I so miss the Westside Dunkin Donuts on West Washington Street of years ago. I've always enjoyed their coffee, sandwiches and donuts. Matter of fact, every year for Christmas my sister-in-law loads up a large basket with Dunkin Donuts coffee & White Castle coffee, homemade cookies and a gift card to both. Yum! Their friendly, fast service, fresh donuts, great prices and love their Coffee. Today I'm having the large Pumpkin Creme Brulee for a total of $2.17! Seriously, you can't beat the prices. I ordered through the mobile app just to get a plain coffee and creamer with no flavor so I came back around to get a remake. they grabbed my drink with unwashed, no gloves on hands and proceeded to add the flavors and swirl it around with my straw which they were touching with their unwashed bare hands. when I told them that is not something you should do, the worker told me that he did not care and they do this all the time. Love the brownie batter donut!!! Tried the lava cake iced coffee wasn't sweet enough for me personally needed more coffee flavor as well. Also tried the heart shaped Bavarian cream donut, I will stick with the original chocolate one it's much better. Staff was friendly and filled out the survey to get a free donut next time. read more

They are rude and have terrible customer service at the drive through and pretty sure it's the same girl who's always there in the mornings. She definitely shouldn't be working with people. I think a family member became a manager and hired all her rude relatives. read more

Tried this location because it is close to work... Wow, what a difference a location makes....unlike the location close to my home, the employees at this location were very unfriendly. They charged me an extra dollar for oatmilk that is advertised in the drink....it didnt show up on the screen, so when I got to the window my total was a buck plus tax more....when I inquired as to why my total was different the lady just asked me if I wanted the drink or not....she couldnt take the time to find out why thete was a difference. I would honestly give this about 3.5 overall. The drink I wanted was out of stock so I got a hot Carmel latte. The drink was good. I also wanted to try the Stroppewaffel donut. The donut was very dry so it wasn't great. The drive thru is easy to get in and out of. I haven't been inside before. read more

Wow! I can't even comprehend how this manager is still in charge of this location. We had an AWFUL experience. Manager was screaming,cussing, and using hate speech at us after asking for a refund because they refused to help us. Leaning over the counter screaming at us, saying we are bi***es and "ghetto". She was also screaming at her employees for asking a question. Continued to follow us outside and take photos and videos of minors! When I went back in to put a name to the face of the manager who has been very rude to us every single time we have come in she hid in the back and I had to ask another employee for her name. Went today, haven't been in awhile but was excited about pumpkin cream cold brew. I like oat milk in my coffee. I tried to add oat milk to my drink. The first barista didn't know how to add it, so she got her manager or maybe supervisor. The supervisor said they couldn't add it...why? It's not a pre-made drink... So I get up to the window and I'm told my drink is $4.40 with tax. Well there's a sign that says $3 on the order board for a medium pumpkin cream cold brew. I ask how much the tax was and I'm told $0.37. I ask why it's not $3 if the sign advertises it as such. The gentleman taking my payment, bluntly tells me he doesn't know about the price, and he just got in.... He then tells me maybe if I scan the app, it will come up as $3. At this point I'm kind of over it so I just pay the $4.40 and go, because the barista is obviously not in a helpful mood, but cmon dude get your shit together. what a waste of money. I ordered 2 sausage , egg , cheese breakfast sandwiches- plus hash browns. Not very many hashbrowns were in the bag. They were soggy and gross. The bread on the muffin was dry and tasteless. Sausage taste rubbery and tasteless. Both sandwiches were horrible Cost about 13 bucks- I could have went else where and had a nice omelette for that. I thought - I am just getting coffee at 7:30 am on a Sunday how bad could it really be? ...sad to report that the reviews for this location are very true. We ordered 2 hot pumpkin coffees. The drive through server was very confused by this order but after another 5 minutes at the window she served us 2 iced pumpkin drinks instead. Hello, employee of Dunkin' here and former co worker of Paris. I didn't want to say anything at first, but seeing how things escalated this far, I thought it was time to speak the truth. If you're looking for a quick first job I would half recommend Dunkin.' You see if you're someone who likes taking walks outside the store during your shift, using the bathroom every 4 minutes for about 15 minutes each time, being on your phone for hours while on shift, or even leaving earlier before your shift ended, then yeah. I wouldn't recommend working at Dunkin.' Ranjeet is a firm employer, however she acts like this as she wants the best for her store and her customers. She countlessly asks about our well being and will allow days off (while we were scheduled) if you tell her instead of just not showing up. She always asks us if we're hungry or want food as she's kind of like a little mom of the store. You would understand this if you worked for over 4 months (at most). I don't like being petty, but for someone who decided to just simply stand there while on shift instead of actually doing your job and thus only leaving 2 people to run the store in a middle of a rush, I believe at this time it's perfectly okay. For the thing about the food, I honestly don't know where you go that from. It's probably from the same place as when you told one of our other ex-employees that they were gonna be so called fired even though no one said that. And if it was true that the food was expired, then why would you come in during days you weren't scheduled in order to get food? Things aren't really adding up. And sure, I know someone is gonna believe the person who stole strawberries out of a Walmart over me, but it's bound to set the narrative right before things escalate too far. Before I leave, I just want to say one more thing. It's not your, it's you're. Ive should be I've. After the word "there" it should be "are." Names such as "ranjeet" should be capitalized. No management presence or understanding of customer service. 4 total people working, 3 for the drive thru customers and 1 to do EVERYTHING for inside customers. The woman working the drive thru is inefficient and rude. Perhaps it's the language barrier or she feels like speed is better than quality. She rushes you through your order and then puts orders in wrong. Apparently lots of people had the same idea I did the Saturday after Valentine's day of getting some of those "heart shaped limited edition flavored donuts that you have to try" before they were gone, because this place was busy! Thankfully, they seemed relatively prepared for this and lined moved fast enough and selection of donuts was being refilled constantly so I got the variety I wanted and bolted home. Highlight of the limited edition flavors we agreed was the brownie batter, the cookie dough was not as delicious as I had imagined. The rest were solid too with the blueberry being one of the best. My waistline doesn't want me to visit often and I prefer supporting non-chains (but hate when their selection is drained!). At least I now know their hours and how well they keep it stocked, I am sure I'll come by again sometime when I need a variety of donuts fast. read more

