Service is great, environment is pleasant. Drinks are gross Banana iced coffee. The drinks are expensive and disgusting. I alternate between each to try to find a decent one. Nope just watered down coffee. I hate to waste my money so I force myself to drink them. It's a convenient location close to me. I'll have to go get my own drinks and make them at home. Can't waste anymore money at those places. read more

I ordered a meal deal this morning. I arrived to the store about 12 minutes after mobile ordering and still had to wait another 40 minutes before receiving my iced coffee. This whole experience took over 45 minutes just to get an iced coffee. The store was so busy and the employees were frazzled and frantically trying to complete orders. I ended up having to leave the establishment WITHOUT THE FOOD I PAID FOR, because at this point I was going to be late for work due to having to wait for so long. It is extremely frustrating when you pay for something and do not receive it. So 45 minutes for an average iced coffee and wasting money on food I never got. read more

Dunkin' - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Baldwinsville, New York

The staff just don't know what they're doing. A simple vanilla iced coffee was wrong twice. And bacon and egg sandwich had cheese when I asked no cheese. After I asked nicely to have it changed they look very annoyed with my request. read more

I ordered a Dunkin peach ENERGY from the Hainesville Dunkin location. And the cashier lady said that there was no peach but there was mango so that's what I got. So when I got my drink it just a refresher. so when I told her that I ordered the energy drink not the refresher she said "no you didn't you ordered the mango refresher." So she basically tried to gaslight me into thinking I ordered something else. Also after the fact I looked at the menu online and they did in fact have a peach energy drink! Absolutely terrible service no cashier should ever talk back to the customer! This is outrageous I never even got my drink! read more

This morning, I got up to go play basketball with my dad. I begged him for at least a half hour to get me dunkin. When he finally said yes, I was so excited to get my usual, strawberry frosted donut and strawberry dragonfruit refresher. We drive into the drive thru, and place our order. I got a medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher with sparkling water, and a strawberry frosted donut. My dad got a coffee and a bagel. The order is very obviously correct on the screen. We spend at least 15 minutes in line when we finally get to the window. The lady hands us our food, and we drive home. And I guess this part is on me because I should've looked in the bag but for some reason I just didn't. We get home, I rush into the kitchen to open the bag, and there's only a bagel in there. I was looking forward to my donut so much too. I only get a drink to go with my donut. AND I DONT HAVE MY DONUT. My dad refuses to drive all the way back there, so I have to suffer. Ruined my day. Silent tears are shed for my missing donut. I wish I could be the person to say I will never be back but, I will. And next time, I better get my strawberry frosted donut. #spreadlostdonutawareness read more

The Dunkin on Genesee Street in Baldwinsville is the worst. The drive through seems to be their only priority. I was finally waited on by the supv/mgr. When I got home I discovered that she did not give me what I ordered. I'm not going back to stand in line for another 20 minutes to exchange the stale muffins. read more

Here's a consistent, friendly, well-located Dunkin' if there ever was one. I travel a lot, and this location stands out from the rest with its speed and accuracy of service, kindness of the staff, and cleanliness of the facility. It's walkable to most anywhere you'd want to go in Baldwinsville. Even when it's busy, they're working hard to get everyone's needs met. I look forward to going there again - you've made me switch camps from "that other" coffee franchise! read more

I visit this Dunkin' location once or twice a week and I have been doing so for years. I also travel a lot and frequent many other Dunkin locations all over NY State. The Baldwinsville Dunkin on Genesse St. (and its professional staff) can best be described by one word, EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is always fast and friendly and at the times they are short staffed (or really busy) they always apologize for the delay. I believe there are two reasons for this exceptionalism. The "prep" people and the Manager Jeremy. Jessica and Theresa are just unbelievable at their jobs. When they are preparing the food, it is so fast. It's as though they are doing a dance, never missing a beat and maintaining a rhythm of incredible speed. Jess is lightning fast and at times, you will literally see her dancing at the ovens. (It's also come to my attention that this young lady drives a long distance to the job she clearly loves. This is so rare for a young person today) Theresa is not only fast, she is methodical! She is like the North Star of the Dunkin universe. Always there and always constant. She is a true master of her craft. I am so grateful that these two ladies chose my local Dunkin to share their talents as with their abilities they could succeed at any other Jobs/careers they wanted. You have to tip your hat to the Manager, Jeremy as this consistent high quality of service comes from the top down. He is almost always there, with his sleeves rolled up working along side his crew members. He is leading by example and nurturing is young people continually. He is amazing! (and truly a nice guy) Dunkin on Genesse St in Baldwinsville is exceptional!!!! read more

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to clean and very courtesy the people that work there are very friendly and got my order right the first time I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts, and this one is top rated on any other Dunkin' Donuts I've been to and I thought maybe it was just the one person working there that was friendly so I dropped by the next day since I was in the town for a couple of days And no same service as the day before fast friendly and courtesy. Keep it up guys you're doing a good job. read more

