My tongue was at upmost delight to be met with the indulgent, frozen embodiment of this creamy treat! The frosty black slab of joy in which my ice cream was smothered across left a nippy chill throughout the establishment that can only be described wonderful and refreshing. Not to mention the charisma and warmth of the majestic young woman working with the scoops was charming enough to make a customer pay double. Overall excellent service and a heavenly product. I would insist anyone in the area to stop in for some sweet ambiance because it WILL make your day. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - My dog. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Vestal, New York

Not to be confused with Hot Rock, which is totally different, and not just in temperature terms. The college kids certainly love Cold Stone so I'm not surprised that it's in this massive Mall in Vestal. What I'm surprised about is that people who have access to pretty good Ice Cream actually like this crap. Honestly some of the worst ice cream I've had. I mean. Talk about gimmick over substance. They were one of the first places that were like "hey we're going to smash up a bunch of cereal into your ice cream and you're going to love it." Guess what? The ice cream is sh**. So even if you do like cereal mixed up in your ice cream - which I don't because American cereal is shelf stable and sh** and chemical tasting and hypersweet - even if you like it, which proves you kind of have bad taste anyway, you're not going to like this ice cream unless you have really really bad taste. Cuz it's pretty standard. It's worse than Perry's, and Perry's is pretty freaking bad and everybody loves that - so I'll never understand it, and I don't like coming here even though everyone else does. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - My stones shrink when they get cold - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Vestal, New York

What a ripoff. I got a large ice cream and asked for Reese's cup add-in. The woman put in only one Reese's cup. I could barely taste it.

So glad I decided to give them another try! Definitely well worth it. So many tasty options for everyone to choose from, plus knowledgeable employees who go above and beyond to fulfill your order! read more

Simply put: best ice cream in the area. With so many add-ins with so many flavors to choose from, you can create anything you're in the mood for! If you can't think of anything, there are different creations you can choose from. Highly suggested for dessert if you're in the area. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - a display of ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Vestal, New York

Ice cream was soft and well prepared- but the guy working behind the counter was awesome! Very friendly, advised of more flavors in the back and was quick with a taste! Not pushy or rushed and genuinely friendly. Felt bad he was all alone on a sunny Saturday- no staff should be alone. The sitting area is too small and not family or small-child/ wheelchair friendly. Watched an elderly couple struggle with the bar seating and just leave to sit in their car read more

Get the smallest size. I got the regular and was way too stuff after half the cup was gone. The flavors are interesting to look at but taste mediocre. Way too overpriced. read more

I highly recommend Cold Stone for ice cream cake creations as long as you don't mind spending some extra $$! Amro (cake designer) worked with my son to create his 9th birthday cake and it was delicious and awesome. My son wanted a specific scene from Mario Brothers and Amro took the time to view it on YouTube to find the exact picture. He then texted me an example before finishing it. Also, my son was able to taste all of the flavors that would exist so that he was sure it was exactly how he wanted it! Will definitely be coming back to Cold Stone to make his cake again next year. read more

For two single mixing small ice cream orders, it took about ten minutes and cost nearly $20. When we were like that can't be right the person working was rude and just huffed and walked away. Seemed unorganized, won't be back. read more

Luxury ice cream at its finest. While it may be a bit pricier than other options students and locals in the area have, they all pale in comparison to the taste that this location has to offer. Nothing beats a birthday cake remix in a waffle cone on a hot summer day. read more

What a wonderful team at Cold Stone who helped make my daughter's 21st birthday grand - Special thanks to Abby and Rara who spoke with me over the phone - all the way from Queens, NY to prepare a fabulous birthday cake and delivery it to my daughter's apartment. I am so appreciative of their hard work - and of course the beautiful yummy cake as well! read more

********CUSTOMER BEWARE********* I visited this location with my family a few weeks ago. My son, who has food allergies ordered a treat. He was told that they have a separate area in the back that handles food allergies. They also have this posted in the store. This is not the case!!! My son received his ice-cream and it contained nuts. He immediately spit out the ice-cream in front of the staff. I tried the ice cream and alarmingly notified the server. He told me that the dessert did not contain nuts or peanuts. There is a clear language barrier and lack of understanding. My son had to be rushed to the emergency room for treatment. When I contacted the owners, they told me that I was not being truthful. These are not honest businessmen who stand behind their product. Cold Stone Creamer Inc should be more cautious with their franchises. The local health department should investigate this location for proper food and safety handling. If you have a problem at this location you are on your own!!!! read more

People should stop complaining about the prices.. Cold stone is not your grocery store with low prices, and the service is not worst compared with other stores in the area. Unfortunately the employees are new around the year but they learn quick. read more

very disappointed. what i was served was not cold stone; it was soup stone. terrible customer service, messed up my order, and forgot my second order. i repeat, served me ice cream that had been left on the counter for an extended amount of time in an attempt to correct their sloppy mistakes. it is a sad day to be an ice cream lover. read more