I asked if there was a manager that could maybe look at it and type in the code included with the coupon but the ditzy cashier working the drive thru insisted they could only use the scanner. Why would there be a code if you can't use it? Instead of just giving me the $1.70 drink, she said "I don't know what to do here, it's really not scanning." So I had to pay for it which I'm not too mad about because it was less than $2 but I was between this and Starbucks since I had a gift card to Starbucks and clearly I made the wrong decision. I live around the corner from the Avon Dunkin Donuts. We use to be fans of Starbucks (we moved from Sacramento, CA about 1 1/2 years ago) but when we moved to Avon we discovered Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin Donuts is cheaper and plus it was closer to us than Starbucks is. We started going here every day and getting breakfast and coffee... We "joined" the stamps cards club and within a week we'd get a free coffee because there's 2 of us... We were always allowed to use 2 "free" full stamp cards to claim free coffee... but one day we weren't allowed to any more... We came every day for many months and were able to claim 2 free coffees with 2 full stamp cards, but we weren't allowed that specific time... And now sometimes we're allowed to claim 2 free coffees with 2 full stamp cards and sometimes we're not allowed... I now understand why Starbucks is such a great place; the CSR's/Baristas greet you immediately by name if you've been there more than 3 times, their policy does not change from shift-to-shift or person-to-person, and as a guest you can tell there's more of a positive work culture at Starbucks than at Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes we'll go to Dunkin Donuts out of convenience, but we'd rather pay $10 for two cups of espresso and receive good service instead of $5 for two cups of espresso and receive mediocre service. read more

Well Drove by For National Donut Day and I frequrnt this Dunkin often. I always try to support the local businesses and I work in Danville. But today, National Donut Day, of all Day I stopped in to grab a Dozen for my office. I was disappointed becasue the sign advertised a free donut with the pirchase of a drink and I was told some very odd story that I would need to pay for each if my dozen donuts individually. I questioned this and the same answer was repeated. I paid for the dozen, so I should have just been given an extra 1 donut with the purchase of my hot tea. Did not have time to keep going over this and they seemed overwhrlmed and I was underwhelmed with my service. I had such high hopes. But the donuts made my office happy.