My friend and I come to Dunkin' often, and usually get a lot of food for us, and friends, and make sure to always be respectful no matter what the circumstances are. Every time that my friend and I come to Dunkin' this one worker is always staring at us. Just a reminder, my friend is black and I am white. When I am here without my one friend who is black, he is never looking over here. Also this worker never does anything, I will be at Dunkin' for almost 3 hours at some point, and he is never ever doing anything. read more

My friend forgot to place our mobile order but it was totally fine because Mike was there to joke around with me while we waited for my friend to submit. After my friend submitted, Mike made sure my drinks were made promptly, thanks so much Mike! read more

I travel for my occupation and I have been to dozens of locations. The Dunkin Donuts in Baldwinsville (Genesse Street) is the absolute best. The product is good but it's the service that makes it great. It's above and beyond all others due to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Hats off to the manager Jeremy for building that team and creating an atmosphere where the employees love their jobs ,customers and each other. The morning shift is incredible! (Especially the openers) Mary,Daisy, Diane, Juanita, Jim, Amanda, Rosey, Donna and ESPECIALLY Miss "T" on prep. ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a hello. You just don't see that anymore. They have captured lightning in a bottle!! Thanks!!! read more

What the heck has happened to Dunkin Donuts? When they first came back in a growth mode they were awesome - incredible value and consistent no matter where you went. When I was recently staying in Baldwinsville I looked forward to getting a latte and cruller on my way to work but that excitement didn't last long. I just did drive-thru because I was late... again... and placed my order, but I was told they didn't offer crullers at this location. There went my idea of consistency. Then I got my latte and was very disappointed. It was more like a cappuccino - a large was less than half of a cup, it was all foam, but cost me almost $4.00. Trust me, not worth it and close to the cost of a Starbucks. Next time I'll save my money and just go McDonalds. read more

Normally I would rate this Dunkin' location 5/5 stars, but lately they've had a worker who has been basically ignoring me at the window, throwing my change at me and making my drink incorrectly. I don't know why he's even working there if he treats customers like this, and normally I would understand since I work in fast food too, but this was just completely rude. read more

Nice, clean establishment. Order was prompt and correct. That should always be the case, but it was a large, customized order. This place was packed on an early Saturday, both walk-in and the drive-through. Would definitely come back here. read more

Terrible experience this morning. The car in front of me took forever at the ordering stage. Not sure what she was ordering, but took way too long. I was trapped in line and couldn't get out. Once I got behind her in the payment window, she took 3 times as long there. Again, I was trapped and couldn't get out. The drive-thru wait was about 10x longer than typical. 2 cars behind me backed out and left outright. But, I was trapped. By the time I got to the window, I politely asked if they would give me my coffee for no charge. They simply said NO. Very surprising. Not gonna get my Joe at this place again. read more

Horrible situation. Speaker to the drive thru has been crackling and low on volume since the summer. More than enough time to be proactive and fix it. But nope. Today I am in line. Sign foe the 4th day in a row saying speaker is broken , go to the window. This isn't fast or convenient. Who is running this place? read more

Not sure what is happening here , but the service continues to get slower and slower. We just waited in the drive through with only 2 people in front of us for 17 minutes. That must be a record ! I watched 3 girls with their backs to me standing there doing nothing the entire time. read more

Okay so here is a little known tid bit about this Duncan Donuts Store. If you are an early morning coffee person and have a few minutes to sit after going through the drive in as you pull out of the parking lot turn right and go into the parking lot for the building next door. Drive down to the bottom of the parking lot facing the river if you are lucky many mornings you will be treated to the sight of one or both of the Bald Eagles that perch on the dead trees in the middle of the river watching for their breakfast to swim by. It is worth spending the extra money on DD's coffee when you include this amazing view. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, and this one was friendly, easy to order and quick! They make sure that you're satisfied before you leave as well. Nothing could be better than this place. It was also easy to get through the drive through with a big truck which was a life saver! read more

Great Dunkin Donuts experience. Staff was friendly & coffee/donut was good & inside was clean. We sat and ate inside for awhile and also ended up getting ice cream cones. The staff made sure to check for (and toss out) any broken cones and gave us a great sized ice cream for a $1. Only downfall (which they can't control) is lots of construction currently going on around them so getting out of the parking lot was tough. read more

If I could give this negative stars I would. This location is terrible. So slow and my order is wrong every single time. The staff is not friendly and I have witnessed numerous times: no coffee, wrong orders and long waits for ordering ahead. We have complained many times and nothing has changed. It is the same service whether it is mid day and low customers or early morning and packed with people. I am done. Shame on Dunkin. read more

Corporate should just clean house. Good luck asking for anything without ice. If you do ask then expect an interrogation and an infant size amount of your drink for full price. Actually, do it, its pretty mind-blowing to see in person. I had a good laugh but wont ever be returning to that location. read more
