My half eaten milk way cookie
    Malik C.

All this time I've been in the area and never knew a spot like this existed. The lady working was so pleasant and sweet upon our first interactions. I love this little cookie spot because it's for one really beautiful inside and it smells amazing . Not to mention the cookies are made fresh everyday and they don't taste not even a day old compared to others I've frequent. Ok... so back to the cookies... There's other specialty choices like Snickers, fruity pebbles, caramel pretzel . Of course you have your basic sugar cookie and chocolate chip. I recommend this spot to anyone who's in town and want a quick and fresh sweet.

Cathy's Cookies are deliciously sweet! I had the pleasure of trying them for the first time at a Yelp event. I had the chocolate chip chunk cookie and thought it was perfectly chewy. It was decorated with frosting on top which made it ultra pretty but definitely put it over the top in terms of sweetness and sugar. I imagine the cookie alone is great, especially paired with some milk to cut the sweetness. I liked the texture of the cookie and how it wasn't too crumbly. I also liked the thickness and size of the cookie. Their store also sells ice cream, lemonades, slushees, muffin cookies and edible cookie dough. They have a cookie club for $45 a month for those true cookie monsters. You get 4 deliveries that includes a bunch of cookies and discounts. This would be great for a work office, school or home with folks who aren't on a wedding diet like myself.

    Lemon my favorite!

    Milky Way cookie!

I've eaten quite a few cookies in my life and holy moly these are some of the best cookies I've had! Everything seems to be run by one person, although she did say that she gets help from time to time. You walk in to the TKO of smells of delicious cookies floating all around you. There are so many cookies to choose from that I highly advise you to just indulge and buy a bunch of them like I did, you will not regret it! We ended up buying a chocolate chip, sugar cookie, snicker doodle, oatmeal raisin, and the king of them all...the Milky Way chocolate chip cookie. Yes, you read that right. It is everything you dreamed of in a cookie. Its gooey, chocolatey, and oh so yummy. There are huge chunks of Milky Way melted into the cookie that are protruding from the top. The caramel and the cookie blends so well together, you have to wonder why this isn't a staple at all grocery stores! The cost is very fair and exactly what you would expect from a fresh cookie from a bake shop. I highly recommend coming out here asap!

    Peanut Butter cookies!

I know this place hasn't been open for that long but OMG I didn't know what I was missing. I might have just had the best peanut butter cookie I have ever had. I stopped in after work. There was still a pretty decent selection of cookies to choose from. Decisions, decisions, I ended up sticking with my favorite a peanut butter cookie, it was definitely a great choice. Soft, great peanut butter flavor, and a good size cookie. The shop is decorated with a cookie theme, love the dessert periodic chart. I looked over the cookie menu and they have many offerings, with many gluten free options. They are open Monday - Friday 11am to 6pm and Sat 12pm to 3pm. On Fridays there's a cookie Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm, any cookie in the case is $1.00. Since this place is in my neighborhood it could be dangerous to my healthy diet but everything in moderation. Can't wait to stop in again to try another flavor!

All the baked goods look so delicious and the staff is soooooo nice. Jasmine or Jazmine, you are…read moresuch a sweet soul and so wonderful. She made my first experience here so amazing. Such a sweet and calm person!

I'll start with the great. The staff have always been wonderful when I've come. They always…read moreappreciate the small tip I leave them. As a Brooklyn boy I always found it odd there was no tip jar, we do things differently where I'm from. The prices for their goods is extremely good. Syracuse, take note of this and cherish your establishments. I walked out with two dozen donuts & a single danish cheese for $25. A famous national chain charges I think over $2.25 for a subpar donut. When I visit Cuse, I always stop here but this past time I feel the donuts were not as fresh as they once were, this could be very biased due to my experience and I don't go that often, the regulars will have better input in quality of the years. But what happened below is why I'm no longer stopping in. Saturday the 27th I pull into the parking lot and see a woman outside asking for change, very normal for me where I'm from. I don't say anything. I came inside to do a good deed, bring my neighbor and his children a dozen of donuts and grab a dozen for my family and an army buddy visiting from the west coast. I'm in a good mood. I never give people change, I always buy food. I decided I'll buy a cheese danish for the very thin woman outside in the cold. I add that to my order. Total $25 gave $30 and told the Wonderful Woman who took my order to keep the rest for herself. As I walk out, I offer the woman the cheese danish. She declined it. In a very rude way saying "she doesn't eat desserts". Now toots, you're in front of a damn bakery. People are more inclined to give you food as opposed to money so we don't support your clear drug habit. In Brooklyn where I'm from, the people like that still take the food, say thank you as it's still a kind gesture with good intentions and tosses it when you leave. That being said, there is no issue at this point. I say, "ok, have a good day and walk to my car". If the owner would like to review footage, it's the black 4Runner with NY disabled veteran plates. As I'm getting into my car, the same woman screams at me. Saying "bounce b-I-t-c-h" and telling me I better leave. Of course I reply with every profanity known to man and leave. The next morning I go again to take two donuts for my drive back to Brooklyn. Guess who's there? Yup the same delusional woman. Asks again for change and I tell her, "not after the way you treated me yesterday, I'll probably never give someone anything again that asks". Then she says "why does this man come here? I walk inside, order my two donuts and receive great service from the gentleman with glasses, who I gave a $1 tip to in two donuts. As I'm walking out another customer in the waking into the parking lot of course hands her a dollar. I told him my experience and he still chose too, hey it's America do what you wish. But when this broad is here every day, it's because people keep giving her money. But hey, his choice. And I'll do as I wish. I will no longer be coming to a Harrison Bakery. If they allow a delusional person to sit for hours everyday on THEIR property to accost/ harass customers, they cleary do not value us as customers to have a great peaceful experience. The donuts & Black & Whites are not that good to have to ruin my vibe. It's their property. Harrison bakery is 100% responsible of who is on their property and for what purpose. Syracuse PD will have no issue with issuing a no trespass for this person who literally stands or lays against the brick wall all day. Keep in mind. This is coming from someone who literally grew up in homeless shelters from time to time, even a bit of time at the Vera house down the road.
