has been exposed to me is when they make a cup of coffee and the machines run out they mix it with decaf coffee. Ex. If I say I want a large hot dark roast and theres only half a cup left in the machine they fill the rest with decaf. These are both very disappointing to find out. The customer service also needs a overhaul. Not but one person has greeted me with an upbeat and welcoming attitude. I have seen customers get yelled at, disrespected, and looked down upon. The Gossip... Overbearing. I shouldn't have to hear about Trina cheating on her BD with multible partners. I dont want to hear that Jacob is using heroin. I just want a bonifide large dark roast with 4 and 4 and a french vanilla flavor swirl, without the ugly atmosphere. New managment is sorely needed. read more

This is by far the WORST DD I've ever been to. With it being local/convenient I have been there several times hoping that things would get better. The following is a list of things I've experienced myself or been witness to while in the store. I've witnessed an employee threaten several customers during one visit...while holding a bagel knife she told one customer that she would "shank" him. Same employee got into it with the customer behind the poor guy that she was going to shank, because that woman said "I'm glad you're not talking to me like that". It was around Christmas time. The employee and the customer ended up getting into an argument and holiday ornaments were thrown back and forth. On more than one occasion I've gotten bagels that were not toasted. I've actually received frozen hash browns. I can't make this up people!!! FROZEN HASH BROWNS!!! I get home and I've got two orders of hash browns that were still frozen. I called the store, which was pointless. The manager had nothing to say but "and what do you want me to do" with a nasty attitude...as if she just paid for frozen hash browns. I've gone in the store and ordered food only to witness employees argue about who's going to make the food. Apparently it wasn't anyone's job to actually cook the food as that was the same day I received the frozen hash browns. DD might need to pay them more and add cooking the food to the job description. This DD is terrible! Poorly managed is my take on it. Employees not adequately trained. If a mistake is made (which is frequent) there is mass confusion..I ordered my usual latte...3.69 Sr. Discount. Got to window to hear that it was 7.35! I said I thought that was too much...girl apologized and then proceeded to hand me a bag with "my donut". I said I had not ordered a donut..just a latte..she just stared at me. Today I ordered a decaf latte with skim milk. I had to repeat it twice....Then the person said "no cream?". When I pulled in at 8:55 a.m. I saw six cars in the drive-thru so I thought I would try my luck going inside. There were four people waiting for their orders inside and no one at the counter to order. I waited at the counter for 8 minutes and was never acknowledged. Two staff walked right by me repeatedly and never even made eye contact. Finally, one of the female staff acknowledged a homeless looking guy that was standing behind me in line; it seemed as though she knew him. She literally looked right through me in order to acknowledge this guy. I ended up walking out and not ordering anything because I was never helped. I told a guy in the parking lot that was heading in that I hoped he had a lot of time and he turned around and went back to his car. I would suggest going to the Subway across the street as they are open for breakfast too. To make matters worse, I called in my complaint to corporate headquarters and waited on hold for 36 minutes!
