I've tried 7brew a few times since opening in Syracuse and it took me a few times to find an order I really liked. I tried the blondie the first time and it was super milky and creamy, not much coffee flavor. My friend suggested banana bread latte and it is definitely my favorite and sooo yummy! I order any of their drinks half sweet since they are definitely on the sweeter side. It reminds me of Dutch Bros on the East coast. Their system is pretty quick and efficient with someone coming up to your car to order so everyone continues to move along. All the workers are always super kind! read more

I am a big fan of Starbucks and Dunkin, then I heard about 7Brew while traveling and then realized there was a 7Brew a few miles from my home. I pass 3 Dunkins and 1 Starbucks and 2 specialty shops to get there if that tells you anything. I checked them out and I am very impressed. Yes they're a lot of fluff and sweets but hey, if you can dream it, they can make it. Their newly added APP works flawlessly and is very intuitive. They have a million flavors and options so be prepared. The service is exceptional and crazy friendly making my 7 mile trip worth it. Along with free drinks after every 10, they also offer a free pup cup that destroys Starbucks version, with 3 biscuits. Big Win!!! This was my first experience at a 7 Brew Coffee. I definitely enjoyed the drive up experience, and despite line it was fast. There was an odd experience where I ordered two drinks and for some reason order got combined into one drink...but it worked out and was remedied quickly. The drive up feature is cool, and at night it had a fun glow while waiting. I ordered the Cloud9 Matcha with sugar free syrups. The drink itself tasted good, but was soooo sweet that I personally wasn't too impressed even with it being fake sugar. I had to split it up into two servings since it was like candy. I also did learn that the matcha isn't sugar free after. Its also strange to me that prices weren't listed anywhere, but I found it to be average pricing. read more

Loved it here! The line was a little long earlier in the day. Some people waited 10-15 minutes for their order; I was nearby eating lunch and noticed the line. But by the time I went over the line was shorter and I only had to wait a few minutes for my drink. This location opened in May and is so great! This is a drive through coffee place and is convenient because you don't even have to leave your car. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it was $5. It was the best coffee drink I've had! It was strong, flavorful and fresh. I loved it! They have an assortment of drinks and I'm so excited to try different drinks here next time. read more

Officially stopped by 7 brew finally (the lines were scaring me a little) but service was actually very quick. My first thought when getting in line was this place is a chic fil a/ice cream stand on steroids haha! Obviously it's a drink place with endless options but it gave off ice cream stand vibes with the to go structure of chic fil a. Music is bumping and they have at least 4 employees taking orders and 4 employees delivering the orders while another handful are making the drinks. It's a well oiled machine to pump drinks out lol and I'm grateful as it cuts the waiting time down significantly. My only concern I noticed was the inside line may have been getting to place their orders more than the outside line as there's 2 lanes. Minor problem but I got my order within 5 minutes of ordering which was awesome, but now just had to wait for the people in front of me to get theirs so I could pull away. I went with the coupons they gave out to the local area and got a small free drink. I went safe and got the blonde breve. Honestly very good and will definitely go often to try all the other drinks. Love how many flavor syrups they have for endless options and I'm interested in the energy drinks they have. read more

Same concept as Dutch Bros! Service is great and if you're originally from the West Coast, like I am, you'll definitely want to try their drinks here. They have a secret menu online, so make sure to check that out. So far, I've tried their hot white chocolate mocha with almond milk, iced white mac, extra sweet, with cold foam, and their iced green tea love potion minus kiwi, add lime & watermelon, extra sweet and they did not disappoint! I stopped at the new 7 Brew drive thru in North Syracuse today. They were doing free small drinks and you could also donate money to Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital. Limited menu options for this event. I chose the Blondie. It was an iced coffee with vanilla and caramel. It was fantastic! I was worried about it being overly sweet like some other chain coffee places but it wasn't. Was a great mid day pick me up. I can't wait to try more of their items! read more

Had to try this because everyone has been talking about it. I pulled in at 9:30AM and there were probably about 40 cars there. Their system is similar to Chick-Fil-A so it actually moved pretty fast. The lady who took my order was very friendly and helped me pick between 2 choices. I ended up going with a medium iced Brunette. The size was perfect and I loved the taste, however would definitely not be able to drink it everyday... treat it more as a sweet treat you get every once in a while. Would not recommend for those that like plain black coffee. read more

A coworker brought me a 7brew drink today. After perusing the menu, I chose a sugar free Kokomo 7 energy. My coworker had difficulty ordering this, because despite it being in their we site as a flavor, it apparently isn't in the restaurant ... This somewhat reminded me of Chick-fil-a in concept and popularity. It has been all the hype around here it seems. It's solely drive through with wrap around lines at all hours. The staff kept it moving quickly and def seemed to be getting their steps in. I prefer ordering online for pick up (not an option here), but I can see why that would complicate things in this case. I do wish they had a posted menu at the drive through. It's a bit strange that it's only online. They have everything ranging from coffee, smoothies, shakes, soda, to energy drinks. There are tons of flavor combos and options to customize. They prob have the most SF options I've seen offered. The price was very fair for the size of the beverage. I got a medium and it was bigger than expected. I got the crème brûlée latte. I wouldn't call it the best I've ever had, but it was def on the good side of the spectrum. I appreciate that there was lots of ice yet it wasn't watery. The flavor didn't come through as much as I would've liked, but the espresso was of decent quality. read more

Had to stop by 7 brew since everyone has been talking about it! No matter what day or time, there are always at least 20 cars in line. Definitely give yourself a few extra minutes if grabbing coffee before work. I will hand it to the staff, as they were busting their butts making sure cars got through quickly. They have a similar system to chic fil a where they take your order at your car. This drive thru only. This is more of a specialty, once in a while, type of coffee place. They have so many different kinds of syrups and specialty drinks. I got a cookie butter latte. It had really good flavor and didn't taste overly sweet. The staff was so nice when I realized I forgot to ask for non-dairy milk. They said it was not a problem at all and remade my drink. This is nice for a little treat every once in a while! read more

This is not for someone who'd like a coffee. Maybe more for a syrup drink. We ordered a medium sweet and salty cold brew with an extra shot and a small iced coffee. $15.65. The iced coffee tasted like watered down coffee grounds, so I dumped it. It was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life The other drink is so sweet and heavy. It's gross. read more

I was lucky enough to try the 7 Brew in Colonie. I was BLOWN AWAY! Everything from the staff who took the order until I received my order was absolutely wonderful! Customers are always in a hurry so when a customer doesn't have to get out of their vehicle....it's a win-win! My only problem is that I live about 25 miles away from this new location in Brewerton. But- with nice weather on the way - I don't mind making the drive & when I'm in the Albany area- I will definitely visit! read more

The coffee was good, but the service a little bit iffy or not good at all I feel like because I am a black male. The white female server was not treating me with the good amount of service that she could because I'm a black male so they recommend me any drinks you asked me to sign up for The rewards program. She just served in my drinks and let me go. I know if the other car in front of me you were signing up for the rewards program and she was cheerful happy with them, but with me kind of feel like the only reason was either I didn't know what to order or I am a black male and a fairly nice car so the service was very very very iffy and maybe it's just my opinion or the time of day I did go at around closing so we will see you next time read more

Expect to wait 10-20 minutes to order and get a coffee. No pricing or menus posted within the drive through. Each coffee I got was overwhelmingly sweet and strong. Overhang music is super loud and I could barely hear the lady at my window. Another branded corporate chain, good luck. read more
