Great breakfast and lunch spot located at the corner. There is some parking in the Citgo gas station and street parking. It is open seating. There is one clean restroom. Service is fast and friendly. The food was good as well. They have some merchandise and desserts for sale. It was cutely decorated when I went for Halloween.

Meatball sandwich - excellent. So moist and fried spinach was tasty.

While traveling back to Vermont from the Finger Lakes, we popped in here for lunch! Fantastic food and friendly service. We will definitely be back.

We stopped for breakfast due to Yelp reviews & I was not impressed. Very heavily decorated for Valentines Day and a nice explanation on the menu about the name. I asked for water and was told no tap water due to COVID19 (is that a thing?!) and didn't feel like paying $1 for a bottle of water. The omelette was meh. Very runny which I adore in my scrambled eggs but am sort of indifferent to in an omelette. Home fries were ok but needed salt. My partner's omelette was excellent though because he had the house made sausage which he loved. Maybe you need to order their house made specialties for awesome food. Good service and good safety measures but I wouldn't return.

Do you ever meet someone for the first time and the encounter makes you happy the rest of the day? My family and I had one of those experiences today at the Ribbon Cafe. We stopped for breakfast while traveling for the Easter weekend. The lady who greeted us and waited on us, Christine, was one of the friendliest and warmest people I have ever met. Seriously, this lady is so wonderful!!! It turns out, her brother is the owner/chef and he prepared breakfast for the five of us quickly and efficiently. We ordered a variety of dishes and were all very pleased. The buttermilk pancakes were a particular highlight in addition to the Easter cupcake my wife got for the road. I should also note that they use proceeds from the restaurant to support various cancer support organizations, and provide free meals to homebound cancer patients. Still need a reason to check this out?...........did I mention that Christine might be one of the nicest people you will ever meet??

Rise and Shine, house made sausage and gravy & biscuits!! Yummy!!

We arrived right when they opened at 10 a.m. and were seated immediately, which was great. We initially considered sitting inside, but the smell of eggs was so overwhelming/nauseating that we opted for outdoor seating instead. The patio was charming and cozy. The service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our visit. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. We all ordered the brunch tower, which included a "fruit salad" that consisted of squishy grapes, sour Granny Smith apple chunks, and canned mandarin oranges. The fruit tasted low quality and unappetizing, and I only managed a few bites. I also ordered the bananas foster crepe, which was severely overcooked. The crepe was so tough that I needed a knife to cut through it, and the texture was far from what I would expect from a crepe. Overall, while the service was pleasant and seating was prompt, the food quality left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price point.

We didn't have to wait long. I think maybe like 10 minutes. It's a small quaint restaurant on Phila Street not far off of Broadway. We walked here from our hotel (Hilton) as parking anywhere/everywhere in Saratoga can be a challenge. There is street parking right in front of Sweet Mimi's but it'll probably be taken so you should probably just walk. And you'll appreciate the walk to help burn off a few calories of Sweet Mimi's delicious offerings. (And there are plenty to partake in.) We enjoyed the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and the Mediterranean Omelette. We did not leave disappointed. In fact, our tastebuds and tummies were so happy with our choices. The omelette actually came with the same challah bread that the french toast was made from. If I lived closer, I'd be buying that challah bread every week. It's so freakin' good!
