I LOVE Cinnabon. However on our visit yesterday, I asked if the buns were hot. All the server said was that they're on a warmer. Guess I should have taken that as a hint. Nevertheless when we went to eat them, they were barely Luke warm on the inside! Thankfully they did replace our buns with fresh ones that just came from the oven. It was a hassle though to go back up and exchange them. I didn't ask for it, but it would have been nice if they offered something a little extra or a maybe a coupon for our trouble. 2 stars for the hassle and getting a luke warm bun. 4 stars bc their buns are so tasty.

    Fresh out the oven!

I don't remember the young woman's name who was there at opening but she was very sweet. We were lucky to get our goodies fresh from the oven and because we checked in with Yelp we got a free iced coffee!

Holy moly we finally have one at the mall. There is literally no comparison when it comes to the deliciousness and decadence of the food from Cinnabon. I have been eating at this chain for a very long time and always wondered why our huge amazing mall didn't have one yet. Now...The quest is finally complete! I mean is pretty obvious what I am going to recommend you eating. You must have the delicious and gooey cinnamon rolls. The frosting on them is beyond epic. They do also have a few other things you ca get like mini cinnamon rolls, cinnamon roll centers, and fresh flavored lemonades. You can also save a little by just getting a box of multiple rolls! The prices are pretty fair as the rolls themselves can make an entire meal. I'd say if you and a pal go in for some rolls and drinks, your probably going to have a bill of like 12 bucks or so. Don't forget if you get the multi pack you can microwave them at home for about 20 seconds to regooify them!

Sooooo good!!! Definitely going again. My family always slows down to cherish the sweet smells when near it, and finally we went in! I was not disappointed. Some places have weird tasting frosting or their cinnamon rolls are spicy, but not Cinnabon! The frosting was sweet but not sickly, the cinnamon rolls were just the right size.(well really they would have been the right size if they were the size of dinner plates, they were so good) All-in-all a great snack!

When I saw that email from Destiny USA stating that Cinnabon was coming to Syracuse I was just so....HAPPY!!!!! I live in Rochester....and drove to Destiny just for you Cinnabon!!! Also you can get a free mini-bon if you join the Cinnabon club so do that a few days before you get here. I cannot begin to describe my love for these giant soft squishy cream filled rolls. I missed them so much since moving from California. And now it is finally (kind of sort of) in reach. This Cinnabon is an actual store, not a stand like you'd see at airports or some malls. As soon as I got my hands on the roll, I immediately added the extra cream and gobble gobble chomp it was gone in less than 10 minutes. My boyfriend looked at me in horror as I consumed this almost 1000 calorie bun....but I felt nothing except happiness. I have to say though, this store probably needs to work on its baking time, the outer layer of the roll is not as soft as it should be, the inner layers are great however so I didn't mind. I got a whole box of 6 more to go, they freeze up to 30 days. This trip to Cinnabon was the highlight of my week...month....or maybe...even year!!! (I love Cinnabons) I'm just so happy to have a Cinnabon that is less than 4 hours away in Canada...and I will definitely be back!!

You're looking for something sweet, tasty, and really delicious, that's it! I tasted the Classic Roll which is more than enough for one person. They use cinnamon, butter, and also rich cream which makes it so tasty. They also offer hot coffee. I eat Classic Roll in Atlanta first time and I think that was a little bit better than Destiny USA. I still recommend every one to test it, you'll love it.

There was a mess in there. The food was good. The coffee not so much. They had a nice staff serving too.

I'll start with the great. The staff have always been wonderful when I've come. They always…read moreappreciate the small tip I leave them. As a Brooklyn boy I always found it odd there was no tip jar, we do things differently where I'm from. The prices for their goods is extremely good. Syracuse, take note of this and cherish your establishments. I walked out with two dozen donuts & a single danish cheese for $25. A famous national chain charges I think over $2.25 for a subpar donut. When I visit Cuse, I always stop here but this past time I feel the donuts were not as fresh as they once were, this could be very biased due to my experience and I don't go that often, the regulars will have better input in quality of the years. But what happened below is why I'm no longer stopping in. Saturday the 27th I pull into the parking lot and see a woman outside asking for change, very normal for me where I'm from. I don't say anything. I came inside to do a good deed, bring my neighbor and his children a dozen of donuts and grab a dozen for my family and an army buddy visiting from the west coast. I'm in a good mood. I never give people change, I always buy food. I decided I'll buy a cheese danish for the very thin woman outside in the cold. I add that to my order. Total $25 gave $30 and told the Wonderful Woman who took my order to keep the rest for herself. As I walk out, I offer the woman the cheese danish. She declined it. In a very rude way saying "she doesn't eat desserts". Now toots, you're in front of a damn bakery. People are more inclined to give you food as opposed to money so we don't support your clear drug habit. In Brooklyn where I'm from, the people like that still take the food, say thank you as it's still a kind gesture with good intentions and tosses it when you leave. That being said, there is no issue at this point. I say, "ok, have a good day and walk to my car". If the owner would like to review footage, it's the black 4Runner with NY disabled veteran plates. As I'm getting into my car, the same woman screams at me. Saying "bounce b-I-t-c-h" and telling me I better leave. Of course I reply with every profanity known to man and leave. The next morning I go again to take two donuts for my drive back to Brooklyn. Guess who's there? Yup the same delusional woman. Asks again for change and I tell her, "not after the way you treated me yesterday, I'll probably never give someone anything again that asks". Then she says "why does this man come here? I walk inside, order my two donuts and receive great service from the gentleman with glasses, who I gave a $1 tip to in two donuts. As I'm walking out another customer in the waking into the parking lot of course hands her a dollar. I told him my experience and he still chose too, hey it's America do what you wish. But when this broad is here every day, it's because people keep giving her money. But hey, his choice. And I'll do as I wish. I will no longer be coming to a Harrison Bakery. If they allow a delusional person to sit for hours everyday on THEIR property to accost/ harass customers, they cleary do not value us as customers to have a great peaceful experience. The donuts & Black & Whites are not that good to have to ruin my vibe. It's their property. Harrison bakery is 100% responsible of who is on their property and for what purpose. Syracuse PD will have no issue with issuing a no trespass for this person who literally stands or lays against the brick wall all day. Keep in mind. This is coming from someone who literally grew up in homeless shelters from time to time, even a bit of time at the Vera house down the road.
