The most rude and disrespectful staff known to man. Also, today I got 2 medium iced coffees that tasted as if the coffee sat in ice all day long. The coffee tasted burnt but also watered down. Instead of going back we threw away 2 full coffees. I should have added a video of me throwing them away. They were not salvageable at home by adding extra cream or sugar. I will NEVER go back to this location. At this point even if the barista made the coffee right the quality of the coffee is shit so it doesn't matter. Today, my visit at this location was very very unpleasant first as I pull up to the window. There was a young kid, giving me his back on the window, while he was making racial comments to one of his other associate, saying that they were wet backs, and they cross the border on acceptable second they gave me my order wrong. Horrible service! I placed an order online and went to pick it up in the drive thru. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and decided to go in. There were several people inside waiting to be served. After about 10 minutes one of the workers asked me my name. I told them and even spelled it. They said the order never went through then kind of ignored me while they were trying to keep up with drive thru orders. A girl that works there asked me again for my name and then said "as you can see there's only 2 of us working so you'll have to wait awhile!" she was very rude! Come to find out, my coffee was sitting by the drive thru window all along. Everytime I come to this dunkin it's filled with teenage kids who just joke around and don't do there job, I ordered two coffees and a sandwich and I looked through the window and all they were doing was laughing and playing around. Usually I have a good experience here but lately it's been awful. Yesterday I went & clearly ordered a caramel iced latte, but I received a caramel iced coffee with milk & sugar, which was labeled on the cup. It was completely watered down & I paid for a latte which is more expensive than an iced coffee. Another disappointing thing is when I work 3rd shift, I try to get to dunkin at 9 because I know they close at 10 & 3 times now they have been closed before 9, when it clearly says they are open until 10. We finally got to the window and the lady asked if we wanted to try the avocado toast and we said no thank you. This is my local Dunkin location and I have never had a serious issue with something they did until today. I've been in the area for a while so take this information as you will, but please hear me out as an upset customer. Today I went inside to order a drink and the guy ringing me up asked if I wanted it iced or if I wanted "the latte" (his words.) I told him I wanted "the latte" version and all was good until he puts an iced latte down on the counter. No big deal right? Honest mistake. I very calmly pointed out that I meant the hot version when he asked if I wanted it iced or latte & I said latte. He then decided to basically roll his eyes and say "you said the iced." I was shocked at this. I didn't mean to cause any type of scene on my visit but we both know what I said, and it was not the word iced. I then explained that I said the word "latte" as he had asked it that way but he refused to accept that and talked back saying "no you didn't" and "you asked for ice but I'm not going to argue" while I stood there saying "uhh no I didn't." I am shocked after my visit to this store, as a pretty loyal Dunkin customer of course, but also mostly because I too work in a customer service environment and if I EVER spoke to a customer that way, whether it was my mistake or theirs, I would be fired. Especially if a handful of my coworkers witnessed it. I can say with my full chest that his attitude came out of nowhere as I simply calmly stated I didn't order it iced. To make it worse he never handed me my receipt so I don't know his name or even what he initially charged me for or anything. Dunkin Dizzys. I was on my way home and we stopped in for a dozen donuts and something to drink. The donuts were dry after a day and therefore minus four stars. But then, my drink came into my hands. I got a medium iced latte mocha thing and it was above my standards. First of all, a medium is a pretty badass sized coffee drink. Secondly, I hate coffee. I think the taste of it is vial unless it's been in a violent war with cream, sugar and all of that kind of crap. Especially chocolate. Chocolate is coffee's number one enemy and when it conquers coffee there is joy in the world and flowers bloom. I've had some really awful 'mocha's in the past month that taste more like coffee plain than anything. The guy who made me this mocha slammed in so much chocolate syrup I was bouncing off of the walls. If there was a field, I would have frolicked in it. First off, when we order, enter it in the computer so you can tell us the total AND NOT FORGET WHAT WE ORDERED! It's not that hard. I used to go here everyday for coffee, but every time, my order is wrong one way or another. Do I have to order once at the prompt and once at the window? Do I have to ask for a straw for my iced coffee? Seriously, get better staff what the heck. Here's what you should do. 1. As they are ordering, enter it in the computer instead of telling us to pull around and trying to memorize my order. This will reduce wait time and angry customers. Went there yesterday for their amazing matcha tea which I quit going to Starbucks for bc they're so much better at Dunkin and the girl put coffee in it! I could tell it looked dark while in the drive through so I had asked if she put coffee and she said no. Definitely had coffee in it. I stopped in this morning after dropping my daughter off at I school. I usually use the drive thru but it had a long line so I went I thinking it would be faster. Well.... I go my order in quick but had to ask for my munchkins 5 mins after paying and then when I got the 2 sandwiches I ordered they did not have the hash browns I ordered. The response of the lady making the sandwich was well you didn't get charged for them. When I ordered I ask for both meals by number which in my mind would constitute the meal. This is one of the DDs I frequent...well, frequently. Sort of on the way to work, sorta not..I don't care, I need coffee and I need it often. I typically don't have an issue here with service, they are accurate and generally fast...friendly, well..it oscillates between super nice all the way to borderline hostile. So, there's that. One thing that really irritates me (and this is half their fault/have the a-hole that orders like 34907123 dozen donuts during the morning rush's fault), is that when there is a really large order, they don't have the person pull up or over..DO SOMETHING. People are generally on a time crunch at 6:30 a.m. on a weekday and for some reason this is also the time DD receives their inventory. Basically, the drive thru is blocked by one car, ordering enough to feed a village, and one disgruntled man, hauling huge packages out of a truck and stacking them on the other side of the drive thru..rendering you helpless...I know I'm not the only person that has ordered, then felt totally screwed because you can't get out of line. Time to eat the delicious donuts two nice warm French Crullers and a ice cold Orange Juice to wash them down with. This particular DD really keeps them moving in the drive thru and a major majority of the time has a smiling nice and quick employee working that get you order to you correct and quick. I love Dunkin Donuts, but this one is lacking on the donut part. We go on long runs Sunday morning and I tend to have a donut craving afterward. The last several times we've stopped there, the donuts taste kind of stale which seems weird for 8am in the morning...they should be fresh. Maybe it's just not "time to make the donuts" yet. But, the bacon wrap...awesome! I've never been a huge fan of their coffee, so I can't say much about this location's work there. I do agree w/ the other reviewer though - the drive-up is really close quarters. You wouldn't even know it's back there honestly. It winds around the back w/ a small space, and the turns are tight as well. Heaven help you if you have a huge truck! The parking lot is pretty tight too - they share it w/ several other stores and it's quite small. read more
