Ordered breakfast for my family from Dunkin DONUTS. They forgot to put the DONUTS in the bag. Sandwiches were HORRIBLE and expensive Smh

Basic breakfast selection. Ordered a power breakfast sandwich, oat milk chai latte and avocado toast. The power breakfast sandwich felt "healthier" (but also soggier) than the regular breakfast sandwich. The avocado toast was OK, but the chai latte with oat milk was my favorite part of the meal. It was plenty sweet without adding any sweetener, but the oat milk added a nice creaminess to the spice and sweet. Recommend ordering via the app to avoid the morning rush! read more

Typical DD food. If you go in the early morning, the food and coffee is fresh. The location is tough to pull in and out of when crowded. I haven't had a problem with their service, but I rarely go in. I usually use the drive thru. read more

This dunkin on Main Street across from Auto Zone is notoriously... not good. But I'm a pandemic. It's nice to see when people change there gloves between people's food or when they touch everything behind the counter. But that didn't happen. It's disgusting. And if you're not going to change your gloves. Than at least bother wearing some. Because those making cold drinks were just serving them up to the desk free handed, hands all over where mouths have to go. read more

THE BEST dunkin in the triple cities!!! The customer service is phenomenal it's always clean and Theresa and Tiffany are both fast and make our order perfect everytime. I go there everyday sometimes twice and the manager teresa has everyone doing their part !! My daughter order for her business meetings and they always have it ready and on point. I've been to every Dunkin and this one is packed but the line moves fast. I think the manger teresa deserves a big thank u from corporate , i'm sure many people would agree they do a great job !!!! read more

My wife and I Pulled up to the window to be cashed out and forgot to ask for an old fashioned donut at the speaker. The employee cashing us out rolled his eyes and sighed and took 2 steps grabbed a donut and handed it through the window and said "the next time you ask to do that they are going to say no and not do it for you at all." I thought that was entirely rude and we inconvenienced him to add a donut to our order. Yeah, this is a chain -- so theoretically, all the food and coffee should more or less be the same; this is why I get coffee at DD -- I know what I want it to taste like, and it costs a third of Starbucks. It's not the food that sucks here, it's the staff, particularly those that work at nights. Rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Did I mention abrasive? Also abrasive. Legitimately the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I've traveled around the country, lived in four states and honestly have yet to see a Dunkin that is worse! I can tell them my orders 3, 4, 5 times and they STILL get it wrong. I don't ask for anything too crazy either. Today asked for a sausage and cheese no egg on a plain bagel. Received a sausage, cheese and egg sandwich on a croissant. I can take the egg off, but I can't magically make a croissant to a bagel! I always have to take the egg off, so I'm not sure why I even bother...but the croissant was the "last straw." Not to mention the countless size errors on my coffees, wrong bagel flavors, and generally just not receiving things. The staff is nice and has been there for a while...you'd think that since they know me they'd try to make it right. Disappointed. read more

For the most part my experience was good the cashier was super friendly but while waiting for my order I asked about my drink and the worker was so rude. I get you may be short staffed but if you want customers to be nice then you need to be nice . And please check your products because got a milk and it was bad. read more

This is one of the fairly good Dunkin' Doughnuts. Usually get in and out pretty fast without much hassle. Sometimes when you order a single coffee and bagel it seems like they are harvesting the coffee beans and growing the grain to make the bagel. Not so much at this one. They have everything ready pretty promptly. This one definitely suffers from a terrible enters car though. Once they get 3 or 4 cars deep the line is extended right into the road. This place is a joke. And not a funny joke, it's an obnoxious joke that nobody thinks is funny except for the joke teller. And he keeps telling it over and over, not realizing that everyone hates him. I'm not sure why I keep subjugating myself to this Dunkin Donuts. I think it's because it's close to my house, that's it. The drive-thru forgets my straw at least 80% of the time. I've gotten a bagel that was just a bagel. Not cut in half, or toasted. Just a plain bagel, untouched. I just went through and asked for a plain bagel, toasted, cream cheese. I got the bagel, toasted... But with the cream cheese on the side. Why? Do you want me to have to pull over and put it on? Never have I experienced a Dunkin Donuts that is consistently unable to handle the number of customers they have. I have previously been able to read a ten-page article in the amount of time that I have sat at this Dunkin Donuts drive-thru in the morning. Astonishing. You can't even bail from this wait once someone has gone in line behind you. I thought once that maybe if I parked and went outside (avoiding the drive-thru) I could get a coffee and a bagel in under ten minutes, a standard that I do not find to be irrational. However, it was made clear to me that this Dunkin Donuts' inadequacy exists for orders made inside as well. This post may seem dramatic, but it has been a long time coming. I have not been left dissatisfied by this Dunkin Donuts just a few times, I am talking near consistent dissatisfaction. I assure you that this is an issue that can be fixed since I have not had this problem at any other Dunkin Donuts. Also, I should not be told to expect longer wait times in the morning when a lot of people want coffee. The morning is when you should be performing your best! This is breakfast and coffee people. And this Dunkin is on "Main" street and therefore should expect and be able to handle their incoming customers. I wholeheartedly understand and consider my biases, being someone from downstate NY where the pace is notably more urgent, that I can be a little impatient but this is next level.
