Definitely check out their website for business hours before heading over. It's a cute family friendly establishment and they had more tables than I thought. I was pleased to see that they had a wide variety of coffee drinks as well as good bagel and breakfast and lunch options. It was unfortunate that I already had other plans for breakfast, so I only got a large hot mocha coffee to go. Service here was fast and everything seemed to move along smoothly. I wanted to love my hot mocha but I thought it was just okay. The coffee and chocolate flavor didn't have as much depth as what I'd like. Maybe they are known for their other coffee beverages and breakfast and lunch options. I'll have to revisit and grab a bite here next time.

When I explained that I drive by all the time but it was my first time in, they welcomed me and thanked me for my business! They were very gracious when I needed a few minutes to review the menu and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. I just couldn't believe how good the service was! I ordered the Lox bagel sandwich, I believe it is called the Fisherman on a toasted onion bagel with a Chai tea latte. They have an impressive selection of cream cheese flavors available (I chose the bacon scallion) and they loaded my sandwich with delicious fresh veggies! Both my sandwich and my latte were absolutely wonderful! I was honestly shocked how on point everything was! No criticism and no critiques, please just keep up the good work and the food quality and I will be back soon! If you are like me and keep on driving past this place, I highly encourage you to stop in and show this local spot some love!

Great flavor and great texture; and, I appreciate that they use organic ingredients. I actually wouldn't eat there if they didn't. The bagels are honestly amazing. They are the only bagels I will eat because they are organic sourdough (it's the only non-gf I'll eat). They are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, just how a bagel should be! Whenever I've ordered a bagel and cream cheese (which is more than a dozen times), they've always been very generous with the cream cheese, which I appreciate! They've also got more than just bread. They sell some local gifts and things: flowers, crocheted items, little crafts, chocolates, etc. Their cookies are soooooooo delicious. We always get at least one to enjoy after we eat our bagels. :-) There is a small sandwich menu (no hot items though - like no hot egg sandwiches, just egg salad). They also serve hot coffee! One tip: Go early. They often sell out of bagels and treats, especially on the weekends! It's just a really solid spot with really good food! Definitely worth checking out! We drive 25 minutes just to enjoy their bagels, bread, and treats!!

Their friendly staff bagged up my everything bagel, onion as well as sesame bagel. When I got them home, I was pleasantly surprised to see how sizable and well seasoned they happened to be. We arrived right when they opened at 10 a.m. and were seated immediately, which was great. We initially considered sitting inside, but the smell of eggs was so overwhelming/nauseating that we opted for outdoor seating instead. The patio was charming and cozy. The service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our visit. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. We all ordered the brunch tower, which included a "fruit salad" that consisted of squishy grapes, sour Granny Smith apple chunks, and canned mandarin oranges. The fruit tasted low quality and unappetizing, and I only managed a few bites. I also ordered the bananas foster crepe, which was severely overcooked. The crepe was so tough that I needed a knife to cut through it, and the texture was far from what I would expect from a crepe. Overall, while the service was pleasant and seating was prompt, the food quality left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price point.

Lately there have been a lot of reviews for this spot from other yelpers about this spot…read more When I first read it, I was like, where is this breakfast spot in Ballston Spa. I'm not beven exaggerating, but I have probably passed this spot like a 1000 times and didn't know this was a deli spot. A big tip here, make sure you market it properly as only locals who have tried would be aware of it. And guess what, this local never knew and mistook it for a convenience store. The deli has a lot of potential with a little upgrades. The deli has few spots for indoor seating and an amazing spot with picnic benches, in the woods with a view of a creek. The deli has been voted Saratogas best multiple times. I just got to know it but, this deli is listed for sale. We tried an eggplant panini and a chicken cheese steak. Both of which were good. We took the tiramisu to go. They do get a few bakerybitems from NYC everyday. Small local restaurant that is definitely worth a try. They have ample parking and could get crowded.

I was there recently for lunch and had the day's special of a fried clam sub with cheese and coleslaw. The clams were fine, but the roll was cold out of the fridge and there wasn't nearly enough lubrication.... it needed more cole slaw or at least mayo to moisten the bread. As it was I picked out the insides and left most of the bread on my plate. Your mileage may vary... if you go there I hope your experience is more like my previous review.
