Love this place!! Night Work bread is one of my favorite stops in Ballston Spa! Everything they…read moremake is sourdough-based and you can really taste the difference. The bread is so good!! Great flavor and great texture; and, I appreciate that they use organic ingredients. I actually wouldn't eat there if they didn't. The bagels are honestly amazing. They are the only bagels I will eat because they are organic sourdough (it's the only non-gf I'll eat). They are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, just how a bagel should be! Whenever I've ordered a bagel and cream cheese (which is more than a dozen times), they've always been very generous with the cream cheese, which I appreciate! They've also got more than just bread. They sell some local gifts and things: flowers, crocheted items, little crafts, chocolates, etc. Their cookies are soooooooo delicious. We always get at least one to enjoy after we eat our bagels. :-) There is a small sandwich menu (no hot items though - like no hot egg sandwiches, just egg salad). They also serve hot coffee! One tip: Go early. They often sell out of bagels and treats, especially on the weekends! It's just a really solid spot with really good food! Definitely worth checking out! We drive 25 minutes just to enjoy their bagels, bread, and treats!!

Their friendly staff bagged up my everything bagel, onion as well as sesame bagel. When I got them home, I was pleasantly surprised to see how sizable and well seasoned they happened to be. They were crisp with a nice chew as well as soft on the inside. Absolutely delish and I will be back for more!

When we stopped in to pick up an apple…read morepie for our Thanksgiving dinner we stumbled across what turned out to be an unexpected treat. Next to the register was a small package wrapped in red & white string, labeled "Bonnie's Uncommon Fruitcake." I've been a sucker for trying fruitcakes ever since I had my first slice of Freihofer's Fruitcake over seventy years ago. Here was a locally baked fruitcake with no difficult to pronounce or preservative ingredients. That definitely made it "Uncommon." Pecans, dates, candied fruit (cherries, pineapple), eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. That's it! I thought it tasted delicious. It was not overly sweet, had a good amount of nuts and candied fruit, and there was minimal cake (flour) holding it all together perfectly. I don't know where else you might be able to find this delicious fruitcake, but not to worry. Bonnie Nicolosi provided the following information on the fruitcake for you to contact her. Bonnie@NicolosiGroup.com (518) 588-0304 Hopefully, she distributes her treats to a place near you or can accommodate you in another fashion. Check out my photos for a mouthwatering encouragement!

It was for a birthday I made cannoli cake but didn't want to make the actual cannolis to save time but wanted a higher quality version than price chopper I also got a latte and it was very good- nice and hot (some places they're kinda cooler) The service was great a woman with short brown hair helped me & made the latte. It was a very cute cafe /bakery and idk if they make their desserts but if they do- great job! Im happy either way and the birthday boy said the cannolis were perfect.

Both the pecan pastry and the raspberry cheese danish were great! No complaints! Where this place falls right off the cliff is service. It's cold and rude. No if's ands or but's about it. And after my experience, I went and read all the reviews. This is a thing apparently. And to make it worse, the owner, instead of apologizing with humility and concern to the guests that keep him in business instead writes entitled zero accountability messages back to patrons after leaving bad reviews. Honestly that's immature and short sighted. The good will of the public doesn't last forever. But on the other hand, if you desperately miss the rudeness of Europe then this is truly the place for you!

The staff was accommodating and really went out of their way to find us comfortable seating. The food was so good, my husband who is not a chicken lover was so happy with his chicken sandwich (I wish I had gotten the actual name of the sandwich) he said he would order it again. My FIL loved his Shrimp Arugula salad. He couldn't stop eating it. My quiche was excellent so delicious , a blend of the ham, cheese and eggs with a flaky crust, and the soup was also delicious and creamy. I wish I had tried one of their lattes they looked so good.
